Vobu smiles a bit as he forms a cloud of dust around them using
his demonic earth manipulation, spinning it around them to
generate more dust around them. The main thing is that spell
circles appear outside the spinning circle, containing the dust
within their battlefield simply containing Danae, Dovelthain and
Vobu all in an enclosed area of spinning dust, and spell circles
keep the rain from coming down onto them in order to keep the
dust circulating. At first, it almost seems like either he's
trying to poison them with demonic presence with the dust
smelling of sulfur, or trying to keep them enclosed in the area.
As the dust continues spinning, more dust is creating, reducing
their visibility.
Dovelthain: Is he trying to blind us? He knows we can sense him.
He says as he readies his sword. He's up to something... If we
attack we might play right into it. Dovelthain says to Danae.

Listening to Dovelthain, Danae try to use her powers to see what
the hell is happening, her eyes turning pure pitch black as she
does this.

There isn't much to see, though Danae would probably notice the
dust was much hotter than it should be, which would burn those
not used to hellfire like Dovelthain and Danae. Other than that,
the only other thing to note was that the dust was continuing to
form and still had a strong demonic presence, which meant that
both of them would smell heavy traces of sulfur.
Vobu holds his scythe, ready for them to attack, but doesn't
provoke an attack just yet. So far, it was a contained area that
they were in, but something would definitely feel off about the
situation. Vobu: You gonna attack me? Or are you planning
something? I know you two can sense me still. He says to Danae
and Dovelthain.

the dust with divine ice.

Vobu uses his demonic flames, firing them at Danae to counter
her divine ice power. However, the heat from his demonic flames
seems to increase the smell of sulfur in the air, and the flames
seem to draw on the dust particles. Realizing what happened,
Vobu tries to tone his dust away from the fire a bit, and then
gets his scythe ready to go in and attack. Vobu: That was
close... I almost put too much flames into that one... He says
mostly to himself.
Dovelthain tries to use his demonic lightning power through his
demon's sword form to counter Vobu's flames, but the lightning
almost ignites as Dovelthain tries to focus it, sparking heavily
and creating a small burst of flames around his sword.
Dovelthain is caught off guard and jumps back, immediately
dispelling his lightning. Dovelthain: What the... What happened?
He asks, somewhat confused.

Danae: You almost ignited the dust with your lightning. You need
to try something that isn't heat based or doesn't attract to
heat due to the sulfur in the air.
Danae stated this as the other dragon head try to infuse the
divine cold air with Ichigo's sword. She would like to not get
blown up today.

Dovelthain: That means any metal to metal contact with our
weapons will result in sparks that could ignite the area around
us... Which means we can't get close and hit with our weapons
without risking an ignition spark. Vobu must know that he can
re-manifest, but we'll just get injured from it.
Vobu: Yes... Let's see how long you survive in this cloud. He
moves his scythe to one hand, and snaps his fingers, igniting
hellfire near them, causing a small explosion as he generated
the hellfire. Of course, Danae will probably notice how similar
this is to the dragon snap technique, since she's seen Drake use
it before, with exception that this is being done with the
sulfur in the air.

Danae cursed as she use the sword to create a cold wind barrier
and holy water with the other sword to try to create a shield
without getting too close, though the hell fire hit her
shoulder. Hell fire doesn't much damage but it made her hiss in
pain.
