"You're good... But I'm Crowley."
"It's about survival... I figured you would know that... But I
just remembered you're barely functioning morons..." - Crowley
to Hei and Clone Kindron about why he stayed out of the fight
with Dr. Black.
"I have only one rule: Make a deal; keep it. There's a reason
we don't call our debts in early. Consumer confidence. This
isn't Wall Street, this is Hell! We have a little something
called 'integrity.' If this got out... Who'd deal with us?
Nobody! Then where are we?! That's right, you don't know...
Because you're a short-sided little prat." - Crowley to a demon
making deals with humans who was killing them before he should
have
"Am I the ONLY game piece on the board who doesn't underestimate
those denim-wrapped nightmares?!" - Crowley screaming angrily
about the Winchesters after someone tried and failed to kill
them.
"No one in the history of torture's been tortured with the
torture like the torture you'll be tortured with!" - Crowley to
someone who pissed him off.
"Trying to summon blood from hell? Sorry, dear... That doesn't
work anymore. Someone can't summon anything from Heaven or
Hell... Not with the doors closed." - Crowley after he saw a
demon try to summon boiling blood from hell.
When Clone Kindron failed to kill a powerful demon lord and
Crowley got backlash from the group following that demon.
Kindron: I'll get him next time... I think I have a plan this
time.
Crowley: I hope so! They burnt my house down. They ATE my
tailor!
Kindron: Stops in confusion. Wait... Like... LITERALLY ate a
live person?
Crowley: YES! He screams angrily
Goten: Gross...
A conversation Clone Kindron, Goten Uchiha and Kierran Black had
with Crowley.
Crowley: It's not much, but this weapon should kill Omega if you
can get his heart with it. He says having had made a weapon to
kill Omega.
Clone Kindron: "What happens to you if we go up against Omega
and Dr. Black, and lose?"
Crowley: "One. He's going to wipe us all out anyway for opposing
him. Two. After you leave here I go on an extended vacation to
all-points nowhere. And three... HOW ABOUT YOU DON'T MISS,
OKAY?! MORONS!"
Dean Winchester: If I see you again-
Crowley: I'm dead... Yes I know. I love you too. He says
sarcastically
During a conversation with Lucifer's demon, Maze, when he showed
up at the bar and Maze put a knife to his throat.
Crowley: Mazikeen... Nice to see you again. Nice to see you're
as protective as ever. He says with a smile.
Maze: Why are you here, Crowley? You're supposed to be in Hell!
Crowley: What's matter, darling? Jealous I'm not here to see
you? He says jokingly.
During a conversation when Lucifer took out a group trying to
kill him..
Lucifer: People think I'm "evil" and I'm starting to think
they're right! He says menacingly
As he talks Crowley is in the back of the room, drinking some
expensive wine. He looks over and smiles.
Crowley: You say that like it's a bad thing. He says jokingly to
Lucifer.
The first time Crowley visited Lucifer after he was stuck on
earth.
Lucifer: Crowley... What brings you to Lux?
Crowley: Holds his drink up Getting harder and harder to find
good quality alcohol mostly... He says jokingly.
Lucifer: I figured you'd be in Hell. Isn't torture of souls one
of your hobbies?
Crowley: Yes, well... Funny story... I was actually here on
earth when the doors shut. So now I'm stuck here too.
Name: Crowley
Alias: "Former" King of Hell (He was king of hell when the doors
to hell were closed, but likely isn't considered king anymore
after years of not being able to return to hell.)
Age: Unknown
Species: Human Turned Demon Lord
Gender: Male
Hunter Group/Team: None (Hangs out in Japanese Islands and
around Lucifer's bar)
Weapons:
- The Colt: Crowley currently has a weapon made in the old west,
a revolver with special bullets designed to kill anything. This
gun is a legend among supernaturals and supernatural hunters,
known for being able to kill anything but 5 things in all of
creation. The bullets loaded into this gun are enhanced with a
special spell that must be done to the bullets, and the gun
itself enhances the bullets so that they can kill if they strike
a vital point. If struck in a vital, this can kill almost any
creature, with the only known immunities being Lucifer and God
himself (it's unknown where God is in the current world or if
he's even still alive). This gun is summonable by Crowley at any
time using demon teleportation, but is not bound to Crowley, so
if it were stolen, it could be used against him. This is
something Crowley only gives to people he trusts or if he knows
he can get it back.
- Angel Blade: This is a standard angel blade most normal angels
and fallen angels carry. This blade is designed to kill demons,
but can also kill angels as well due to it's design. When faced
with certain creatures that are of angelic or demonic power,
this works on the creatures as well. When used on creatures
affected by it, it temporarily negates regeneration of the
creature, specifically working best against angel and demon
regeneration. This also applies to other creatures that use such
regeneration such as demonic vampires who use demonic
regeneration or holy vampires who have more angelic power. This
weapon is very useful, made out of heavenly silver. Even against
creatures that it doesn't negate regeneration form, it's still
made out of a material that acts like blessed silver, still
being useful against creatures like vampires and Darkfire with
unholy natures. Crowley has a number of these, and even has a
gun made with melted down angel blades as the bullets that can
kill angels should he want to. This is mostly a precaution,
since he has enemies in both heaven and hell.
