(Alternate Universe Version)
"Rule number 1... Always have a backup plan."
"Progress requires sacrifice."
"I am not insane. I just see this world for the cesspool of
corruption it is."
"Rest. We will finish this another day." - John Wong to BWR
Kindron.
"These gangs are a pathetic lot. But they're not without their
uses."
"Why do you keep insisting I'm insane? All I've done is plan for
every move you make."
"That is disappointing... Guess I'll have to start again." -
John Wong when his plans failed.
"You're much like I used to be. At war with your own true
nature." - John Wong to BWR Kindron
"Are you going to listen, or behave like children?" - John Wong
to a group of enemies wanting to kill him.
"Good. Evil. Those are the true jokes about our world. Nothing
is good. Nothing is evil. It is only perceived by those who live
in the world."
"How ironic... Me, the man who was never happy, now disfigured
and forced to smile for the rest of my life. It seems fate has a
certain sense of humor."

"I find your change of heart to be quite annoying... He hits a
button which detonates land mines underneath his allies who
betrayed him. But also quite predictable." - John Wong when his
allies betrayed him.
"A good engineer expects equipment to fail, so they build in
redundancies to guarantee their desired result. And I am a VERY
good engineer." - John Wong when someone disarmed his bomb but
he set it off anyway.
"I may be a killer, but a part of me does still know mercy... He
takes out a gun and shoots the man in the head, killing him.
This way you won't have to see your family die." - John Wong
when he was going to kill a corrupt mayor's family.
"Greetings, Exiles. Soon, you will all die. There is nothing you
can do to stop it. It's nothing personal... I just need to make
sure you can't interfere with my plans." - John Wong when he
gave an announcement over a sound system when he lured the
Exiles into a battle against his minions.
"The Freakchip program was revived and I volunteered for it. It
wasn't quite the 2.0 program that it is today. It took a
little... Experimenting... to get to where we are now. The
program did cause some unfortunate some deformity in me. But I
do not blame the scientist. He is a brilliant man. It just took
him a few tries to fully perfect the technology. I was the one
who volunteered for the program, and imperfects were a risk I
had to take. But now I am fully complete and have become the
best version of myself thanks to him. I am not a 2.0 vampire,
but more of a 1.5 series vampire. But that doesn't make me any
less than the other 2.0 vampires."
During a fight with Black Wolf Rider Kindron.
BWR Kindron: I will stop you.
John Wong: I hope you don't try. I would really hate to kll such
an interesting rival.
During a confrontation with Black Wolf Rider Kindron when John
Wong was captured.
John Wong: If you do nothing, my gas will kill a whole block in
one hour.
BWR Kindron: You're bluffing.
John Wong: I am many things, Black Wolf Rider... But a liar is
not one of them.
When Black Wolf Rider Kindron fought John Wong.
A bomb goes off in the city, which stops Black Wolf Rider
Kindron in his tracks.
BWR Kindron: What have you done?! He says angrily to John Wong.
John Wong: What I had to... He says simply.
During a standoff with the police.
John Wong: Do not step closer or I will kill this man. He says,
holding a gun to a hostage he had taken.
Detective: If you wanted him dead, you'd have killed him
already. He says confidently.
John Wong: Well. You are smarter than you look, detective. So be
it... He says sarcastically, before slitting the man's throat
and then running away, disappearing behind cover as the police
officers look in horror and then shoot at John Wong.
During a confrontation with Black Wolf Rider Kindron.
John Wong hits the button on the bombs he had planted. But he
stops as he realized nothing happens and hits the button a few
more times to now avail.
John Wong: What have you done?
BWR Kindron: The city banded together. We shut down your bombs
by working together. Turns out the world isn't as crazy as you
think.
John Wong: Impressive, Black Wolf Rider. He says as he drops the
trigger and pulls out a second trigger. But luckily, I come
prepared... He says as he hits his second trigger and sets off a
different set of bombs in the city.
BWR Kindron: What-?! He says simply before the bombs go off.
John Wong: As I told you when we first met, my friend: Always
have a backup plan.
John Wong with some of his allies betrayed him during a plan to
evacuate the city and then blow it up while no one was in it.
John Wong: Because of your interference, I'm going to detonate
the bombs as soon as I'm far enough away to observe the
destruction in peace.
Enemy: You said you wouldn't detonate the bombs for 6 hours!
John Wong: And who's fault is it that I changed my mind? He says
sarcastically.
John Wong looks to his ally.
John Wong: You. Rewire the bombs for remote detonation.
John Wong looks to his other allies and points at the allies who
betrayed him.
John Wong: The rest of you... Kill these idiots. He says before
walking out of the room.
"Who is this joker?" - A man who unknowingly nicknamed John Wong
"You're skilled. I don't think I fought many who can keep up
with me." - Black Wolf Rider to John Wong when they first
fought.
"We don't fear you, Black Wolf Rider... You have rules. You have
a code. John Wong has none. Everyone's far more scared of him
than they will be of you!"
"Now I have to make a deal I was hoping I'd never have to
make... With a man I hoped never to interact with." - Black Wolf
Rider Universe Nightbane when he worked with John Wong once.
"He's called the Joker. He's a serial killer. He targets happy
people and kills them. His gas causes people to laugh until
their lungs literally explode. He turns people's joys into a
weapon to kill them. It's not humor. He's actively turning the
one thing he's always lacked into weapon and torturing people
while doing it." - Black Wolf Rider Kindron explaining about
John Wong
