       War

       I am War. You were made to serve me. To live in me. To die in
       me.
       This isn't how I imagined it, chaps. I haven't been waiting for
       thousands of years just to fiddle around with bits of wire. It's
       not what you'd call dramatic. Albrecht Duerer didn't waste his
       time doing woodcuts of the Four Button-Pressers of the
       Apocalypse, I do know that.
       She was beautiful, but she was beautiful in the way a forest
       fire was beautiful: something to be admired at a distance, but
       not close up~God on War
       Don’t tell them we’re coming Officer. We want it to be a
       surprise.
       God: Somebody has to summon the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse,
       but they outsource that sort of thing these days. Meet the
       Summoner. *A delivery man pulls up* He has four items to deliver
       in his van. He works for the International Express Company. And
       he's about to make his first delivery in a former war zone.
       Sometimes, despite everything, peace breaks out. People get
       tired of fighting, and pain, and death, and are willing to start
       all over again.
       War: *She walks into a peace camp*
       Prince: Excuse me, who are you?
       War: Carmine Zugiber. National World Weekly. War Correspondent
       Prime Minister: *turns to the Prince* Well, this is good, my
       friend. It is good that a member of the world press is here to
       see us sign the peace accord.
       War: *she laughs to herself at the fact that that’s what they
       really think she’s there for*
       War General:  Right, well, if you'd like to sign this first,
       Your Highness, and then the Prime Minister, then the Supreme
       Leader, then we'll get a photograph of all three of you
       together.
       Prime Minister: Wait. He signs first?
       Prince: It is just a formality who signs first.
       Prime Minister: A formality? You make me a laughingstock in my
       country, and you call that a formality?
       Prince: *Laughs lightheartedly* Somebody has to sign the peace
       agreement first.
       Supreme Leader: They do, and it's me. *she grabs the pen to sign
       it and the Prince pulls a gun on her and in reaction she pulls a
       gun on him and the Prime Minister pulls a gun on the Prince too
       and suddenly everyone’s pulling guns on everyone else with the
       exception of Carmen*
       Delivery Guy: *strolls in with a package and a piece of paper
       for Carmen to sign* Oh, don't mind me, ladies and gents. *looks
       around* Oh, what a day, eh? Nearly didn't find the place.
       Someone doesn't believe in signposts, eh? *looks at War* Package
       for you, miss. You, uh you have to sign for it. *he hands her
       the clip board and pen*  Well, it's a lovely place you got here.
       Yeah, I always wanted to come here on my holidays. *he takes the
       pen and clipboard back and hands her the package*
       War: *Opens it and pulls out a very old looking sword* Finally.
       *Every gun turns on her*
       Supreme leader: Put it down.
       War: *she just smiles half teasingly* Oh, you sweet thing.
       That's not gonna happen, is it? Sorry, folks. I'd love to stay
       and get to know you all better but duty calls. *she puts the
       sword over her shoulder and strolls out of the tent. As she
       walks out everyone starts pointing guns at each other again and
       she smiles as she gets a little farther away when plenty of
       gunshots ring out behind her from the tent*
       She's the first of four, and you can't have a war without her.
       She's been killing time for so long now. Time, and sometimes
       people. And now, 60 centuries of waiting are about to end. ~God
       again on War just before the Dominion wars break out.
       War: *at a diner counter* Four cups of tea, please. One of them
       black...And a cheese sandwich.
       Waitress: You take a seat and I'll bring it over for you. Four
       of you, are there?
       War: There will be. I'm waiting for friends.
       Waitress: *listening to the storm* You're better off waiting in
       here. It's hell out there.
       War: *She turns to walk to the table as thunder crashes* No. Not
       yet.
       Name: War
       Aliases: Carmine Zugiber, Scarlett, and Red
       Age: Immeasurable
       Species: Horseman
       Gender: Female
       Abilities: Horseman Physiology:
       ~Use the characteristics of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
       Specifically War.
       War Embodiment:
       ~The user of this power is or can become the
       embodiment/personification/representation of war. The user can
       cause war, utterly obliterate the enemy with destruction and
       devastating means. The user controls rage, inflicts pain, and
       can make others' lives miserable by rendering them homeless or
       taking away their loved ones
       War Manipulation:
       ~User has the power to influence all forms of conflict including
       mental, physical, spiritual and conceptual ones, regardless of
       the area and numbers involved, control how they progress and
       draw power both from the conflict alone as well as the dying.
       They are, naturally, extremely skilled in all form of fighting,
       weapons and both strategy and tactics as well as statistics of
       war. The user can start conflicts by influencing people or
       events, raise their personal and fanatical armies, control and
       create weapons of every kind and even grant others extensive
       abilities of combat.
       Divine Combat:
       ~The users of this power are the undisputed masters of all forms
       of combat, including natural and supernatural fighting skills
       and infinite strength and stamina. They have immense defensive
       abilities unsurpassed by any other fighter; they also possess a
       high level of intellect which they use to plan their attacks
       carefully. Also because of the users great strength and immense
       durability, when fighting other superpowered beings, most fights
       are a brawling contest, but when called for it, users employ
       their incredible martial ability to take out opponents quickly
       and efficiently.
