Zehra: Why is it you people don't understand that hurting me
just hurts your friend? Kill me and she dies too. What is so
hard about that? She says with a sigh at V's anger.
Vobu: Enough Zehra... He says before turning back to the group.
I fear that the evil crybaby has already crossed a line he can't
uncross. Honestly, with what he did... It's been a LONG time
since I've wanted to send someone to the Hell of Souls... And he
is quickly pushing that line right below Ebon. He turns to V. V.
Vin. You two and Hei have done more for me in other timelines
than most people, and I know you guys have good hearts that I do
respect. I don't want you guys as enemies... Vobu starts to
shine with dark energy as his expression darkens. But if you
don't get him back on your side and turn him around, I WILL kill
him. And when I take his soul, I'm not just gonna stop at taking
the soul, I'm gonna put it through hell myself. What he did
isn't something that I'm gonna just forget. You may realize this
after the time traveling you did in that other timeline, but
other timelines memories of mine stick to me. What I feel for
friends in other timelines comes back with me when time changes.
It's not just memories I gain, but the feelings and connections
I made in those other timelines. From my point of view, after
years of fighting alongside friends to stop Hyperion and bring
peace, he came along and just decided to throw a tantrum about
being in the future.
Vin: We will find a way to bring him back. We won't give up. He
says, backing up V's decision to not give up on Kindron.
Father Hei: I won't lie... The last time he broke down, it
didn't end well, and it wasn't even as bad as it was now. I fear
what lengths he will go to. For now he seems connected to his
new group and cares for them, but what will happen if the day
comes when he does go too far and doesn't care anymore?
Vobu: That's another issue we had with the timeline. He says to
the group. The crybaby goes full evil in the last timeline. He
becomes a genocidal jerk who starts burning down entire cities
because they "oppose his justice." It gets bad even before he
becomes the Ellimist and Doom becomes Crayak. If we don't do
something, he's gonna go down the same path he did in the last
timeline.

Chibiabos: "The timeline I was in with Vendetta and the others
had it where something happened at his home world for five
years. The thing is something set him off and his halves took a
bad turn. Once became a depressed mess and the other became the
dictator he was in the recent one. We can't wait for a distaster
to happen in order to move. We need to solve this right away
before it's too late. We just need to be careful."
Danae: On one hand, the people behind all of this should've
known better than to pull this off with someone not right in the
head.
V: I'm still planning on kicking their teeth in once I find out
who and where they are. Those mudaks called me useless after
dragging me into something against my will and dragged those
that I cared about along the ride. I'll be damned if I just let
those haughty bastards get away with it!
Danae: If it makes you and Vinette feel any better, Kindron's
arrogant ascended self got the ass whooping of a lifetime by
that alternate guide version of himself. Imagine getting your
ass handed to you by a cripple. It's one hell of a start.
V: You damn right is. I'm going to give that idiot a piece of my
mind once I see him again. I still can't believe he did
something like that.
Danae: Well, his actions led to this. He had a chance of doing
something right and he f*cked up big time. Look, no one is going
to stop you from what you need to do. In fact, part of me roots
for you to beat him senseless. But you need to be careful. The
timeline you were in showed that you tried to stop Kindron and
it backfired. Your death became a catalyst of the events that
transpire in that timeline. Don't let it happen in this timeline
as well. Understand?
V: Da.
Danae: Good. frees V's shadow and sigh If there's any a good
time for some amaretto, it's probably right now.

(Just FYI, the Gateway is a place no one is supposed to be able
to access unless the other beings. Any kind of spirits wouldn't
have access to it and the group wouldn't know about that fight
normally. But I can rework it so that the spirits heard about
what happened with it when Kindron told Fu or something.)
Vin: Wait... That other Kindron beat ours? How did that happen?
So far the ascended power has been pretty much unbeatable. How
the heck did a Kindron without fixing his leg beat ours?
Evan: I don't know da details... But me dark spirits heard him
talk about it to his demon friend. Apparently, da other one has
abilities he don't. Somet'ing about a different path taken.
Vobu: Either way... We need to figure out what we're gonna do.
Before we even think about this whole Crayak and Ellimist mess
that keeps screwing up our timelines, we need to figure out what
to do about the evil crybaby before he screws up this timeline
too. That's why I went to Ebon for some help form a person who
can see the future. I'm not gonna wait for these people to try
and intefere with our timeline again.
Evan: I did some tests on da guy... He pulls out a card that
looked like two roads crossing. He's quickly coming to a
crossroads. If he goes one way... He pulls out a pair of cards,
with one card with a shining heart and a white sun card, with
his other pair of cards being a black hole and a grim reaper.
I'm sure ya can figure dis out, but here's how it works... He
will either turn good and becoming a light of hope to da world,
probably rejoining ya group. His other option is turning evil...
And dat won't end well for him. I'm sure you don't have ta know
the dark arts ta know what dis card means. He says pointing to
the grim reaper card, which was always a sign of death.

V: Da, I know. I understand why me, Vin and Hei are involved but
I don't understand why Drake and Danae are suck into this as
well. Seems a little strange.
Danae: His cards says so but I agree with you on that one. We
have nothing to do with him at all. And I don't like being
dragged into other people's problems. I have my own crap to deal
with.

