Ranga looks at the neutral bar, and stops for a moment. Ranga:
Master... that symbol... That symbol belongs to the divine
dragons. He says, looking at the symbol on the window. The
dragon looked to be a similar shape to Veldora, but with the
four elements of the four divine dragons with the types being
mixed types with the four being wind/lightning (Veldora's
combination), fire/earth, ice/light, and water/darkness. Ranga
couldn't help but walk towards the bar If I'm right, then this
place is probably owned by human form dragons. They're our
allies right?
Despite being slums, the whole area looked like a pretty
peaceful working class neighborhood, and even though it was
lower budget, everything seemed more advanced in tech than what
one would expect a slum to look like. The slums were actually
also pretty clean.

V slide off of Ragna and walk to the bar entrance door. With a
short sigh, she opens the door.

The bar is a pretty quiet place, and despite what one might
expect, there wasn't many people present. Ranga follows V
inside, and carefully sniffs around. At the bar, the bartender
looks over to them. Bartender: Can I get you guys a drink? He
says politely as he looks over them. V would be able to tell
that he was a human form dragon, and the scent of more human
form dragons can be smelled from other guests in the area.
Bartender: We don't get many non-dragon types in this part of
town... What brings you guys out here?

V: Well... I honestly don't know where to start.
V walk over to the bartender and sat down on one of the seats.
V: We're... not from around here. You mind telling us what's
going on exactly? What's up with the robots? What year is this?

The bartender looks at them suspiciously for a moment.
Bartender: Are you from the Ragnorok nation? The common people
there are the only ones I know of that don't know this nation's
tech. He looks outside and seems to lose his suspicion when no
one else comes in. The robots out there are the security force,
the Hunter Force. They hunt down any unauthorized people or
anyone that commits crimes. If you are from the Ragnorok nation,
you better leave now or they will hunt you down if they ID you.
And I can get into a lot of trouble for aiding you if you are
with Ragnorok. As for the year, it's 2269. He says to V.
Dark Vin: 250 years in the future... No, that's great. I love
time travel stories... Hopefully we can take some tech home with
us. She says sarcastically.
Vin and Dark Vin stay in V's pocket and look at the man, staying
invisible despite them wanting to turn off their invisibility
since they were in the future. Vin looks at her wrist, and
sighs. Vin: Man I wish I was in human form... Doktor's wrist
device would be SO handy about now...

V: Look, this is going to sound insane but I'm not from Ragnarak
Nation. Hell, I'm not even from this timeline. I just somehow
woke up into some random location where some bots were pointing
guns at me. I don't even know what the hell is going on here.

Vin and Dark Vin sigh a bit. Vin: This is gonna be a long night.
I can see it coming.
Bartender: Time travel is illegal in this day and age... If you
time traveled, that's why they probably tried to arrest you. It
was forbidden after a group in Vowl tried to go back and time.
Silently, he hits a button on his wrist as both his hands were
under the counter. There was no sound and he mostly just passed
it off as scratching his wrist, and there was no signal that V
and the others could detect.
Vin: So how do we get home then?
Bartender: I assume you'll have to find out who or what sent you
here... He says to Vin.
Vin and Dark Vin: Wait... you can see me?! What the hell is
wrong with my fairy magic?! They say in unison angrily.
Bartender: It's not your magic, young fairies. These days the
cities have all got special Z-space wave generators that negate
fairy invisibility. The Fairy Queen has done a lot of terrorism
against our nations, and the Dark Fairy Queen helped humanity
develop tech to cancel out fairy invisibility.
Dark Vin: But we'd be able to sense waves like that...
Bartender: Not with current tech. Current tech uses z-space
transmission. No one can "sense" z-space waves. That's why
they're used these days for pretty much any kind of transmission
these days.
Both Vin and Dark Vin sigh deeply and snap their fingers,
turning off their fairy invisibility.

V: Damn. Listen, this is a crazy misunderstanding. I have no
interest or reason of even doing this! I don't even know who
governs which city and to be honest, I really don't care. I just
wanted to know what the hell is going on and how do I get back
home to my timeline. Ugh, for once in my life, can't I just
relax without some sh*t happening to me?!
V's eyes sparked dangerously with lightning since her stress
level is rising. With some control, she calm down and bury her
head into her arms on the bar table with a tired groan.

Bartender: Your best bet is to turn yourself over and talk to
the Dragon King. He runs the dragon nation. If what you say is
true, then perhaps they can try and find a way to send you back.
I can only assume that being here is a risk for them as much as
it is for you if you're from the past.
Vin: Who's the dragon king? I don't suppose it's still Ryu
Bordas, is it?
Bartender: No... Ryu died many years ago when Onaga was on his
rampage during the first Religion Wars of the early 2000s. His
little brother, the divine Black Dragon God, is the current
dragon king. He pulled dragon-kind from the brink of extinction
after the Onaga invasion.

V: If this new Dragon God is reasonable, I suppose that I can
give it a try. Wait, what about Veldora and the other divine
dragons? Can we still talk to one of them?
