Hei: Everyone thinks I'm so evil... But that's more or less how
I see things. If they could see the threat I'm faced with,
they'd understand why I have to do what I do.
Takahashi: So what do we do now?
Hei: That's a good question... I need to think about who I want
you two to bring next. For now, just go back to your normal
lives and keep an eye out for strong people with unique
abilities. If I deem them good enough, I'll have you bring them
here. Until then. Keep you involvement with me secret and don't
reveal your new power.

useful people. It sounds easy enough I suppose. You know I know
you’re not a bad person Hei. I would compare you to the antihero
in all those stupid childhood stories I used to read. Bad deeds,
good intentions.

Hei: I think that more or less sums up my life pretty well... He
says somewhat casually. Though he was cold, if he were still
with a soul, he probably be joking a bit.