Demon Abilities:
- Human Turned Demon: When a human soul is tortured enough, the
soul will eventually lose it's humanity and be turned into a
demon. When this happens, a new demon is born, one that has the
memories of their human life and is reborn as a demon. The
person often becomes a twisted version of who they used to be,
and usually are loyal to hell by the point they are turned into
demons. This became a great way for hell to increase their demon
count, since they have plenty of tortured souls. A human turned
demon has much more ability to learn certain supernatural
abilities than humans, and some supernaturals can even be turned
demon for a more powerful demon. Human turned demons are usually
just as strong as normal demons and usually have the whole
powerset of demons. What kind of demon they turn into might vary
though, as some might turn into different demons, which might
depend on who they are, or sometimes what circle of hell they
are tortured in. For example, a demon frozen in the 9th circle
could end up becoming an ice demon, or a soul burned alive could
be turned into a fire demon. This depends on the situation, and
some might even just turn into basic demons. For Crowley, he
started out as a basic demon, and is still a pretty basic demon
who specalizes in demonic telekinesis. Crowley is the example of
how powerful a basic demon can become, showing that even basic
demons can rise to the top.
- Human Soul Enhanced Demon: After Crowley became the king of
hell, he was met with competition, and many tried to take his
throne from him. At some point, he learned how to weaponize
human souls, converting them into power to strengthen himself
without needing to rely on devouring souls. The souls don't
disappear, and instead their spirit energy is converted into
power to grant more power. Crowley did this with many human
souls, strengthening himself as a demon so he could handle
almost any demon who challenged him. While he isn't strong
enough to take on demon prince level opponents, or some stronger
hell knights, Crowley is strong enough that he surpasses normal
demons. Crowley lies somewhere just below demon prince level,
but at a level strong enough that he could destroy a god
fragment with enough pressure from his demon aura. Most know
he's not an ordinary demon when they see his true form, which is
that of a standard demon in the form of smoke, except that
Crowley takes the form of a red smoke rather than a black smoke
like most demons do. This enhancement is something he used for a
long time to strengthen himself, and has made him stronger than
most normal demons. However, this doesn't make him unbeatable,
as Crowley has never been about overwhelming strength, but more
about using his cunning to overcome his opponents.
- Dark Hex Magic: In his human life, Crowley was the son of
Rowena, a powerful dark witch, and has all of her magic
capabilities. While Crowley hasn't learned magic to the extent
of his mother, he has learned dark magic that can help in
battle, with his main use of this being hexes that can affect
opponents through long distance spells. Hex bag spells are
designed to affect the person by giving them a hex bag, or
hiding it near them. These bags then transfer what is done in
the spell to the person, such as being able to light someone on
fire, or being able to make someone very sick. When done, this
is designed to kill opponents. When used, this magic can be very
deadly to people it's used on, and all while Crowley doesn't
even have to get close enough to do it himself. However, this
does require a hex bag to be in the person's possession, or
within a 10 foot radius of them. People under this affect may be
able to trace the magical energy to the hex bag, and if the hex
bag in the affected person's vacinity is destroyed (the easiest
is burning it), then the effects of the spell disappear and the
person returns to normal as though nothing happened. However, if
they die due to the spell, the spell can't be undone, but if
they aren't dead, the spell is undone if the hex bag is
destroyed. And those with magic immunity are not affected by
this at all.
- Dark Elemental Magic: To an extent, Crowley also has the power
of dark magic to use dark magic elementals, with Crowley being
able to use earth and lightning as his main elements. When used,
these let him use dark elemental magic to attack opponents. With
his earth magic, he is able to do things like manipulating the
ground underneath him, create earth armor from metal around him,
or even create golems he can use to fight opponents. Using his
lightning magic, he can do things like creating piercing
attacks, electrocuting opponents, or firing lightning blasts.
This uses dark magic to power this skill, which lets Crowley
utilize dark magic elements to fight his opponents. These
elements do dark magic damage and are usually different from
normal elements in how they appear, such as dark magic lightning
being pink or purple in color or earth having an unnatural glow
to it. For the most part, they still act as normal elementals,
but are powered by dark magic rather than elemental energies.
These are also counterable the same way as normal elementals,
with wind being the best way to counter Crowley's elements since
wind can dispel static/lightning, and is earth's natural
counter. Being powered by dark magic does mean that opponents
are not affected by it if they have magic immunity, and magic
resistance means reduced damage from this.
- Demonic/Demon Aura Manipulation: Most demons are familiar with
demonic energy, with demonic energy being the basis of a
majority of demonic power. Demonic energy is fairly basic for
most demons, being an unholy energy that can be used to attack
opponents or be used with certain powers in order to create new
variations of abilities. This energy is pretty basic, and the
opposite of normal angelic/holy energy. And at the top of the
more powerful energies demons can wield, higher level demons can
use demon aura, a higher level demon power where demons fuse
demonic energy with their unholy aura to create a powerful
demonic energy originally designed to counter archangels and
celestial force. Both energies are unholy and demonic in nature,
being able to be used similarly to attack opponents or combine
with other techniques. There is also an amplification effect
demonic energy can be used to amp those of unholy nature. As
many know, normal demonic energy doesn't do as much damage as
demon aura, but costs less power to use while demon aura does
more damage but costs more power. And these energies can of
course be countered by their holy counterparts, unless one has
strong enough normal energy to counter advanced energies.
