       *Groggily on the phone* It is two in the morning. I’m not
       getting you chloroform...hold on why do you need chloroform?
       “No I don’t tend to keep cyanide in my pantry, let alone in the
       amounts you want.”
       Sybil: Nothing good could ever come from this.
       Ephraim: Maybe from your perspective. *he lightly flicks the
       needle in his hand to release any air bubbles before he injects
       it into the small lab mice. Time would tell if the results would
       be favorable*

       Personality: Doctor Zanetti comes off to some as a bit of a
       strict man. Highly blunt and to the point most days. A lot of
       people also think he’s up to no good due to how he often aids
       his cousin Sybil’s schemes, but only ever in exchange for some
       assistance whether it be to play test monkey or help him care
       for the test monkeys. He likes to keep things in his favor, and
       usually hates asking favors as he doesn’t like to owe people
       later. The small chunk of the general population that knows him
       or knows of him tends to relay the rumor that he’s nothing more
       than a crazy, delusional recluse who’s never amounted to
       anything. The government officials and private organizations
       that know him praise his work in making many of their soldiers
       and other officials stronger from the chemical and cybernetic
       compounds he creates and sells off for a heavy price though he
       takes no credit for anything should it get out to the public
       preventing any blame from coming back to him later.
       Bio: *I’ll update all the backstory later. I’m just gonna skip
       to the important modern stuff*
       Dr. Zanetti, after working reliably for many world governments,
       was eventually contacted as a last resort to hopefully wake Ven
       and Rei and cure the nano-virus that sent them into a dormant
       state. After months of failed attempts and constant research
       going nowhere he almost gave up. It wasn’t until much more time
       passed by that he realized it would take much more than just a
       fancy chemical compound and a deactivated strain of the virus
       itself pulled from the two’s DNA. At that point he continued on
       with research and eventually discovered a vaccine that mixed a
       similar cybernetic makeup to what resides in the bodies of the
       duo already and the deactive strain and chemical mixture. The
       long part was finding a way to prevent the cybernetics in the
       vaccine from having a negative effect on the nanovirus.
       It took long enough that the two died sometime toward the end of
       his research. As a result he put the vaccine away for safe
       keeping in a databank for the special forces with the thought
       that it might be needed again. It wasn’t until Vendetta visited
       from the past that he saw hope for the vaccine knowing it would
       fall into her hands.
