Anabel: If she gets too out of hand to the point that the mortal
and magical solutions kept here on Earth can not contain her
then I’m sure the Angels will be more than happy to help in a
case like this. We have things set aside to aid with putting
people of V’s ability level away. It’s held far greater beings
for hundreds if not thousands of years. Hopefully it will not
come to that though.

Pavlovich: I hope that either of those things won't come to
happen. But on the other hand, these are desperate times. It's
best to prepare for the worst to come.

Garton thinks for a moment. Garton: It seems... what we need
right now is a specialist... He says as he forms the plan in his
head. Anna would instantly know what he means when he mentions
specialists, since she'd be familiar with the supernatural
hunter specialists, the group that was recruited after they were
disbanded under the last US president, George Sears. Tell me,
president... How would you feel about one of my forces joining
Special Forces as a way for us to trade information. He would
regularly test V's power and combat ability as a means to
determine her threat level, while being able to relay
information back and forth so we can more easily make plans and
coordinate what needs to be done. To the others, he would report
to you as your own personal spy in Ragnorok, and rely
information he finds on Ragnorok to you and Special Forces on
the surface. He will give you information on my forces in
exchange for information on V and the other demi-gods that might
be a threat so we can prepare contingencies if that day should
come. I have the perfect person in mind, and he's one of the
best specialists I have available. I believe the specialist I
have in mind could become like a mentor to her, and help keep
her on the path she needs to be on.

Anabel nodded slowly leaning her head on her hand partially to
hide the small smile that spreads across her face at the
suggestion. Ana: Yes, I think that might work especially if you
plan to send who I think you do. His personality might be good
for V.

Garton: Very well. I'll call him in. He dials on his phone.
Ciel. Please send Vlad to my office. I have an assignment for
him. He says into the speaker since he didn't pick up the phone.
Ciel: Alright. She says over the phone's speaker before hanging
up.
Within a minute, Vlad comes in and knocks on the door to which
Garton waves for him to come in. Vlad walks in, holding his
hands behind his back in a professional manner as he walks in.
The two main things that would stand out would be his Romanian
nationality and the fact that he looked pale with sharp canine
teeth that made him look like a vampire. He was wearing a black
jacket which covered up most his body, though one could see the
knives on one of his sleeves as well as having more equipped
near his belt area. It was obvious that Vlad was a pretty
prepared warrior, who was always ready for a fight.
Garton: Vlad... Meet Russian President Pavlovich. President...
This is my specialist, Vlad Argus-Cardei.
Vlad does a polite bow in greeting to Pavlovich. Vlad: Bună
ziua (Romanian for "Good day"). An honor to meet you, sir. He
says, having a very professional tone to his voice. Even his
voice could be mistaken for a vampire's based on his voice. He
then turns to Anna. Good to see you as well, Miss Anna. He says
in greeting to Anna, since he didn't get to see her that much.
He didn't bother greeting Garton since Garton was the one that
called for him.
Garton: Vlad here is a human despite his... abnormal appearance.
I believe V will get along fairly well with him. She should be
able to sympathize with Vlad's... experiences. Vlad here has
been hunted as a supernatural for longer than he can remember
because of his appearance despite him being completely human.
And then hunted by supernaturals who wanted to kill him for fun
after seeing his unique combat potential. Vlad became a
supernatural hunter and supernatural hunter hunter before most
of us got out of our diapers. And even if he's not needed to
ever take on V someday, he can still be very useful to Special
Forces in the time he's with you. He explains.

Anabel politely nodded her head in greeting towards Vlad. She’d
seen him enough times in passing to be used to his appearance.
Anna: Hello Mister Vlad. It’s nice to see you again even under
the circumstances.

President Pavlovich listen to Garton explain and silently agree
with his idea. He stood up from his seat and turn to Vlad along
with his two bodyguards. His bodyguards remain silent as
Pavlovich stick his arm out for a handshake.
Pavlovich: It is an honor to meet you as well, Mr. Cardei.

Vlad: If it were good circumstances, I doubt I would have been
called. No need for a specialist if there's nothing special
going on... He says somewhat jokingly to Anna, before turning
and shaking Pavlovich's hand politely.
