It was unclear what she was up to or what the source of her
power was. All that he could put together was that it was taking
in everything in her path well at least what she let it take in.

Hei lets her gather up what was around her, though there really
wasn't much except for the stones under them that made up the
top of the tower, and the rain around them. To him, he could
just have someone repair the place with earth magic after this
       fight was done.

Its honestly not long before she lets all that energy she just
built up go. It causes the storm to pick up again and the tower
to crumble more as the stone that had come up in her build for
energy falls back towards the ground crushing whatever was in
its path possibly including Hei. An arc of divine energy struck
its way through the air as well just like a lighting strike
though much brighter to the point of being blinding.

Hei simply stands there and waits for the attack, letting it
blast him. For the most part, the stones didn't bother Hei. He
was curious how strong the blast would be, and how much damage
it would do. However, one might say that Hei obviously had a
plan if the blast did too much damage. The only thing he does to
defend himself is bring his arms up to protect his chest and
neck since his skull was protected by his bone dragon enhanced
       skull.

Honestly it wasn’t even the stones that probably hurt. It was
likely the moment that divine energy struck his form that
actually hurt even if it was only a little bit.

Hei takes the full brunt of the divine attack, though not
without damage, as his arms and legs skin had mostly dissolved
off as well has most of his body being damaged due to the strong
holy power. The strange part was that with the heavy damage he
took, he hadn't started healing it yet, as the holy effects were
still strong and doing damage to his body. Currently he seemed
vulnerable to attack, but Muriel would likely quickly realize
that Hei was baiting her to attack him.

Muriel: I’m not as stupid as some of the other people you’ve
fought Hei. I’m not falling for that one. You manipulate people
or at least you try to. The storm had developed a bit on it own
now through a natural cycle and started to hail though the
divine energy fueling the storm meant they were bigger and worse
than anything natural. They seemed to burn through whatever they
landed on with a bit of the divine energy that fueled them.

Hei: Yeah... Sorta figured that was a long shot... He says as he
gets ready to fight again. He doesn't seem to heal though, and
takes out a knife, in which the handle ends up covered in his
blood as he seems weakened. Though he wasn't as weak as he
appeared, he was still weakened a bit due to the damage. Muriel
would probably figure out that he had his own plan since he
hadn't healed yet and was holding a varanium knife which
continued to negate his regeneration. After the rain started
doing divine damage to him, he focuses his aura to protect
himself from the storm using chaos energy, which was more
liquid-like in nature than his terror energy, and seemed almost
like water manipulation. The chaos energy seems to protect him
currently from the divine energy damage due to it being a
       neutral power.

Muriel watched less of his intentions with the knife and more of
his blood dripping down the knife a plan slowly formulating in
her head as she settled herself back down on the now sturdy
tower. She had mostly left herself open for attack. It was
unclear if it was accidental or purposeful.

Hei: So are we just playing to see who will fall for tricks
first now? He says as he notices Muriel open to attack. He
figured there was no way she'd leave herself open to attack,
much like the same way she figured he wouldn't leave himself
       open.
