Hei ends up managing to succeed wedging the blade into the
muscles of her shoulder, escaping with just a few scrapes of
angelic magic. The Leviathan seemed thrown with its inability to
heal itself and with its inability to reach the knife lodged in
its back with either hand. Leviathans weren’t graceful warriors
and the rain had made the roof slick resulting in Muriel’s
vessel taking a bit of a fall with pushed the blade just a bit
farther in. It was enough to snap Muriel’s angelic prescience
back into full control over the vessel with a scream as the
terror energy ravaged through her vessel and the Veranium blade
went through her own holt spirit. Muriel: Hei, you bloody
       bastard!

Suspicious of if it was really Muriel or the leviathan trying to
imitate her, he keeps the knife in her back for a moment but
doesn't move. Hei: Don't be so dramatic, I didn't use anywhere
near my full power on you. For the important question... Are you
back in control now? He says to her, trying to judge her
       reaction.

She just slowly moves to sit up being careful not to cause the
knife in her back to move or shift in any way. The scream
earlier was from the pain but it was more of the shock of it so
soon after coming back to the front of her mind than the actual
pain itself. Muriel: Have I tried to eat you yet?

Hei: That other... thing... I'm pretty sure tried. You're lucky
I didn't go with my first plan. I was actually somewhat tempted
to kill you both. But that could have taken days or weeks. He
says as he reaches down and pulls the knife out of her back so
that her wound could heal itself. He was fairly convinced by her
tone that the leviathan was suppressed, though he didn't know
anything about the leviathans personally since he'd never
actually seen one or even heard of them.

Muriel: The thing is called a Leviathan. The First Beasts. Gods
first screw up. He locked them away in purgatory to kind of hide
the evidence so to speak. They’re insatiable beasts that are
always hungry, and they want to eat the world. It’s likely it
did try and eat you. She rolls her shoulder ever so slightly
after it regenerates They’re hard to kill. Much harder than an
archangel. It’s easier just to banish it back to purgatory than
       kill it honestly.

Hei: As you can tell... I have my own ways of dealing with
difficult creatures. They do seem to be vulnerable to varanium
at least. He says as he puts his knife away after wiping the
       blood from it.

Muriel: The varanium was me. It didn’t take kindly to your
       Terror abilities.

Hei: No one usually does. One thing I like about this power is
that almost no one is immune to it. You're just lucky I didn't
have to transform, or things would have really gotten ugly.

Muriel: The same could be said about me ditching this vessel. I
don’t think we want to blind all of your little play things
       though.

Hei: I suppose not. But most of them have demonic regeneration,
so there's that at least. He says in thought.