- Crossroads Deal Reality Warping: When Crowley makes a deal
with someone, he is able to slightly alter reality in order to
make their deal come true. This could mean obtaining a certain
item (as long as it's not bound to someone), be used to change
someone's identity, be used to create a large amount of money
for someone to make them rich, or putting someone in a certain
place at a certain time. This power slightly alters reality to
fit the deal, usually to the benefit of the person a crossroads
demon is dealing with. When used in a deal, this can do a lot of
different things, something Crowley has experimented the limits
with in the past. However, there are a lot of restrictions to
this power and things demons cannot do. For one, they cannot
give objects to someone if they are bound to someone else since
the bound object could just return to the owner. Another big
restriction is that people cannot be killed through this and
minds cannot be altered with this. For example, if someone
wanted someone else to die, the demon would have to have someone
kill the person, as the deal would not kill someone as the deal
reality shift cannot be used to kill a person under any
circumstances, even if they made the deal. It is also not
possible to alter minds, like someone wanting a deal to make
someone specific love them. Usually, a crossroads demon usually
has to be able to do the dirty work, or get someone else to do
it for them, Most don't use this unless it's a higher level deal
that can't be solved normally. This depends on the demon, with
higher ranked and higher powered demons being able to do more,
but no power can break the main restrictions of this. Being King
of the Crossroads, Crowley can grant more using this than any
other demon, but even he cannot break certain restrictions. The
only person that might have a chance of doing so would be
Lucifer himself since he's far more powerful than any demon
alive.
- Darkness/Unholy Darkness Manipulation: Many demons are able to
use darkness the same way some angels can use holy light. Thanks
to this, many demons are able to manipulate darkness to attack
opponents, and can even fuse normal demonic energy to their
darkness to create an unholy darkness. Most demons can not use
demonic darkness, which fuses demon aura with darkness energy,
because the two energies are hard to fuse together without
exploding in one's face, but those who are trained and
experienced enough, or train with those like Belphegor who use
demonic darkness may eventually learn to use it. Demons who use
this are able to use shadows to attack others, and use certain
techniques like shadow traveling if they become experienced
enough. Though since demons have their own method of
teleportation, they typically don't need to use shadow travel.
But using shadows is actually a bit harder than one might think,
since shadows can be used in multiple ways. One could solidify
shadows to spear others, create a liquid-like shadow to drown
someone in shadows, or even create a shadow mist to darken an
area. These darkness manipulations of course are counterable by
typical light abilities, and can be countered like any other
darkness manipulation.
- Hellfire Manipulation: Of course, hellfire, being a production
of Hell, is usable by demons. This in turn granted them access
to hellfire at will, which is a fire fused with demonic energy.
This crimson flame is an extremely hot flame that scorches most
normal flames, with it being a much higher level than normal
flames. This flame is useful just like normal flame
manipulation, being useful for things like being able to create
fireballs, being able to create constructs of fire, burn things
through using flames or physical touch, or being able to even
create things like lava manipulation. Demons are able to use
this hellfire either on their own which generates powerful
hellfire to torture souls. This hellfire is an advanced fire
manipulation, which demons have learned to use just like demons.
This fire does both demonic damage and fire damage to opponents,
similar to other types of demonic flames. However, this fire is
still counterable by strong enough ice manipulation, with holy
ice being the best counter since the holy ice can counter both
the demonic power and fire. Though holy power on it's own can
find ways to block the flames as well. It is also possible to
put out the flames the same way as normal flames since the
hellfire is just much hotter flames. Crowley is even able to use
this to heat up objects using telekinesis, where he is able to
heat things up by using his telekinesis to hold something and
using his hellfire to heat it up to the point that it can burn
someone's hand or even melt it.
- Demonic Presence: Almost all demons have some sort of demonic
presence. When a demon is present, most have some way that it
shows when they are around. This is different depending on the
demon and their abilities. Those with stronger auras may have
enhanced aura or some may have more subtle presences. Usually,
anytime a demon is present, most will notice the smell of
sulfur, or sulfur might be left behind by demons, as a product
of their power that comes from hell. All demons have some sort
of presence that they give off. This is unique to most demons,
though most usually either have a strong unholy aura, or they
have a strong presence that can be felt. Though most demons are
able to suppress this presence so others can't sense them
usually, most demons do still leave behind sulfur, which his
something that tends to happen passively. This is mostly just an
effect of a demon's presence in an area, an effect that actually
tends to make them easier to track. Though some demons like
Lucifer or Asmodeus may light up an area, or some demons have
unique effects like areas growing strong with energy or storms
appearing overhead for more powerful demons with weather
manipulation abilities. For the most part, Crowley is just a
standard demon in terms of presence, and often feels like the
presence of a normal demon. Most people don't sense his enhanced
demon power, something he uses to his advantage.
