Circus is Coming to Town: Part One

~ In the 41st century:
It had been months since Ring Master had heard from Xylo or
Feling even though time is for the most part irrelevant to him.
He's been busy with the circus and preparing for a show in the
early 21st century for a Lord of Dinyu, Chinese Hell. Ring
Master though thought it was about time to find at the leader of
the circus. He last knew that Feling was traveling with an odd
being called Whitefire so wasn't too concerned about her yet. He
wasn't sure where or when Xylo was though. Feling said that she
feared him destroyed, but Ring Master knew better thanks to his
senses. He just hadn't focused enough for an exact location.
Ring Master looks to Drago, apprentice of the Beast Master, as
he works with the demon tigers. "Keep practicing with them, kid.
We need them ready for the show so use that voodoo that you do
so well. I've got to go find the boss." The young apprentice
nods and starts over with the new routine he's been working on
as Ring Master walks out of the Big Top.
Ring Master walks up to his trailer as he focuses on finding
Xylo. He frowns as he reaches the door and opens it. "Not good.
Not good at all. I hope that what I see in my mind is wrong."
Ring Master walks into his trailer and straight to a black
mirror on his wall. "Black mirror on the wall. Show me what I
need to know." The mirror glows and then shows an image of Xylo
chained and locked in a cell in Hell's prison.
"What time period?" The mirror's image hazes and fogs then
clears with the date.
"Damn.. 21st century Hell's prison. Not good. Can I go farther
back to save his hellspawn hide before the lock up?" The mirror
hazes over again and then clears up with the words.. No, time
period is damaged.
"Damn.. I'm gonna need help for this one. They don't realize
that they have the wrong Xylo in their prison.. and all that ki
training with those saiyans in a place drenched in demonic ki.
I'll be surprised if many of the guards will be brave enough to
go near the big guy." He says to himself as the mirror hazes
over and then shows two people, Danae and Crowley. "Thank you. I
needed a good suggestion. You can rest again." With that the
mirror returns to normal and reflects Ring Master's image.
He turns with a thoughtful look about how to approach Danae and
Crowley about this situation as a demon rabbit hops in through
the open trailer door. He gets a smile on his face as an idea
crosses his twisted mind. Ring Master bends down and picks up
the rabbit as he silently summons another and produces two
tickets. "I have a little task for you and one of your
brothers." He says as another rabbit hops in the door.
Ring Master puts one ticket to the mouth of the rabbit he picked
up while saying, "You give this one to Danae and lead her to the
Big Top after the fog clears. Understand?" The rabbit nods its
head in agreement as it takes the ticket. "Good. She should be
thrilled to see you." He says with a grin as he places the
rabbit down.
Ring Master then looks to the other rabbit with a more serious
look as puts the other ticket in front of its mouth. "You're
taking this one to the King of the Crossroads, Crowley." The
second rabbit shivers a bit. "I know. Just bite at the
hellhound's toes if it tries to chase you. Regardless, stay with
Crowley until the fog clears and follow your sister.
Understand?" The second rabbit nods its head in agreement as it
too takes a ticket.
"Good. Then one at a time starting with ladies first." Ring
Master pulls off his top hat and waves a hand over, opening up a
portal to where Danae would be found in the 2019. He then tilts
his hat towards the rabbits and the first one jumps in just to
appear in a puff of gray fog in front of Danae.
"You're turn." He says to the second rabbit as waves his hand
over the hat again. This a portal to where Crowley is in the
same time period as Danae. The second rabbit hesitates for a few
seconds but then jumps in the hat just to appear in front of
Crowley. Ring Master then waves his hand one last time over his
hat to close the temporal portal and puts it back on his head.
"Now to hope that they take the invitation tickets. If anyone
can talk Xylo out of Hell's prison, it should be one of those
two. Who would dare say no to the daughter of Lucifer or the
King of the Crossroads?" He pulls out his pocket watch and looks
at the time. "I best see how the girls and their brother are
coming along on their new acrobatic routine." He says as he
walks out of his trailer, closing the door behind him, and heads
back to the Big Top tent.
~ In 2019:
The rabbit in front of Danae begins to insanely, happily jump up
and down with the ticket in its mouth as it tries to get her
attention.. like doing flips and backflips type of jumping.
The second rabbit that appears in front of Crowley doesn't get
so excited. It knows that the more motion it makes the more
likely a hellhound will see then try to chase his demon rabbit
behind. Instead, the rabbit in front of Crowley thumps his rear
foot as loud and fast as possible to get Crowley's attention.

Danae was talking to Kindron through her small mirror about the
incident he and his family had not too long ago. Of course,
Danae was not happy about the situation at all. But then her
shadow caught the rabbit's attention. It manifested itself into
it's normal solid form. It's blank white eyes had the excitement
and adoration of a young child. Once the shadow picked the bunny
up, Danae finally caught their attention. Her eyes widen
slightly before turning back to Kindron.
Danae: Something came up. I'll call you back, I promise. Just
tell the boys that I'll help out.
Without hesitation, the hand mirror change back to normal, only
showing Danae's reflection before being set down on her dresser.
Danae: Well this is unexpected...