       Combat Empowerment:
       ~Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they
       come in contact with battle/fight, possibly unlocking abilities
       related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some
       users may be able draw sustenance from the fighting or even slow
       or stop aging.
       Combat Manipulation:
       ~User can manipulate combat, including mental, physical,
       spiritual and conceptual ones, etc. including the force behind
       attacks, defenses, tactics, etc., can decide who will win the
       fight and how, the rules of fighting, and can manipulate the
       effectiveness of each defensive and offensive move
       Combat Perception:
       ~The user can instantly understand an opponent's method of
       thinking and fighting, allowing them to anticipate the moves of
       the opponent. Once they understand their enemies' strategy, they
       are able to find their flaw and weakness, and take them down
       with little effort. While some users of this method do not use
       it as part of their primary fighting style, it is helpful in
       emergencies against difficult opponents where ordinary methods
       will not work against them.
       Tactical Analysis:
       ~The user is an extremely skilled strategic genius and apply
       this skill to several objectives, able to create strategies and
       plans several steps ahead of the opponent. They can elaborate
       complex plans/strategies and apply them not only in battle but
       all activities that involve cunning intellect, e.g. strategic
       games. They can anticipate all of the possible
       obstacles/opportunities and know what the best actions to take
       in any situation, allowing them to adapt and prepare for future
       events in advance by considering a large number of
       scenarios/outcomes/options/paths, and plan ahead for them, to be
       ready for any situation that may occur and handle it
       effectively.
       Most of the users of this ability are very analytical and can
       understand or anticipate the enemies' moves, and always be two
       steps forward in any situation.
       Weapon Manipulation:
       ~User can create, summon, shape, manipulate and use any kind of
       weapons with perfect skill, whether pre-modern, modern or even
       futuristic using laser, plasma, antimatter or even more exotic
       ammunition/attacks. If it is a weapon or could be improvised as
       one, they are completely proficient with it.
       Some users can even make the weapons out of a piece of
       themselves, whether by using their life-force or shaping their
       own flesh and bone.
       Combustion Inducement:
       ~Users can increase the kinetics of atoms and molecules causing
       them to ignite. This process creates heat and light that the
       user can use.
       Applications:
       ~ Explosion Inducement
       ~ Fire Generation
       ~ Heat Generation
       ~ Light Generation
       ~ Spark Generation
       Immortality:
       ~User possesses immortality: an infinite life span, as they can
       never die, never age, and can shrug off virtually any kind of
       physical damage. Some users are the defensive type, simply
       preventing all damages, to appear physically invulnerable, while
       others are the regenerative type, surviving and quickly
       recovering from anything you throw at them while at the same
       time they are capable of resurrecting themselves instantly after
       death and completely self-sustaining, free from all bodily
       necessities.
       Implacability:
       ~The user is able to fight against seemingly, overwhelming odds
       with ease. They are a capable warrior on the battlefield,
       decimating the enemy single-handedly and with a
       near-supernatural finesse that pars with the skill of more
       experienced fighters. This ability can manifest in various ways
       but is usually the result of extreme martial skill. Users of
       this ability are as deadly at long-range combat as they are in
       close quarters.
       Rage Inducement:
       ~The user is able to induce an instinctive and uncontrollable
       rage in others, as well as suppress their conscious thinking.
       Violence Inducement: The user can cause others to become brutal
       and hurtful towards others, even if it means causing that person
       to kill others. This can even cause a major disruption of order
       and bring chaos. This means the user can even have the power to
       cause so much violence they can start an all out war.
       Supernatural Charisma:
       ~Users possess immense charisma that transcends mortal
       limitations, allowing them to sway virtually anyone as well as
       entire communities to their cause and service with barely any
       effort, captivated by their almost irresistible personal gravity
       and an overriding desire to be part of their world and
       contribute to its fulfillment. The power applies equally to
       virtually any sentient species, including supernatural ones, and
       may even inspire loyalty in entities that are normally incapable
       of it. While the power cannot directly override others' will and
       values, their persuasive abilities are so powerful they may
       convince them of anything remotely believable.
       Technology Manipulation:
       ~User can create, shape and manipulate technology and
       technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other
       devices that can be termed as "technology." Manifested as a
       special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special
       form of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with
       machines, or even a psychic ability that allows mental interface
       with computer data. User can control the flow of intricate
       machinery, and assemble or disengage their programming at will
       and operate most technology at distance. A variation of
       Electricity Manipulation, they control specific electrons and
       instructs them which items to engage or disengage and may be
       able to use the electric impulses to gently control smaller
       metal parts.
       Blood Manipulation:
       ~User can create, shape and manipulate blood of oneself, others
       or from their surroundings, whether it be from blood-banks,
       hospitals, or battlefields.