- Demon Regeneration: Most demons have a form of regeneration,
being able to regenerate from almost anything as long as they're
not struck by something that negates their regeneration or by a
demon killing weapon like a demon killer knife or an angel
blade. For the most part, demons are able to regenerate as long
as they're not destroyed completely, though more injuries or
the less of a demon there is to regenerate, the longer the
regeneration takes. Demons are able to even regenerate their
hearts and brains if they are not killed by some sort of holy
weapon that negates their demonic regeneration. Depending on the
demon, some can regenerate more easily than others, and higher
level demons have higher level regeneration, like demon princes
and hell knights having highly enhanced regeneration. And some
demons have specific regeneration techniques depending on who
they are and their demonic power. Most demons can still be
killed if they are struck in the heart or brain by strong enough
holy powers or weapons. While demon killing weapons and angel
blades are the best things to use against him, other holy
weapons can kill demons or weaken their regeneration.
- Demon Teleportation: Just like angels, demons are able to
teleport anywhere they want to go through a demonic
teleportation. Many have multiple ways of doing this, such as
darkness users teleporting using shadows, or some having
specific teleportation techniques, while some just use typical
demonic teleportation. Teleporting works just like it does with
most creatures, in which the user of the teleportation has to
know where they want to go, and know where they're going. If
they don't, they could end up in a random place, with some
people having traveled to different dimensions in the past if
they have the ability to do so. Typically, most demons don't
have the ability to teleport through dimensions or time, but
some higher level angels and demons do have the ability to
travel through time and space, though this is usually archangels
and demons who do this, and the few normal angels and demons who
have required an immense amount of power to do so. Demons
teleportation depends on the demon, with some teleporting in
fire bursts, bursts of darkness or light, or just vanishing.
- Demon Telekinesis/Shockwaves: Most demons have some form of
demonic telekinesis, in which they can grab, throw or hold
things. This is useful for dealing with opponents, in which most
demons can telekinetically throw or hold opponents. Some can
also use this to throw objects or grab objects with a hold and
move it to them. This telekinesis can also be focused by some
demons into shockwave techniques where they are able to fire
telekinetic shockwaves at opponents to do concussive damage.
Some who are more powerful can also do things to affect people,
such as using this on their voice box to silence them. Depending
on the technique and skill of the demon, almost all demons have
to concentrate to use this, in which opponents can break free by
breaking their concentration. Usually the best way to break a
demon's concentration is to attack them, in which they are
forced to focus on the telekinesis or the attack. This power can
be resisted against by stronger opponents, as some can slightly
overcome the telekinetic hold. It's also possible to move fast
enough to avoid getting grabbed by telekinesis if one simply
moves faster than the telekinetic grab can grab them, which
requires immense speed.
- Demon Possession/Shapeshift: Demons have two main abilities to
manifest on earth, usually not wanting to take demonic form on
earth as it makes them easy to target for supernatural hunters
and angels. Instead, demons have two major things they can do.
The first is possessing a human vessel. Demons can take a form
which they can enter someone's body and take over their mind,
using them like a puppet. This is useful for hiding out, since
it can hide a demon's presence except for the demon still
leaving sulfur behind as an effect of their presence. Demons are
very skilled at this, but stronger willed opponents can force
demons out, as well as those with special training or immunity
to psychic style mind controlling can also push demons out.
Supernatural hunters also have a special mark that acts as a
ward and prevents possession. The other method is shapeshifting
into a human-like form. This is useful for some demons who don't
want to be limited to other bodies, and lets the demon use their
own body by shapeshifting it. The demons can also modify their
presence as well. However, whether in a vessel or their own
body, they can still be killed the same ways as they normally
would. Of course, choosing one or the other is very situational,
and just depends on what is better for whatever situation the
demon is in. For the most part, Lucifer banned possession, so
most use shapeshifting in the current world.
- Demonic Casting/Exorcism: Demons have their own type of
exorcisms and casting, usually to be used against angels. For
the most part, demons have Enochian chants and spells they can
use to cast angels out of an area, or cast angels back to
heaven. The most useful is sending angels back to Heaven, since
it sends them back for longer and they are tied to heaven for up
to a day unless someone like Elohei or God specifially removes
the effects. These exorcisms and castings work great on angels,
but they do also have the ability to create almost any manner of
supernatural trap, and can even use exorcisms on other demons if
certain demons become a problem. For the most part, these are
the reverse of certain types of chants and exorcisms used by
supernatural hunters and/or angels, and are tailored usually to
angels since angels and demons tend to figh teach other more
often then not. Of course, one can avoid chants if they don't
hear the chant, and avoiding certain area spells for casting out
can be avoided by leaving the area before the spell is
activated. Certain spoken spells can also be interrupted before
completion to negate the chant as well.
- Demon Blood Communication/Demon Telepathy: Similar to angel
radio, demons have their own methods of communication. For the
most part, many demons communicate with each other by telepathy,
similar to the angels who use telepathy to interact with each
other and hear prayers. However, demons are more just simple
telepathy where they use it to communicate with one another.
Demon telepathy doesn't work through prayers like one would
think, since demons don't get prayers typically. However, demons
can communicate and summon each other through a specific blood
spell that they use to send messages to each other, essentially
letting them phone each other through this spell. This spell can
also be used to summon demons using blood, and works usually
alongside a chant and a blood offering, which is often used even
by those that aren't demons who try to summon Lucifer and Satan.
This can be set up as a private communication or to groups of
demons depending on what the demon wants to do.
