Pavlovich: Well, if things were so simple, how are we able to
even improve or challenge ourselves? Besides, it would be a
little boring in my personal opinion.
The president stated the last part jokingly as he stop shaking
Vlad's hand and let go of it.

Anabel: Well we can’t have that now can we? I’d fear i’d be out
of a place in heaven if things got too simple. Humanity wouldn’t
need an angel to fix all their stupid mistakes if life were that
easy.

Garton looks to Pavlovich. Garton: It would probably be a good
idea to get a nanomachine enhancement while you're here if you
don't already have them. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that
this plan is a double edged sword. If V were to find out about
our agreement, she'd likely never trust you again, and might
distrust her Russian family over in Special Forces if she thinks
they had something to do with this, and I doubt Special Forces
will enjoy hearing about this plan if they find out. The
nanomachine enhancement will let you communicate with Vlad so
that you don't have to communicate where people can overhear
you. The problem with V's wind power, is that one can learn to
process sound that way by processing the air waves. And radio
frequencies, by the right lightning user can be intercepted. The
nanocommunications so far, as proved to be the best method of
communication that hasn't really been hacked so far by those
like lightning users and is private communication almost like
telepathy in nature. I suggest using that to discuss specifics
of our deals and information with Vlad so that V doesn't
accidentally find out about it. We can't afford to be careless
in how we pull this off.

Pavlovich: Vendetta getting upset about this is the least of my
problems. My concerns are mainly the Russian Special Forces.
Whether they find out about this from the girl or from someone
else, there will more than a simple backlash... which is the
last thing my country needs at a time like this. So, I'll take
whatever precaution that is necessary for this.

Garton: She will definitely be upset... But in her mind, she
will know why we consider it necessary even if she doesn't agree
with our reasoning. Unfortunately, sometimes precautions have to
be taken. Even if it were unlikely V were turn against us,
there's always a chance she could be controlled or even be
infected with something that might send her into a frenzy like
the former Tartaros lord, no matter how slim the chance. If I'd
taken precautions like this against the former lord of Tartaros,
maybe our people could have stopped him before his aura damaged
parts of our world and we'd have saved all the people that died
as a result of him and that creature that his alternate
accidentally created.

Anabel: Garton is right. I mean we’re doing what’s best for
everyone here. V is a good person, but horrid people could use
her. I’m sure Special Forces would see reason if this was to be
discovered. It would be rather foolish not to. I can hardly see
them wanting to risk humanity like that especially when the
world is already on a path to possible destruction.