Evan: He looks to Danae and Drake. Pretty soon, da two of you
are gonna get involved into da fight with da alternate Michael.
If V is gonna beat Zeus, she gonna be needin' da help against
Michael, and possibly Lucifer when he decides to rear his head
again. As Vobu said... Dis is about more dan just da storm god.
He pulls a card that shows a phoenix and shows it, alongside
Danae's and Drake's cards. He smiles as he looks to them. Da two
of you have a special destiny. It is time for a new Voodoo
Queen, and da rebirth of our pantheon.
Vobu: Wait what?! You're gonna rebuild the meadow?! He says in
surprise.
Evan: To help da others, and survive what's ta come, da two of
you will become da new light for our pantheon dat's been
swallowed by darkness. He looks to Danae and shows a card to her
with a crown that has a white light behind it. You will become
da beautiful new Voodoo Queen and become da god of a new
generation of spirits ta balance da dark. He then looks to
Drake. And of course... no queen rules for long without a second
in command. He shows Drake a picture of darkness dragon that
seemed to shine black with an unnatural black light that had a
black halo. The dragon was a skeleton, but had a strange
likeness to a bone dragon. Ya dragon friend is gonna become da
purifyin' dark dragon god who will fight da darkness on da
Voodoo Queen's behalf.
Drake: I feel like this is the part where I'm supposed say
"It's a trap!"? He says, trying to do an Ackbar impression.
Vobu: What about us, Ebon?
Evan: He looks to Vobu. We are da dark to counter da light. With
dem as the new rulers of da light and us in da dark, our
pantheon will be reborn. Our pantheon will finally find da
balance we needed so desperately.

Danae: Okay, this sounds all fine and dandy, but I'm going to
have to agree with Drake here. Well, somewhat anyway. I have a
feeling that there's a catch somewhere in all of this for each
and every one of us here. This sounds a little too good to be
true, meaning that there's gonna be sacrifices that has to be
made as well.

Evan: We be planning dis for a long time. Da only problem ya
gonna have is findin' followers. Tryin' ta find people that are
willing ta follow a forgotten pantheon is not gonna be easy.
Vobu: The pantheon would make you and Drake more powerful once
you get enough followers. He says to Danae. But it would make us
more powerful too. I think the catch here is that Ebon wants
himself and me to be rivals to you and Drake in order to balance
the pantheon, which means you'll have to deal with us running
around.
Evan: What we get outta dis is gonna be just as much as ya get
out of dis. He says to Danae. Oh... And when ya pantheon needs a
fairy queen when you get da fairy kingdom rebuilt... Ya got a
perfect candidate. He says taking a lightning sprite card and
pointing to Vin with the card. Da fairy queen and da fallen
fairy queen.
Vin: Huh? She says, panicking. I'm way too weak to be a... Why
me?! She says in surprise.
Evan: It's ya destiny, darling. You saw ya future self in dat
other timeline. If not through us, den it will happen someday in
another fairy kingdom. He says with a smile.

V: Vin, you saw your future self back there. You were amazing.
Even before I died, you were strong in your own way. You more or
less gave me inspiration to try new things with my abilities and
other things. She stated with a smile, which is slightly bigger
than usual I'm not sure if I told you or Rei this before but I
never even thought about ruling Olympus. I was never the ruling
type or a leader and I had little to no care of having any part
of it as well. But... I was motivated to at least try. Thought
of it as a way to repay those that helped me become less of a
moody piece of crap and really gave a damn about me.
Danae: ...I'll admit. Just like her, I had zero intention of
having things like followers or being an actual queen.
Especially after being marked as some sort of "princess" because
of my f*cked up bloodline. Danae said the word princess like it
was something repulsive Plus, the idea of being "prayed to"
isn't something that I would be on board for.
V: Hey, I wasn't a fan of it either. I was still working on it
but... a lot happened. sighs and covers her face with her hand
in embarrassment and guilt

Evan: Ya get used to it pretty quick. Besides... Ya won't be
needin' to deal with prayers if ya don't want ta. Most gods let
da lesser spirits deal with dat stuff. Ya just be responsible
for running da meadow. As for da girl... She'll make a good
queen. Fairy rulers have ta be pure of heart, and da girl has
dat in spades. He says about Vin.
Vin: Yeah... But it just feels... really weird. She sighs.
Though not as weird as when Whis offered me a job as the next
god of destruction after Vaughn. Now THAT was awkward. Despite
knowing how I lost Olympus, he didn't seem to mind trying to get
me to take the job.
Drake: This is... really bizarre... I was not expecting to being
asked to become a dragon god when I woke up today. He says
sarcastically.

Danae: Yeah, same here. But even though this all sounds
pleasing, normally there's something for us to do that's not
going to be pleasant either way. We already spoke about the
thundercloud in the sky (another version of the phrase elephant
in the room since Kindron just HAD to be an ass) along with the
other problems. Couldn't help but shake the feeling that there's
something else that we have to do. You wouldn't have Vobu just
call us and tell us the good news of being new rulers and
restoring balance. Feels like there's something else that we
need to know.