- Demonic Resurrection: Like angels, some demons can bring the
dead back to life. However, they have to have both the soul and
the body (or a piece of the body) in order to do so. Depending
on the situation, they may not need to physically have the soul
if the soul is in Hell, or they can retrieve the soul from
another place in the afterlife. However, this is a rare case
that an angel or demon would ever resurrect a human as it is
against the rules for angels and demons to resurrect people
without direct consent from heaven normally, or have the
permission of Death and/or Toranoraos before doing so. Most
angels and demons would need special permission or orders to use
this, but some do disobey and still use it if they feel it
necessary, but doing so might get Death or Toranoraos involved
depending on the situation.
- Destroy Heaven's and Hell's Gate Pieces/Destroy God Fragments:
Very rarely, higher level demons or archangels at around demon
princes or archangel levels can destroy pieces of heaven and
hell gates, which would normally be used to weaken most angels
or demons using opposing forces. While the demon/angel can still
gain enhancements from their force, such as demons getting amped
power form Hell's Gate pieces, or angels getting amped power
from Heaven's Gate pieces, demons and angels with this power can
choose to destroy the pieces. Another power that higher level
angels and demons have is that they can often destroy god
fragments once their power grows high enough by overcoming the
fragment with their own power. Destroying any of these doesn't
kill those who have these pieces or fragments fused to their
souls, but instead just makes them lose whatever benefit the
fragment and pieces give them. This technique requires immense
power to use, and only the highest level angels and demons can
ever hope to be able to do this. However, while being able to
destroy a god fragment may sound impressive, it's really not as
impressive as it sounds since god fragments are very small bits
of God's power.
Combat And Passive Abilities:
- Undefined Combat Ability: Crowley is someone who doesn't have
specific fighting styles to use, and doesn't have a defined
combat ability as a result. While Crowley is able to fight
opponents with physical combat, he has no specific fighting
style with which to overwhelm opponents with certain techniques
or abilities. There is a benefit to this though, in that Crowley
is not really predictable in a fight, since he doesn't move in a
way that is defined by any style. This lets Crowley remain
unpredictable, with him often relying on instincts to dodge and
attack opponents. While Crowley can keep up with many opponents,
not having a style does also hurt him in some aspects, since
Crowley doesn't have special techniques or abilities through
martial arts to use on opponents, and is limited to normal basic
combat. Crowley can usually hold his own, but cannot overcome
advanced martial artists since he has no defined combat style.
Usually, Crowley just uses an angel knife and hopes for the best
if he is forced to fight someone. He can usually overcome normal
fighters to a degree, but advanced martial artists usually have
ways of taking on people without defined styles, such as Chinese
Kenpo having two stage attacks to take advantage of those
without the right combat training to take on those that are
talented but have no combat style.
- Supernatural Expert: Having had to fight a lot of different
types of creatures over the last 1500 or so years, Crowley has
enough skill in hunting supernaturals to know exactly how to
hunt and kill them. This is no more apparent than when he was
searching for Purgatory, in which he was able to tell the
supernatural he was using exactly how to hunt down higher level
supernaturals like the alpha vampire (one of the first vampires
in the world) or knowing how to take on certain people like hell
knights or grand priest angels. Thanks to his experience and
knowledge, Crowley knows almost all manners of supernaturals and
how to kill them (even though he doesn't need to know since he
has the Colt). More experienced supernatural hunters can say
just how many different types of races and sub-races there are
in one universe, let alone the multi-verse as a whole. Crowley
knows the strengths and weaknesses for as many races as he could
learn, even ones that are technically not around anymore.
Crowley has had plenty of time and experience to build up his
experience.
- Tracking and Hunting Expert: Thanks to his supernatural
hunting experience, Crowley knows all the best ways to track
down his opponents as well as how supernatural hunters may track
him if he ever finds himself on the wrong end of a supernatural
hunter. Someone with tracking ability can do very subtle things,
like telling whether a foot print is his target or not by things
like the shape of the boot and how deep the boot-print is, with
advanced trackers being able to identiy people by boot prints,
as well as also being able to tell where opponents go thanks to
things like walking on plants, and animals that are unusually
silent in a direction. Some more experienced trackers and
hunters even develop a sense of when opponents are near, and can
often gain a sense of where their opponents are going while
tracking them. Of course, with a demon's enhanced senses, this
becomes even more effective as they can do things like find
traces of body heat, traces of presences, or even just telling
what's around them more easily. With Crowley's enhanced sixth
sense, he is able to sense far more than most people.
- Supernatural Exorcism, Weakness and Trap Knowledge: During his
time with supernatural hunting, and his time fighting wars
against creatures like the leviathans, Crowley learned
everything he needed to know about beating supernaturals, from
exorcising demons and angels, the weaknesses of almost every
type of supernatural, and how to hunt and lure out most
supernaturals and dieties as well as trap them. Like certain
other supernatural hunter, Crowley is an expert in these fields,
having trained and learned almost every way the Darkfire's
training knew to kill supernaturals, even knowing the different
breeds of supernaturals recorded by the clan which helped with
supernatural hunting. With study and training, this would
further help Crowley become one of the best supernatural hunters
in his world and in the world, even if he doesn't hunt
supernaturals under normal circumstances and isn't really known
for his knowledge of supernaturals. Of course, part of this was
also to recognize traps and exorcisms that would be used against
him since he is fully aware of everything that can hurt or trap
him.
