Ring Master gets a big, wide grin as he hears Danae's voice. He
gives one more call to the six youngsters on the trapeze swings
rigging. Ring Master: Keep practicing for another 30 minutes
then take a break. And Stormy, stop dropping your sister. It's
not funny anymore. Ring Master then turns around to Danae and
Crowley with a very flamboyant bow. Ring Master: I am so very
happy to see that you both made it safely and could take the
time to see me. I have a bit of urgent matter to explain. He
says as he stands and begins to walk towards them. Ring Master:
And such horrible timing for it as well with an impending
performance coming up.

Danae: Yeah, I got the message. You know damn well that politics
and I get along like oil and water does. So I hope that you have
a very good plan for this... otherwise, I'll just do it the old
fashioned way. Worse case scenario, I get scolded by the old man
himself.

Crowley: It hasn't been a convenient time for any of us... You
call for us right after Zenrael and Phantom are rumored to show
up in London. Things have been crazy as it is.

Ring Master: Yes, I am fully aware of what is going on in the
21st century, Crowley, and this deal will give more
reinforcements to the cause. He says to Crowley with an
uncharacteristic seriousness. A whole circus crew of
reinforcements.. which brings me to why I asked for this
meeting. He then smacks his forehead and laughs a bit in his
typical manner. I forgot.. welcome to the 41st century, by the
way. So many things to remember and not nearly enough time. Ring
Master then regains the more serious attitude again. Now to
matters at hand. I know that Danae is not very good with
politics like Crowley, but I really need to get Xylo out of
Hell's Prison. His presence has already been requested by the
High King of Hell in this time period.. and frankly, I am truly
surprised that he hasn't torn his way out of the place
considering how powerful he's become since the last time 21st
century Hell has seen him. Ring Master flinches a bit as the
sound of the trapeze net hit his ears signaling that one of the
circus' Darkfires had tripped up during practice. He just hopes
that Stormy hadn't dropped his sister, Desiree, again in jestful
play. It is kind of hard to explain to King Darkfire why the
King of the 9th level of Hell and New Purgatory is locked in
21st century Hell. I know this might be hard to believe, but I
am going to get Xylo out of that prison one way or another..
though a pardon would be nice regardless of what Danae and I
will do when we go to see Xylo, Crowley. I promise that I will
make getting that pardon worth it especially for your bloodline,
Crowley. He then smiles Danae. My dear, your tactics and how you
charm your father afterwards do usually work much faster and the
reason why I would like you to go with me on a visit to see
Xylo. If it wasn't for the fact of the hierarchy of Hell here
and an impending performance for the High King of Dinyu back in
the 21st, then I probably would have been completely blissfully
ignorant of the world's problems for a month longer.

Danae: Ugh... Like I don't have enough problems of my own on
Earth. sighs a bit and looks at Ring Master with a slightly less
stern look on her face Okay, I don't know how his ass got to our
century timeline but if breaking him out should be fine if I can
pull off the whole "I'm the princess of Hell" card. I hate using
this kind of card but it's slightly better than bashing in, hog
tie the brickhead and drag him back here. Well... probably.
Anyone who knows Danae knows damn well that the half breed spawn
of Lucifer has her pride. Although not as prideful as some of
her family members [s](Kendrix)[/s], she still has some sense of
pride such as trying not to be one of those "princesses" along
with relying too much on her demonic heritage or anything that
even slightly resembles her father. It's not like she hates her
father, she's just stubborn as hell.

Crowley: I don't know much about this bloke myself, but from
what I understand, he's a very dangerous individual, and one I'm
not sure I'd like to risk my own arse trying to get a bloody
pardon based on your word. If that's what you wanted, you should
have called Kendrix. He'd love the chance to play that "I'm the
devil's grandson" card he's always holding. I've already got a
pretty powerful bloodline that I know will be able to take care
of themselves. If people like Kendrix and Muriel aren't gonna be
able to protect my bloodline, then I'm bloody toast as it is
because you'd be talking about a threat worse than Lucifer
himself. And yes... I know the distant future has Lucifer and
Iblis dead, and some blokes take their place, but still. He says
before sighing. I'm rambling... Sorry about that. But anyway...
You're asking me to risk my arse for someone who was pretty
bloody dangerous, and if you have a good deal for that, then
fine, but protecting my bloodline isn't really something I need
help with. And why not call Death or something? Can't he do what
you need without getting politics involved?

Ringmaster: Very good, Miss Danae. I am so glad to have you on
board. He says with a large grateful smile to Danae before
getting more serious and listening to Crowley. Ringmaster:
Dangerous? Xylo? Not to Hell or anyone who does what they are
meant to do. Xylo was deemed "dangerous" because he developed a
pension for redemption from Hell. So he's sent people to Hell,
but they all deserved what they had coming. Then there is the
fact that he raised a perfectly well behaved mutant tiger. He
then gets a thoughtful look and smiles as he hears the lions
roar in the background. Crowley's great-great-great grandson,
Crowley III, is practicing his beast taming performance.
Ringmaster: You don't believe that my protection is valuable.
Then perhaps I should introduce you to one of your only two
surviving descendants who live here. He's this way. Ringmaster
says with a flourished bow and hand gesture pointing towards the
beast cage.