       Blood Generation:
       ~The user can generate blood, whether by drawing from already
       existing blood (theirs, others or separate from the bodies), or
       by manifesting it from anywhere they want.
       Blood Aura:
       ~The user can release and surround themselves in/with blood for
       defensive and/or offensive purposes. The auras may also give the
       user enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and
       durability.
       Blood Empowerment:
       ~User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they
       come into contact with or are near blood, possibly unlocking
       abilities related to the affinity and enhancing their existing
       powers. Some users may be able draw sustenance from the blood or
       even slow or stop aging.
       Prehensile Blood:
       ~User can make their blood move and use it to hold/manipulate
       objects like a limb, to attack opponents, to burrow into objects
       or living objects to usurp coordination.
       Blood Infusion:
       ~The user can infuse objects (usually a weapon), beings or
       powers with blood, allowing the user to manipulate their
       qualities and efficiency, allowing them to manipulate others via
       their blood or kill instantly by drawing all of their blood into
       object.
       Violence Aura:
       ~The user can generate an aura of violence that can
       amplify/induce aggression on beings inside their aura and gain
       power from the emotions.
       Violence Empowerment:
       ~Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. by violence
       of oneself and others, possibly unlocking abilities related to
       the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may
       be able draw sustenance from the violence or even slow or stop
       aging.
       Wrath Aura:
       ~The user can generate aura of wrath that can amplify/induce
       anger on beings inside their aura and gain power from the
       emotions.
       Tranquil Fury:
       ~User can attack in full rage while retaining control and are
       able to attack with the relentless strength of a madman while
       gaining the speed and precision of a surgeon.
       Weapons and Items: Flaming Sword: The sword used to belong to
       Aziraphale, Guardian of the Eastern Gate of Eden. He gave it to
       Adam and Eve though and eventually it was lost to time until it
       was delivered to War in the weeks before a big war broke out.
       The weapon is symbolic of humanity and its development of war as
       this sword was the first weapon to grace human hands.
       Red Motorcycle: Instead of riding a red horse as the bible
       states, War got with the times. She currently completes her
       rides of havoc and death on a beautiful red motorcycle. She
       mostly wears a red set of leathers when riding too.
       Weaknesses: ~As the bringer of War across the universe, peace
       will weaken War. However, it has to be a lot of it to really
       have a true effect. Total World peace would possibly be enough
       to put her out of it for a while.
       ~Death could erase her from existence if he really wanted to, or
       if someone got their hands on his Scythe that had an itch to
       scratch with her.
       ~Varanium will weaken war, but it will not kill her unless
       administrated in extremely high doses. It would have to be
       enough to kill a small country maybe two before it would take
       her out.
       Personality and Appearance: The harbinger of war and conflict,
       she commonly appears as a beautiful red-haired woman with
       startling orange eyes and a tangible aura of danger about her;
       when on the road, she dresses in red leather and a red
       motorcycle helmet. As is the case with the biblical horseman,
       her token is the flaming sword abandoned by the angel Ariziphale
       at the start of the novel. When she discards her human
       appearance, her skin glistens as if with sweat, and her teeth
       gleam like bullets. War possesses an uncanny ability to make
       herself utterly irresistible to those around her and intensify
       conflict to violent extremes: in her presence, men fight for the
       privilege of her company and minor disagreements explode into
       rioting - even full-blown wars. She takes great delight in
       spreading conflict wherever she goes, showing no remorse for the
       lives lost in pursuit of her amusement: even over the course of
       a simple drive to the rendezvous point, she amuses herself by
       watching a number of enthralled travelling salesmen attempting
       to beat her in a street-race for her affections - one that ends
       with most of the salesmen splattered all over the motorway; for
       a holiday, she goes so far as to seek out an African nation that
       has been at peace for the last three thousand years and
       obliterate it over the course of a single week.
       Bio: War existed long before humanity or life as we know it ever
       did. She existed as the being that caused the Great War in
       Heaven that followed Lucifer’s rebellion. However, that was a
       being that just manipulated and observed. She caused the fights,
       but she did nothing to directly interfere with it.
       
       War with humanity was a bit different. She came to be on Earth
       when a certain angel passed his flaming sword over to Eve and
       Adam as they left the garden. The first weapon held by humanity.
       As Humanity grew and developed forming sides and arguing over
       opinions her strength grew. She started sparking fighting in the
       Humans, and sooner or later wherever she went a War followed
       soon after. She became the catalyst of ever major and minor war
       in history. Even WWII, though she was not responsible for the
       Nazi’s. Humanity did that, even War isn’t that cruel.
       
       War’s real purpose on earth took centuries to come to fruition.
       The start of the Dominion Wars sparked a new chapter in her
       books. She had intended for it to be the start of the end, but
       somehow that didn’t occur. Humanity managed to pull through
       though now they’re a bit tense. It wasn’t a totally loss though
       as now War has more time to wreak havoc and maybe cause
       something worse in the future.