Crowley just sighs as he turns and sees the rabbit. Crowley:
What is this, rabbit week?! He says with a sigh. First Zenrael
shows up in London, and now this. He says before going and
taking the note.

With Danae:
The rabbit that Danae's shadow picks up gives a happy twitch of
her tail and nose to the Shadow. She then looks to Danae once
noticed and waves the ticket note towards Danae. On the side
facing Danae is written: VIP Ticket to the Psycho Circus, the
greatest horror show this side of Hell. Of course, every ticket
has writing on both sides.
With Crowley:
The rabbit stops thumping his hind leg when Crowley notices him
and speaks. He sits up on his hind legs with one ear laid down
and a look that seems to say that he doesn't know if he should
be insulted by Crowley's rabbit week comment or not. The rabbit
sits there though with the ticket note said facing Crowley that
says: VIP Ticket to the Psycho Circus, the greatest horror show
this side of Hell.

Danae takes the ticket and examine it while her shadow still
holds onto the rabbit. After examining it, Danae softly stroke
the bunny's head.
Danae: I'm going to be honest here, I'm really happy to see you.
Especially since I already gotta deal with a jerk fallen angel
rabbit that makes you guys look bad.

Crowley examines the ticket. Crowley: So... Any kind of note on
why I'm going to this circus? I'm more of a torture hobby-ist
myself. He says, looking at the rabbit. It was more a curious
question than an angry one, as he was trying to figure out why
he was given this ticket.

With Danae:
Upon examination of the ticket, Danae would see the note on the
other side of it. The bunny settles down and enjoys the
attention as the words of the note seem to pop for attention of
their own.
My dear little voodoo queen, I know that I don't often require
asking for help too often so you will know how serious this is.
My good friend and partner is locked in Hell's prison for
desertion of Hell's army. I will be asking for some help in the
bureaucracy of Hell, but I need someone with enough pull and
stubbornness to deal with the prison guards. Bureaucrats take
too long, and I really would appreciate getting Xylo out sooner
than two months from Tuesday. If you accept my invitation to
help, then shake the ticket until a fog forms and follow the
white rabbit when it clears.
With Crowley:
The rabbit looks up at Crowley with a curious look of his own.
The note on the backside of the ticket seems to pop for
Crowley's attention.
To the King of the Crossroads, I am humbly requesting to speak
to you about making a deal. I need your help with Hell's
bureaucracy and getting a pardon for the hellspawn, Xylo, and
myself. In return for your help, Xylo and I will sign an
alliance agreement with you that will prove helpful in the
future for you and your bloodline. Interested? Shake the ticket
and a fog will form around you. Once it clears, then follow the
white rabbit. He'll know where to find me. Humbly yours, Ring
Master

Danae: Bloody bureaucrats... as if the politics in England
weren't annoyingly horrid enough. I can see why he needs me. If
this stupid political crap takes too long, I'll drag the
hellspawn's little charred ass out of Hell my damn self.
Danae didn't sound angry when she said this. Just... annoyed.
Exhaling through her nose, Danae stop petting the rabbit and
start shaking the ticket. As Danae does this, her shadow gently
place the bunny down on the floor.

Crowley: Are you insane? He says as he reads the letter. He
looks to the rabbit. Don't answer that. He sighs after thinking
for a moment. Fine. Take me to your boss. He'd better have a
damn good reason for the person he wants out, and an even better
one for having me put my arse on the line for someone like that.
Whatever this is had better be worth the trouble. He says to the
rabbit. The words weren't meant to be hurtful to the rabbit, but
Crowley was definitely uncomfortable with the idea of suggesting
the release of a dangerous criminal.

With Danae:
The girl bunny hops a bit to sit at Danae's feet as the Fear Fog
of the Psycho Circus begins to surround the two of them. Quickly
everything goes pea soup thick grayish cloud of mist..
With Crowley:
The boy rabbit takes no offense to Crowley's words as he hops a
bit closer to Crowley's feet. Fear Fog of the Psycho Circus
emanates from the ticket and quickly engulfs Crowley in a
blanket of grayish, thick mist..
In the 41st Century:
Both Danae and Crowley can here the hustle and bustle of people
working with all kinds of materials along with the sounds of
large cats roaring and elephants trumpeting as the fog begins to
draw away from them to the bleak, haunted looking forest behind
them. They will find themselves standing next to each other as
the Psycho Circus comes into clear view. Demons, angels,
goblins, and other supernaturals are busy working at finishing
final touches to the appearances of the circus. Chinese folklore
decorations are set up everywhere and demonic animals are
dressed as mythical Chinese creatures. Music can be heard over
the sounds of tools, chatter, and animal calls as musicians
practice for the coming show in Dinyu. The boy rabbit greets his
sister with a happy thumb. The rabbits then both look to Crowley
and Danae with follow us motions of their ears and head.
