Takahashi's ability to see through illusions helped him
immensely as he could see through Cress's illusion and takes the
attack to the gut so he could try to stab her in the gut at the
same time with his varanium blade. Though her blade did pierce
his gut, he manages to avoid a fatal attack since Cress's attack
would miss his heart.
Meanwhile, Hei turns once he realizes Cress used her illusion
ability and then turns as he uses his ability to sense presences
to keep track of Cress's presence. Drake mostly just blocks the
door currently, acting as a way to cut off her escape.

She seems prepared for that as uses her faster than average
reflexes to wrap her hand around the blade to stop it from
entering her abdomen. However, she had to sacrifice cutting her
hand open to avoid it. She twist the blade she has buried in his
gut and yanks it upwards to tear through at least one organ.

As Takahashi tries to stop Cress from piercing his organs,
Takahashi tries a holy art. Takahashi: Holy art. Byakurai. He
fires a beam of holy energy that was small but designed to
pierce it's way through Cress in order to attempt to do more
damage. Hei summons his swords, and tries to get behind Cress to
literally stab her in the back using his two demon swords.
Drake: Damn... I see why Hei did this subtle-ly... Girl had a
lung pierced and acts like nothing happened. That's pretty damn
impressive. No wonder Hei wants her on his side. Drake says
somewhat jokingly. Drake hadn't really spent a lot of time with
Muriel's family, since him and Danae spent more time around
Alice and Hei since Hei and Drake were good friends.

Cressida winces as the beam manages to fry through her upper
thigh. It didn’t do a lot of damage, but it hurt quite a bit
that was for sure. Her stance slightly slipped from the move,
and along with it her grip on the blade which still stays lodged
in Takahashi’s form. She uses her arcane magic to shove
Takahashi’s injured form away from her as she turns to face Hei.
It was only from her stumbling that she happened to see him
approaching her. Cress: How ironic that you were gonna actually
stab me in the back. She laughs at Drake’s assessment which
causes her to cough, blood only just now passing from between
her lips. She just reaches up and does her best to wipe it off
still seeming unaffected Cress: Mother would be so disappointed.
Grandfather knows I can’t wait for her to get her hands on you
after this.

Hei: I think your mother would be proud of the fight you've put
up. You've lasted longer than anyone I've fought so far. Even
Kindron didn't last as long in a fight with me as you have and
he was restored by God himself... Or so I was told. And this was
after you were weakened by fighting through my forces. He says
as he tries to slice her with his dark flame sword which would
also fire a slashing wave.
Drake: Wait... I thought your mother was dead? He says confused,
since he hadn't heard about Muriel's resurrection. Seriously,
what's the point of death if no one stays dead? He says
sarcastically, since he knew a lot of the members of groups like
Hellsing and Black Sun rarely ever stayed dead, which was a
joking he'd been making since Kendrix's return.

Cress: Well I don’t know if she’s alive yet, but she certainly
will be after this. She just braces herself as she lets herself
take the actual sword to the hip and then the wave after it
merely gritting her teeth. She stumbles some more partially from
the results of the hit and partially from blood loss.

Takahashi and Hei go for a kill blow, trying to hit Cress from
two sides with their blades.
Hei: Then it seems opportunity knocks... You'll be more useful
to me than I thought as more than just a tough warrior and a
powerful demon/angel hybrid. He says as he attacks.

Realising that her odds are stacked against her she chooses to
stand there as both blades pierce her body. The result is wounds
that poor golden red blood as she hits her knees with a groan
coughing up more blood.

Hei takes his blade, going for the killing blow. Hei: This ended
up taking longer than I expected... And it cost a lot more
people than I was hoping. But it just means you're stronger than
I expected and you'll be that much more useful to me.
Takahashi gets ready, pulling the blade out of his gut and
throwing it to the side so he could heal his wound using healing
magic. He was ready though if Cress made any moves since he
expected she might try to fight back.

Cress: I’ll be the crown jewel of your collection Hei. *She
doesn’t stop him from killing her though before the blade
actually pierces her body she throws out one more wave of magic
that seems to creep through Takahashi’s open wounds and radiate
far enough to settle over Drake’s skin. It doesn’t seem to have
any direct effect yet that is.*
