Killing the Archangel would by no means be an easy task, but
manipulating her might be. Muriel was always a bit overly
sympathetic. However, with the Leviathan fighting her inside the
vessel too it might mean something ga but more dangerous than
just tugging at the heart strings would be needed. It was also
quite easy for Hei to pick up on the fact that Muriel and this
being inside of her didn’t always agree. Flares of divine energy
spread from her vessel for seconds as Muriel’s conscious would
take back control before being pushed back down.

Hei: Now I see... If I wear you down... Muriel will be able to
suppress you. That's why you popped up in the first place. Too
bad she doesn't have our clan's training or she'd be able to
suppress you quite easily. I think I'm going to fix that when I
help her regain control. He says, with the divine energy telling
him what he needed to know. He could kill Muriel with his
varanium blade, but decides it might be easier to wait. He
decides to play it safe, as was his nature of fighting for only
his own survival in the end, since he wasn't sure how the curse
of his castle would affect an archangel, especially one as
strong as Muriel since Muriel was already willing to help him.

Muriel: Really with you announcing your plan like you’re not
going to get anywhere. She finally stabs the angel blade back
into his body. This time didn’t seem to hurt as bad as the last
one since it wasn’t acting as a conduit for Muriel’s own power

Hei's body turns into a mass of terror energy as he goes into an
elemental like form as he takes the form of a snake-like dragon
to attempt to blast through Muriel with his Terror Energy body,
which was in an almost lightning-like state. Hei: Whoops. I
didn't mean to say that out loud. He says somewhat
sarcastically. It didn't matter if the other personality knew or
       not at this point.

He does go through her, but it’s almost like throwing something
through a stream of water. It disrupts it momentarily, but it
comes back. Muriel’s vessel rips apart but seems to knit back
together with a nasty black goo.

Hei waits for Muriel to reform as he tries to figure out a way
to weaken the leviathan so Muriel could retake control, since a
battle between them could probably go for days or weeks.

It ended up taking only a few minutes before she pulled herself
back together. The momentary weakness left a small window that
Muriel’s conscious clearly tried to fight through right now only
       to get shoved back down.

Hei takes out a varanium knife, and can only come up with one
idea. He decides to try and spear Muriel's heart, hoping to kill
both her and the Leviathan at once. At this point, reviving her
as a servant of the castle was the only thing he could think of
to do to get the leviathan under control.

She just stands complacent, watching him pull out the knife. The
look in her eyes was more of that of a beast looking down upon
its prey then that of someone facing an opponent in battle.

Hei forms terror energy around his knife, using his curse to
negate regeneration so that if his attack would connect, it
would once again interrupt regeneration, and Hei hoped that he
could manage to get an edge if the monster couldn't regenerate.
He tries to use a different combat tactic than anything Muriel
had seen him do in the past, using new techniques he'd learned
after she died, hoping it would throw her off since he assumed
she knew a lot of his old combat techniques. He goes and tries
to stab the leviathan in the back, trying to stick the varanium
knife in the back where Muriel wouldn't be able to reach to pull
it out if Hei manages to get it stuck into her back, and
hopefully sever a few muscles in her back to make movement a bit
       more difficult in her shoulder.
