RP: "Retaliation"

(Closed RP for Integra as V and possibly Astra if the rp goes in
certain directions)
It had been a few days since the attack that nearly killed Vin
and Rei. They were still in serious condition, but the
scientists of the group were trying desperately to figure out
how to save them. Goten, still working with both Russian and
American Special Forces since they kept his services after the
last battle, had gone to find V to warn her about what happened
to Russian Special Forces, with the Triam Trio having taken out
the three strongest members of Russian Special Forces, and Vin
and Rei's current predicament. When Goten and V would arrive,
Kalinka, Dr. Cossack, and Doktor would all be in the room with
Vin and Rei, who were in two special containment capsules that
were hastily put together to keep them alive.

Vendetta had some terrible news given to her before. But hearing
what has happened to her family in Special Forces was one of the
worst news that she was given in her entire life. She cannot
lose anymore people. Vendetta didn't take long to reach to
Special Forces. She didn't even teleport. She ran from the US
straight to Russia on foot. She almost ripped the emergency room
doors open when she barged into the room which almost made Dr.
Amy Xeno jump in fear. Her entire face had pain and agony all
over.
V: Goten told me everything. Tell me what I need to do.

Doktor: Well... Ze fastest thing would be for you to drag that
blödes Arschloch! (German for "stupid asshole") Genus here so he
can undo whatever he did to Vin and Rei. I'll cybernetic upgrade
his brain and put mind control on it if I haz to. He says in
quiet anger. Pretty much everything Genus did pissed him off,
ever since Doktor had seen Genus clone his designs for the
cyborg, Raiden/Jack.
Cossack: Actually... If you could, we would like some of your
DNA. If Dr. Xeno could develop a way to alter their DNA enough
using samples from you and the DNA we got from Daniel Darkfire,
we might save them by changing their genetic code to one that
the viruses aren't programmed to destroy. Right now it's our
best plan for saving them.

V: I'll do it. Just tell me what I need to do.
Amy: First things first. I need you to calm down. I understand
what you're feeling but we can't afford any accidents or worse.
Just sit by the table and let me take your blood.
V: I'll let you take my soul if you need it. Just help them,
please!
V aid this as she quickly went over to the chair and prepares
herself. Almost too quickly since she almost didn't notice V
moving til at the last second. Amy walk over to V and begin
extracting DNA from her. It didn't take long for Amy to do it
since V didn't feel anything. In fact, even when V calm down for
everyone's sake, the process went by faster than expected. Once
Amy was done, she goes straight to work on it so she can help
Vin and Rei since she already have Daniel Darkfire's DNA.
Amy: I'm going to need all the help that I can get.

Doktor: Ze real problem isn't making the genetic modification...
It's applying it. Most of zis would have to be applied over
months to safely not damage or kill the person, but I'm afraid
we don't have zat kind of time.
Dr. Cossack: So far... All we can do is slow down the viruses.
I'm working on a nanite injection that might repair the damage
this bio virus is doing to them. It should at least buy us some
time to find a better counter-measure. But as the nanovirus gets
deeper into their muscles, bones, organs and brain, it will
start doing damage we might not be able to repair.
Kalinka: Their brains will be the big thing... We need to keep
the virus from progressing in their brains or it will do damage
we can't undo. And if the virus reaches the brain that controls
heart-rate or nervous functions, it will be game over... Any
body damage can be repaired with cybernetics if we have to. She
explains.
In the back of the room, Goten was watching, leaned against the
wall as he looked over at the capsules that had Rei and Vin in
them.