- Demon Wings: Crowley has demon wings just like most demons,
which he can shapeshift to be present or not at will. These
wings usually depend on the demon, with some demons having
different wings if they are different creatures (such as a bird
demon having birdlike wings). For Crowley, he has standard demon
wings, which looks sort of like a cross between bat wings and
dragon wings. His wings are solid black with some red mixed into
the structure of the wings, and are very basic demon wings. They
work similar to bat wings, in that these wings can be used to
fly around. These wings can also be used to protect Crowley from
projectile attacks, using them as a defense. Just like most
beings with wings though, Crowley cannot fly if his wings are
damage, and damage done to the wings is damage done to Crowley
himself. While demon wings are a useful defense in that the
damage they take is less than normal damage would do, damaging
them make them unable to fly until they heal.
- Resistant to Normal Demon Weaknesses: Like hell knights and
demon princes, Crowley is resistant to normal demon weaknesses.
While things like holy water, salt and holy powers still do
damage, they do highly reduced damage due to Crowley becoming
powerful through using human souls as a power source. This makes
him somewhat resistant, and means killing him is much harder
than normal. Normal demon killing knives don't kill him, similar
to how normal angel blades don't kill archangels. For the most
part, he can still be killed like a normal demon, but it might
take longer and take more power to do so. Crowley still takes
damage, but usually it's reduced enough that things like holy
water and salt barely make him flinch. Often times, he just
calls things like holy water and salt "unpleasant" to him. And
while normal angel blades can kill normal demons, Crowley cannot
be killed by one, even if it does still hurt him. However, an
archangel blade would kill him, as would other weapons like
varanium weapons and death scythes. For the most part, it's
mostly holy items that Crowley is resistant to, and not other
supernatural hunting abilities and items.
- Enhanced IQ: As one might expect from Crowley, Crowley is a
very smart person, having a very high IQ compared to most people
even if it's not always apparent. Thanks to this, Crowley has a
natural talent for strategy and learning. On top of this, his
years studying and learning new things have left him with a lot
of training, from knowing most languages spoken that he's had
access to from reading, or knowing a lot about fighting styles
based on learning and fighting others who use certain fighting
styles. Crowley is a very smart person, even rivaling some who
have enhanced intelligence. Crowley has even rivaled the
intelligence of advanced alien races who are smarter than most
mortal earthlings, and managed to match them in learning new
things. On top of knowing almost every language he's had access
to, Crowley also knows a lot about robotics, current technology,
and even some future technology that he's seen. Crowley often
doesn't look like it, but he is very smart, and not one to be
underestimated. His intelligence is most often his most
dangerous quality.
- Master Manipulator/Master Salesman: Those that know Crowley
usually figure out quickly that Crowley is very good at
manipulating people. Crowley is someone who knows exactly how to
talk to people, and is often very good at selling just about
anything he wants. He is a type of person that knows how people
think and how to manipulate what people want without needing to
read their minds or desires. For the most part, Crowley is known
for being able to manipulate people into doing what he wants,
even though most people usually know that Crowley almost never
tells a full story when asking for a favor, and that it usually
comes back to bite them. Crowley is also very good at selling
deals to people, as he has often been called a master salesman
by some people who have seen him as a crossroads demon. He takes
full advantage of what people want and can influence people just
by how he interacts with them. Because of this, even people like
Lucifer are careful around him, and usually know not to trust
him completely since he has a tendency to manipulate events to
his favor.
- Multilingual and Ancient Language Experts: Just like most
creatures who have been around since the dawn of time, demons
can speak multiple languages. For the most part, depending on
where the live and where they have lived, most of them speak a
number of languages, and are experts on ancient laguages, with
most being able to speak and write in almost any ancient
language of humans. Most are very fluent in Enochian, biblical
Hebrew, normal hebrew, and even most major languages spoken in
major countries. They can even speak mostly forgotten languages
that most don't even know, like the original languages of the
world that have been lost to time. For the most part, most
demons are very good at learning new languages and at speaking
and writing in multiple languages that have been used over the
years. Most usually stick to the language of their own country
they live in depending on where they live, but most can switch
languages for almost any occassion. Crowley is able to speak
most major languages in the world, including English, French,
Spanish, Portugese, Italian, German, Russian, Chinese,
Mongolian, Mandarin, and Japanese. He also knows forgotten, or
"dead" languages (languages not used with no new words being
added), including sanscrit, biblical hebrew, latin and many
ancient languages like ancient Egyptian, Mayan, Incan or even
knowing native american languages. He is also an expert on
Enochian, which is mostly spoken these days by angels.
- Enhanced Demon Senses: Much like most supernaturals, each
demon has enhanced senses as well. For the most part, this
depends solely on the demon, as some senses enhance more than
others depending not only on the demon, but the specific types
of demon, with there being many kinds of demons. As there are
many types of demons, many demons can end up being different in
many ways. Though most gain simple enhanced senses, with all
their senses going up slightly. Usually this can be good or bad,
as some enhanced senses can be a hinderance as much as a help,
like wolf demons sense of smell also being a weakness if used
against them properly. This is dependant on the demon, as every
demon has a different balance of senses. For Crowley, he has
pretty evenly enhanced sense, only having basic demon enhanced
senses that he can use. This means that his senses aren't as
tuned as some, but also that he can't be overwhelmed as easily
like some enhanced senses users can.
