Ryu starts flying up through the broken roof, which led to the
top of the castle so they could get outside more easily. Once at
the top, he waits for V.

V didn't take long to fly up to the top of the castle. Once
there, she floats next to Ryu, ready to follow him.

Ryu starts flying towards the mountains, flying slow enough that
V could keep up with him. Ryu also tries to use his heat to keep
himself warm, as it doesn't take long for the temperatures to
drop wildly once in the mountains as even the bottom of the
mountains are below freezing, with the top being cold enough
that it was mostly covered in snow and ice.
Beside V, Vin flies along as well using her lightning to keep
herself warm when the temperature drops. Vin: Jeez... He wasn't
kidding about how cold it is out here.

V: Good thing I'm used to the cold. Still wish that I brought a
jacket or something with me.
Although it may be true, she still has to use her hot wind
abilities to keep herself warm since she didn't think about
bringing a jacket with her. She looked around as she stay close
to Ryu.

Vin: I'm used to cold living in colder parts of Russia, but this
is definitely colder than I'm normally used to. You'd have to be
a supernatural being to survive this. She says as she uses her
lightning to generate heat around her to keep herself warm.

V: Well, a supernatural being who enjoys the cold. I wouldn't be
surprised if Nightbane got a little spare hideout around here.
V couldn't help but chuckle a bit at the thought. Speaking of
which, she hasn't seen Nightbane ever since their date at the
theater. Wait, does it count as a date? Eh, doesn't matter. She
does hope that he's alright. Fighting that dark Roman demigod
wasn't fun. Well, fighting Alejandro wasn't fun either but Astra
was just as bad as he is, even without the whole science
bullcrap. Plus, she saw an alternate dracopyre version of
Nightbane fighting that Vlad agent. If fighting Astra was hell,
gods know what a fighting between Nightbane and that dracopyre
jerk would be like. V snaps out of her thoughts when the cold
wind b*tch slaps her back to reality. She then avert her ice
blue eyes to Ryu and call out to him loud enough for him to
hear.
V: How much further?

Vin: Kendra would love this place too. Especially if we found
frost moglins out here. Rei wouldn't do too bad either out here
since he really loves the cold too. She says, remembering that
Kendra was also someone who loved cold weather and Rei was
pretty much unaffected by weather, hot or cold.
Ryu: I warned you it was cold... We have to fly a ways into the
mountains. We have to go to the outskirts of the kingdom to
reach the cave. It shouldn't take too long. If you're having
trouble with the cold, I can use some fire magic to help counter
some of the cold. He says as he looks back to V.

Damn, she forgot that she is the only one who can see Vin. She
gotta be careful so she doesn't sound like a complete lunatic.
Still keeping up, she decide to observe from below for a moment.
Man, she wish that Illias was here. He would've love to
snowboard here... if the cold isn't too much for him.

Ryu focuses on flying them to their destination, which takes a
short time, but eventually they get close, evidenced by Ryu
eventually slowing down and descending on a nearby mountain.
From their current glance, it doesn't look any different from
the other mountains, but down near the cold, frozen land,
remains of robots, both Hyperion's droids and Black Sun's
guardians litter the mountain once they get close. The droids
and guardians are mostly frozen solid, and most appear to have
been destroyed not by each other, but seemed like they were
clawed to pieces by something with very large claws. There was
no blood or gore anywhere, just snow, ice and littered robot
parts all over.
Vin: Whoa... Those robots got messed up! She says, looking at
the droids and guardians. We're not gonna have to fight
something here, are we? Those claw marks look pretty large.

V's cloud dispersed the moment she hopped off of it. Man, good
thing she was wearing boots. Though the look of the claw marks
brought up bad memories of her fighting a giant dragon when she
was in her mid teens. V almost shudder at Vin's question. The
scar under her right eye says enough about the last time she had
to fight a dragon.
V: Let's keep moving. I'm right behind you, Ryu.
