RP: The New Competitor

"At least it's been quiet... No bloody morons screaming their
heads off."
It was another day at Lux, with one of it's few customers being
Crowley who was drinking wine at the bar. He looks around,
noticing that there were not many people. It had seemed that
ever since Club Eternity opened up not far away, most of the
customers had been going there, with Lux being fairly empty
since Club Eternity was the "new thing" in town. For the most
part, only the most loyal customers to Lux like Crowley had been
coming back to Lux ever since the place opened up.
The new Club Eternity was becoming well known as a place of not
only fun, but a lot of people had been going to the mysterious
owner for favors, who often granted favors to people using his
many connections in exchange for favors to collect at a later
date. With Club Eternity on the scene, people were trying out
the new thing, and so far, many people were pretty satisfied
with the new club.

“Yes, well bloody morons screaming there heads off is the sound
of business. Business means money, and you need lots of it to
survive in this world.”
The familiar face of Lux’s owner greeted Crowley as he settled
next to him on the bench. It was hard to read the mood he was in
at the moment, but it probably wasn’t the best of them. He
swirls the ice in his liquor glass as a slightly joking look
passes across his face.
“Running Hell was easier in than this place in the current
economy.”

Crowley: Well... You could do what we in the business call...
Destroying the competition. He says with a smile. All we'd have
to do is go see what makes this other place so great, and ruin
whatever that is. A real salesman does have to know their enemy
after all.

Lucifer: I knew there was a reason I kept you around aside from
the pretty face. It’s worth looking into especially since
something about Club Eternity’s owner seems off to me. More off
than my mother is off her rocker.

Crowley: Well... Whether it's business or destroying my
competition... I tend to be a natural in this business. He says
jokingly. If I recall... I think Club Eternity was a few roads
down. It did seem rather odd that the rumors I've been hearing
about the place lately. I thought it strange when I heard that
their owner was granting favors. If I recall... Last time
someone tried to take your "theme" it didn't end well for them.
He finishes the wine he was drinking and sets the glass down. I
suppose we could check it out. A change of scenery doesn't hurt
once and a while.

Lucifer: No. It didn’t end well. Deals with yours truly and
Crossroad deals are meant to be a monopolized luxury of Lux. If
I got rid of the last one then this shouldn’t be a problem, and
if it turns out nothing is amiss...well a friendly walk in the
neighborhood has never really hurt a soul. Keep your business
partners close and your competition even closer I suppose. He
sits his mostly empty glass down as he gets up.

Crowley: Then let's hope for that other club's sake that there
is nothing amiss. Last thing we need is some incident to ruin
our day. He says as he gets ready to head out with Lucifer.

Lucifer: The days been quite pleasant. I’d hate for something
nasty to happen unless there’s a Chloe involved then i’m all for
nasty. He looks down the bar at Mazikeen Maz you know the drill.
I’m going out with our dear Crowley.