- Enhanced Demon Sixth Sense: Much like other supernaturals,
demons can sense the presence of other beings, and sensing who
and what they are. This can sense not only one's presence, but
their levels of energy and how tough they are, allowing the user
to gauge how they stand against them, as well as often being
able to tell what they are by their presence if the user
recognizes what kind of presence it is. However, this can be
deceived by skilled opponents, sometimes not appearing correctly
if the user can't sense the opponent's full power or use powers
that fool this sense. There are also skills that hide one's
presence so those with this sense can't sense them, or some
opponents can suppress their presence so they're not fully able
to be sensed. Crowley is able to use this to sense not just
what's around him, but he is able to use his ability to tune
into angel and demon communications to sense what's going on
around the world, and when big presences appear, like Lucifer or
higher level angels. He is often able to identify most creatures
by their presence, and usually has a good idea of what people
are stronger than him.
- Demonic Mind Protection: Because demons are masters of
possession and are able to overpower minds through possession
(usually), demons have a passive defense in their minds from
other people being able to control them. Usually, demons cannot
be controlled by others, and they are able to control their
minds completely, like shutting down their minds as needed. This
ability is a basic defense to things like psychic mind
abilities, or attempts to manipulate them using things like
emotional manipulation. This can avoid a lot of problems, and
with controlling their minds completely, demons are able to
control their emotions and how they respond to certain
situations, such as suppressing certain things they might do
when doing something like lying. For the most part, this very
simple, with many demons just having basic protection due to
their possession abilities. Most cannot do anything advanced,
like going into someone else's mind psychically.
- Fool Senses: Demons have a special ability which lets them lie
to people and control the fact they are lying thanks to their
demon mind protection and suppressing the unconscious habits of
the mind when one is lying. Reading the aura and body language,
most people think they are telling the truth, which allows a
demon to lie to people far more easily than most. This power
comes from advanced users of demon mind protection, as they
learn to manipulate their minds to fool opponents that can see
into their minds. However, only advanced users of the
disciplined mind skill can do this effectively, as they have to
suppress not only the fact they are lying, but they have to
suppress their unconscious tells of when they lie, such as some
people looking away when lying, or some having certain tells.
This requires not just training in mind protection, but also
requires the demon to know their own self enough to know what
they do when they lie to suppress it.
- Demon and Soul Powered Enhanced Physical Stats: While it may
not seem it, Crowley has highly enhanced physical stats. Unlike
some, he doesn't specialize in one specific stat, and just has a
basic demon enhancement of stats. Crowley is able to fight
strong opponents, as well as fast opponents, being able to see
and counter most opponents. While this doesn't help against
higher level opponents and sometimes his eyes being able to
react faster than his body, it does let him counter people more
easily and allow him to fight opponents most basic demons would
lose to. With his enhanced demon abilities using souls, he also
gained highly enhanced supernatural and demonic stats which
increase his abilities to the point that he is able to keep up
with many people who transform into tougher forms. On his own,
Crowley may not seem that intimidating since he cannot transform
like most supernaturals, but his base power is able to keep up
with transformed beings, since he enhanced his power to be able
to keep the throne of hell after Lucifer left. Due to this, he
is not one to be underestimated. Even though Crowley's most
dangerou aspect is his intelligence, that doesn't mean that
Crowley is a pushover in a physical battle as he has beaten
demons and angels who were "supposedly" higher level than him.

Weaknesses:
- Crowley may seem intimidating to most, but he is mostly just a
highly enhanced normal demon and cannot kill higher level
opponents on his own. He is a clear example of the strength of
cunning over strength, and usually overcomes his opponents
through some sort of plan or using something that he can use
without having to overpower someone. However, there are certain
opponents he cannot overcome on his own, such as Lucifer, and
would require help if he were to ever want to kill a higher
level being. With humans becoming stronger with cybernetics, and
stronger supernaturals, Crowley has more people that could be a
threat to him than he used to. For the most part, Crowley often
requires help to take on higher level opponents, which he often
cons hunters or other supernaturals into doing his dirty work
for him. Crowley is a master of deals, and makes deals before
having to fight someone, even if it's with someone else to take
out his enemy. For the most part, the thing that makes Crowley
dangerous is that he doesn't underestimate people who are a
threat to him, and is very creative in how he overcomes
opponents. He is also very hard to kill, with many saying he's
like a cockroach in that even people who have supposedly killed
him haven't killed him, such as a time a demon killed his main
host body, but his spirit had already escaped into a rat that
was nearby that he used in desperation.
- Not many know this, but a human turned demon can be killed by
burning their bones with salt and fire, essentially the same way
as getting rid of a vengeful spirit. This is something that not
many people know, and only smarter demon hunters have figured
out. By burning their bones, it sends them back to the afterlife
permanently, and works on killing the demon connected to the
bones. Every human form demon created is connected to one set of
bones that belonged to their human form. Once the bones are
burned, the human form demon will burst into flames and
disappear, not able to return to earth ever again. Any human
form demon knows how dangerous this is after finding out about
this from a demon who saw it happen, and knows that their old
human names and graves are the biggest weakness they have due to
being a great way to kill them without having to get close to
the demon directly. If the person knows where the bones are to a
human form demon, they can use that to their advantage. For
Crowley, he actually has been threatened to be killed when
hunters found his bones and found out his real name, Ferghus
McLeod. However, Crowley made sure it wouldn't happen twice by
burying his bones on the moon, in which only someone like
Lucifer or a being that had omnipotence vision would know how to
find.