V: Seriously? We have freaks like me who can help make stuff
like this less of a problem. I can find Voltan. Or maybe...
Amy: We don't know what can happen. This virus may also affect
healers like Voltan in a way. Once we figure out a way, we can
then ask for more help. But for now, all we can do is---
V: ALL WE CAN DO IS WHAT?! Pray or hope that things won't get
any worse?! Hope that the bastards won't come back and finish
the job?! Hope that Genus have some kind of cure laying around?!
Vendetts's aura explode with negative emotions that made Amy
shield herself from it. The aura didn't do anything drastic
except probably scaring or startling some people close by. Amy
put her arms down and place her hands on Vendetta's shoulders.
The aura didn't electrocute the doctor or destroy anything
negative but it did make the hairs on her skin stick up...
showing that V can still listen to reason.
Amy: Vendetta, calm down! I know how you feel! But letting
yourself be consumed by grief and anger won't help anyone.
Listen, what you're doing will help them. They're going to make
it. It's just going to take some time! When we need you for
anything else, one of us will let you know. For now, you need to
stay in one piece for them. Please.
V's aura begin to fade away slowly along with Amy slowly
removing her hands from V's shoulders. Still angry, V stormed
out of the room while trying not to destroy anything else since
she believes that she destroyed the door to the room. At the
wrong time, Lycaon's words start to haunt her again. He warned
her that this would happen. That the more she hold back and
stick to her meaningless morals, the more people will suffer,
especially those close to her.
V: In Russian: DAMMIT!

Doktor: I still zink we should drag Genus here... I could
cybernetically control his brain within a day. He says more to
himself.
Goten follows her out of the room. Goten: I know you're upset,
but anger isn't going to fix this problem. You need to remain
calm. Your anger is going to hurt you if you let it get out of
control... And you might destroy the equipment keeping those two
alive. He says to V.

Amy: You and I both know that would be impossible. Especially
with his personal monsters guarding him. You and the others
might yell at me for this but I was thinking of calling Ragnarok
for help. They have some scientists over there that may be able
to help us out. And we both have a common enemy. Genus will come
after Clone Maya and Clone Jack next. My brother and I don't
always see eye to eye but we're running out of options.
Amy's eyes had desperation in them. She sees Rei and Vin as
family and she doesn't want to lose them. Just mentioning her
brother made her look away in shame as she work on helping the
kids.
V: Which is why I'm leaving right now. I don't want them to be
in anymore pain. That doesn't change the fact that someone needs
to pay for this.
Words continue to swarm around her brain which she tries to
fight back. This time, it was Asumu's voice instead of Lycaon.
Unfortunately, although she can still access their powers, V
couldn't talk to Matatabi or Chibiabos for some reason. What the
hell did Asumu do to her? V continue to push it aside but it's
pretty obvious that something's happening. She's being pushed to
the edge.

Doktor: I know... But if we could figure out how to separate him
and corner him, it would be a viable option.
Cossack: Dr. Xeno is right... By the time we got him and got him
under control, it would probably be too late. He says before
turning to Amy. Honestly, I was going to call them. But are you
sure that's a good idea? Vin and Rei deserted Ragnorok. I don't
see why they'd be in a hurry to help Vin and Rei, and I think
they'd be more willing to see Vin and Rei bite it since they
were "failed projects" to them... At least from my
understanding.
Goten: Hold on... Are you... planning to fight them? He says as
he grabs her shoulder. You know that's suicide. Those three
fought one on one with the most powerful people here and won
pretty easily. Not to mention the lightning demi-god is
specifically designed to beat you. You think you can take on the
three of them by yourself?
From behind them, Tsuchimikado walks up. Tsuchimikado: He's
right you know... But if we can't stop you, then you should talk
to Viktor, Sergei and Shark before you leave. They fought them
so they might be able to give you some tips that might save your
life. Or at least they won't catch you off guard like they were.

Garton stated before that he was tired of Genus' crap. And I
know that if helping these two would also help stop the son of a
b*tch playing God and trying to make the world in his image,
then so be it. My other option was going to any other allies
that we know. I didn't want to be a burden but from what Father
Hei has told me, Wakanda has many advanced resources such as
technology and medicine. I don't want to bother King T'Challa
about this but we don't have much time for subtlety. We can call
him and have a discussion. If this works, then we'll be able to
save the children. If not, then we might have to revert to the
other desperate plan.
V: Let. Go.
V's eyes change to a sickly lime green for a second before
changing back to normal once she listen to Tsuchimikado.
Clenching her fist, her voice becomes shaky again.
V: How are they? My uncles and the Shark Man?
