Arrow" Darkfire
"Unfortunately for you, I'm faster."
"If you rely on your weapons more than on yourself... It's going
to get you killed."
"I find them, and I put the fear of God in them until they
talk." - Hei about how he gets information.
"I never said I didn't know how to use a gun. I just prefer not
to." - Hei taking an enemy's gun.
"There is more than one path to justice. Takes out knife. Just
like more than one weapon can lead to your demise."
"We may not work together normally. But if you ever need someone
to ride alongside you, I will always be there." - Hei to Black
Wolf Rider Kindron.
"My arm was lost long ago. It never regenerated because I lost
the will to recover from that injury." - Hei about his
mechanical arm
"There are many more names on my list. Those who rule these
cities through intimidation and fear. Every last one of them
will pay for manipulating others and killing those they feel are
beneath them."
"You take them down and they get back up again. I take them
down, they stay down. We both have our own ways of dealing with
scum." - Hei to the Exiles
"My mechanical arm is a kind of special varanium. It generates
magnetic fields that I can manipulate. I use them to fire
shockwaves or generate electricity. It also has a crossbow built
in." - Hei explaining his mechanical arm to Black Wolf Rider
Kindron.
"The world doesn't work anymore. It broke a long time ago, but
it was like we were the only ones who noticed. That makes you
angry, and you feel that anger is going to burn you up inside if
you have to live in that world one more second knowing that you
could do something to fix it. Wanting justice and to make a
better world isn't wrong. It's your opression of others that's
wrong." - Hei to the Brotherhood
When Hei met the Blood Rider.
Blood Rider: You're not a hero. You're a killer. And I'm going
to show you that.
Hei readies his bow and arrow without hesitation.
Hei: I know. Unlike my brother (Kindron), I have no problem with
that.
Blood Rider smiles behind his helmet.
Blood Rider: I like you. He says jokingly.
When Hei and an Exiles member were talking.
Hei: I only kill those who deserve it.
Exiles Member: And what happens when someone decides YOU deserve
it?
Hei turns to the Exiles member.
Hei: Then they better not miss. He says darkly.
When Hei and Black Wolf Rider Kindron were talking about Kindron
being a bounty hunter.
Kindron: I started out just wanting to catch and put away
criminals. But now I have others trying to follow my example.
Hei: Hire them and take a few weeks off. He says sarcastically.
Kindron: That... isn't what I had in mind. He says
sarcastically. My job is dangerous, and I worry that they'll get
killed or worse.
Hei: Then train them so that they can fight for themselves.
When Black Arrow Hei met Sabbat Hei on a mission.
The two meet in a hallway, with Sabbat Hei being in his black
flame wolf form.
Black Arrow Hei: Here for the Laughing Coffin member?
Sabbat Hei: That's right. Guess that makes us allies again.
Black Arrow Hei: That doesn't bother me. We have similar goals,
so I don't mind it.
Black Arrow Hei opens the door and motions.
Black Arrow Hei: After you. He says politely to Sabbat Hei.
Sabbat Hei: Thank you. He says as he walks through the door.
"Nice bike." - Black Wolf Rider Kindron when he say Hei's
motorcycle.
"Who was that black suited Robin Hood back there?! Guy took out
my whole group faster than I could blink!" - An enemy about Hei.
"Was that an arrow?! How the hell did he hit that shot?! He
shouldn't even be able to tell we're here from so far away, let
alone hit anyone! We're practically in a different zip code!" -
An enemy about Hei's archery skills.
"So, you didn't take your father's title... You're one of the
few versions of us I've met that built your own identity. I'm
jealous. I wish I could go back and do it all over again myself.
The only way I found to surpass the old man (Qrow) was to be
better than him and build a new legacy as the best assassin in
the world. But since I've built my identity around the old man's
old identity, I'm stuck in his shadow no matter what I do. But
you aren't so easily restrained." - Sabbat Hei about Black Arrow