- Just as holy opponents take more damage from demonic energy,
so too do demons take increased damage from holy abilities. For
the most part, demons are able to be killed depending on their
demonic regeneration, with demon killer weapons being able to
bypass their regeneration and halt their demonic regeneration
for a short time. The two main things are demon killer knives,
which are made with special runes (though demon killer knives
don't permanently kill demon princes and hell knights), and
angel blades, which are designed to kill demons. Other demon
killing weapons exist, with many having their own methods for
killing demons. Other things like death scythes, varanium
weapons, or other weapons designed for killing a variety of
creatures often also work if they are also tuned to killing
demons. Though weapons like death scythes or varanium weapons
don't have to be tuned since they work on most supernatural
creatures. The Colt is also a great weapon to kill a demon,
granted one could get it from Crowley.
- Burning holy oil, holy water and salt works against demons as
well, doing extra damage. Burning holy oil does extra damage to
them just as it does to angels, though it doesn't have the same
casting effect it does on angels when they are engulfed in it.
Instead, the burning holy oil just does heavy holy damage to
their bodies, even if they are fire users due to the immense
holy power of holy oil that can even stop angels in their
tracks. Holy water also works, with it being something that can
stop or slow a demon. Holy water does extra damage, and weapons
coated in holy water can stun a demon if they are hit with it.
Salt also works, being a way to counter demons as a spirit, such
as using lines of salt to keep a demon spirit out of a room.
Usually, salt works the same way as holy water, where weapons
coated in it or salt itself can do extra damage to a demon, or
even stun it. Blessed salt works even better and does more
damage if one has it, but normal pure salt works too.
- Demon wards, and demon traps are specific abilities designed
to counter demons. Demonic wards are able to keep demons out of
an area until they find a way to break the wards, often allowing
time to prepare a counter attack. Wards can also be used to cast
out demons, such as paper wards that can send a demon somewhere
random. There are also demon traps, which need only be drawn on
the ground in order to trap a demon once they step into the
circle. As long as the demon doesn't break out of, such as Hell
Knights being able to shake the ground to break the ground, the
spell circle will hold until the demon finds a way to get rid of
the trap circle. These trap circles have to maintain their shape
and form though, as the circle won't be effective once it is
broken. In addition to this there are other wards and traps that
can be used depending on the lore or origin, as many have
contended with demons over the years.
- Another way to counter demons are Enochian chants and exorcism
spells. There are a number of Enochian chants and spells that
can send a demon back to hell for a time, usually for up to a
week before they are able to return. These chants are all based
on the spoken words, which exorcise the demon, being able to
cast them out of an area. These exorcisms work fairly well, with
the only real downside being that the demon is easily able to
return to the living world after a time usually up to a week.
Usually this is best used for those that defy the rulers of hell
to send them back to the rulers of hell, usually for punishment.
These exorcisms also work better when accompanied by salt or
holy water, which weaken the demon's resistance to the chant.
However, some spoken exorcisms are quite lengthy, and if the
demon realizes what's going on, the demon needs only keep
someone from talking to prevent the chant since this doesn't
interrupt their powers.
Personality: Crowley is a very confident and manipulative
person. Most who know him know that he is a confident person, in
which he has a lot of pride in the fact he was King of the
Crossroads and then King of Hell. Crowley tends to be a very
friendly person to certain people, and usually has a very
charismatic personality that many people seem to notice about
him. Those that know Crowley know he is a very careful person,
and not one to underestimate. For the most part, Crowley is also
a very smart person, having a high IQ in and out of battle.
Crowley tends to enjoy his life of freedom from Hell, and
usually tends to live a pretty carefree life since he doesn't
have to worry about ruling hell, though he is still trying to
figure out a way to open Hell's Gates so he can return to Hell
and take the throne back. Crowley is one that often doesn't care
about morality, and only operates on what is beneficial to him.
The only person that has any control over him is Lucifer, due to
Lucifer being so much more powerful than him.
Bio: Crowley was once a human known as Ferghus McLeod. After he
died, he was tortured in hell until he became a demon, a fate
that befalls almost anyone sent to hell. After becoming a demon,
his life as Crowley began. Crowley started out as a simple
Crossroads Demon, a demon that makes deals with people in
exchange for favors, usually giving their souls to hell. Crowley
eventually rose to King of the Crossroads due to his great
personality. After Lucifer left hell, hell was left without a
ruler for a long time. After a few years of demons fighting for
the throne, Crowley eventually took the throne and became the
king of hell. After doing so, he became the ruler and ruled hell
until the day hell's doors were closed by Dr. Black. Since
Crowley was on earth when it happened, he ended up stuck on
earth, unable to return to hell. Since Crowley couldn't return
home, he decided to live a life of fun, eventually meeting
Lucifer again when he found Lucifer's club. Eventually, Crowley
started hanging around Lux, and often helps out Lucifer with the
club when needed, as well as helping Lucifer make deals with
humans when Lucifer needs some extra help executing deals. He,
at times, helps the Democratic Republic, in hopes that they will
kill Dr. Black and he can find a way to open the doors to hell
after Dr. Black is dead.
