Cress: It is very likely. I just worry a slight bit that maybe
whoever hid this thought it would be too obvious. She starts to
walk with him But a mountain does have lots of places you could
hide something. People could look for ages and still never find
       anything.

Alathen: More or less what I thought. There are a lot of cave
networks in the mountains that go underground. I've already
searched most of the town, and even under the town. He says as
he walks. I was only searching where I was because of a weird
energy that popped up. And if even Hyperion and Black Sun are
investigating the energy, it could mean that something else is
       roaming around.

Cress: That’s why I’m here to begin with. My father got word of
it, and he sent me to look into it. He told me it was possible
I’d run into an associate of his I believe is how he worded it.
She takes a moment to stretch her arms out alleviating some
minor discomfort of wielding a heavy sword so often I came
through the mountains on my way here before entering the city.
The parts I trekked through came up a bit empty on anything that
looked suspicious or connected to our energy source.

Alathen: I have my suspicions... But I'm starting to think this
weapon isn't staying in one place. He looks to Cress. Luckily he
stuck to weapons that were a fair balance of strength and speed,
so he didn't wear himself out carrying weapons all the time.
Alathen: You're part angel right? Can't you just do the
intangible weapon thing and make your weapon intangible on the
physical plane? I remember that being a thing most of them could
       do.

Cress: It’s plausible that it’s not. As for my own weapon I
could I’m sure, but I’m a bit nervous to. The blade I carry is
technically a holy artifact that I’d rather not accidentally
break. I’m not quite sure how it’d hold up to the whole
       intangible thing most angels do.

Alathen: I see... Well... I know of a few weaponsmiths that
could make it strong enough to handle that. One of them is a
pirate, but he's helped me out in the past reforging my own
       weapon after it broke.

Alathen: I'm sure we probably can. So... You ever been in the
mountains here? I hear the weather is Artic levels of cold in
the mountains. If we're gonna go into the mountains we should
       probably be prepared.

Cress: As I said I trekked through a small portion of them when
I first arrived. They are very cold. A normal human would become
prone to hypothermia in only a few hours I’d say. I’m pretty
sure my dad said he would send word that I was coming ahead of
time if only to have a room where I could prepare for what
appears will be a difficult hike. I’m sure it won’t be anything
grand, but it would be enough for us to gather the things we
need and maybe heal up and from a plan.

Alathen: Well... It's nothing compared to the 9th circle of
Hell... But still pretty cold... He says, rethinking his
thoughts on the weather. Anyway. I agree. If my suspicions are
correct, we should be looking for cave networks in the
mountains. If someone is living up there, that's likely where
       they're living.
