Nightbane: Based on what Aveline told me, this Zeus isn't
someone you can just prepare for... He's the kind of villain you
can't take out on your first attempt. We definitely need Hei and
Kindron since they know this Zeus best and know who his allies
are. I have a few ideas on a counterattack, but there's too many
unknown factors I can't account for right now. I'm actually
worried about what we might face in this Zeus... From what I
understand from Aveline, this Zeus has wiped out two pantheons
in his world in the past.
Vin: So... Vin looks over to Voltan a bit awkwardly. What's the
deal with that cult around the dark voodoo god? Why is the
Hazeldine clan so worked up over it? I heard a rumor that the
head of the clan is hunting this cult down himself, which seems
pretty rare.
Goten: I've only heard rumors myself. I don't know much about
this cult other than it's got a lot of dark spirits that love
corrupting humans and supernaturals.
Whitmore: It's fine. I assume this is about that double agent
you guys were trying to recover?
Dragunov: Unfortunately... There's a lot more bad news. It seems
we might have enemies in Latveria and Kahndaq. It seems Victor
Von Doom is Hyperion's secret supporter that's been giving them
advanced tech. And it seems Black Adam has allied with person
who's now essentially the replacement for Anubis. Both countries
may fight us and America if we try to destroy Black Sun and
Hyperion respectively. And those are the nations we know that
are major players in this war, not counting all the smaller
countries that wars between the two are being fought in. He
explains to the russian president.

V: I know. But Hei is in a coma and Kindron has changed. At this
point, I really don't know what to do. Hell, even when Zeus is
overthrown by us, there's no way that I can retake the thrown.
Kindron made it clear.
Voltan frowns and try to steady his hands which are shaking
anxiously. His father had told him stories about the vampire
clan war in Japan along with things that only those like his
father, uncle and aunt only knows.
Voltan: Way back in the day, like feudal Japan back in the day,
there was a vampire war between the Darkfires and the
Hazeldines. Although they showed strength, they were getting
their asses kicked by those Darkfires who believe that they're
hot sh*t. Some of those arrogant f*cks still have that
mentality. Anyway, the leader of the clan, Dovelthain
Hazeldine... who is also my uncle... started to ask for help.
Vobu was his first call in order to gain enough power and
support to defeat the Darkfires. Unfortunately, Vobu went MIA.
My uncle thought he flaked but the furball was actually sealed
and he didn't know about it. I... shakingly: I think this is
also the reason why my father went MIA after I took his Blood
King title from him.
Alisa: Yes. Actually, we were able to bring him back safely with
some help. He's with the kids as we speak.
Pavlovich: Knew that I spoke too soon. Although this is bad, you
and I both know that one way or another this going to end up bad
for us since we're caught in the middle. And I am not going to
let this country to be taken over by scum. I am positive that
the Americans feel about the same way too. Still, there has to
be a way to stop this madness without suffering major
casualties...

Nightbane: I personally think this alternate Zeus business is
going to show a lot of people that you're the ruler Olympus
needs. Seeing an alternate dictator Zeus who's just using humans
for whatever he wants is showing people the worst case scenario
and I think after this, a lot more people will support you and
Vin. Whatever Kindron said, you're the ruler of Olympus. This
isn't his world, or the other Zeus's. It's not their
responsibility or right to tell us what we need or dictate our
world. They lost control of their world... So in my opinion,
they don't get the right to criticize us. As the old bible
saying goes... "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone".
And I know not even Hei and Kindron are perfect, and certainly
not this other Zeus. Nightbane says, a serious look on his face
as he was analyzing the situation.
Vin: Oh jeez... So is this Vobu guy bad if he helped your clan
when they called for it? It sounds like they could clear things
up by just explaining the miscommunication. She asks curiously,
not knowing much about Vobu.
Whitmore: That's good. I assume everything went well then?
Dragunov: Indeed. But I fear war with Latveria and Kahndaq, at
least, will be inevitable. Now that we know they are working
with Black Sun and Hyperion and are major players in that war,
it is possible that we might be able to use this information. I
suspect that if we could somehow get them away from Hyperion and
Black Sun respectively, we could probably avoid war with them
and we might cripple Hyperion and Black Sun in the process. The
only thing on our side is that we have the US and their allies,
and we MIGHT be able to get Ragnorok on our side if Black Sun
and Hyperion become a big enough threat since they aren't any
happier with the Black Sun and Hyperion conflict than we are. We
would have to take action soon against these two countries, or
things could escalate even more. One advantage is that Hyperion
and Black Sun are so focused on each other, that us taking
action might catch them off guard and open up other possible
options.

V: I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, I'm honestly not
sure how to deal with this.
Voltan: That's the thing. Especially since from the sound of
things, it may be too late. Either way, Vobu has one goal and he
will obtain it with or without the Hazeldines.
Alisa: Worse case scenario was some injuries that they'll walk
off in a few hours or so. Unfortunately, the clan wars are
escalating... especially with Latveria and Kahndaq supporting
them majorly.
Pavlovich: That does sound like a good idea. But we can't make
it seem that it's us. Those two gangs are smarter than most
seems. One wrong move and all hell breaks loose.

Nightbane: I know how you feel... I've honestly been still
trying to come to terms with how to handle Kindron running off
to join Anubis... Nightbane says, somewhat behind on stuff since
he's been training heavily since the fight with Zeus.
Vin: I see... Well... I just hope Drake and Ichigo can handle
what they might be up against. I don't know their friend
Danae... But Drake said that she was the one that sealed Vobu
the last time he appeared, so I think they're hoping they can do
so again if he is released.
Goten: The problem will be this group that follows him though.
He says in thought having listened to what they talked about
earlier with the group as well as what was being talked about
now. Seal him away again and this group will probably just try
to bring him back again. Honestly, this sounds like the kind of
person we'd have to get rid of his followers before we can take
him on.
Whitmore: Sighs. I was starting to suspect something was up with
those two countries considering how quiet they've been despite
the wars going on all around them and them not being affected at
all... I'll have to talk to Pavlovich about how to handle this.
This is something that will not be easy to handle without
risking starting an open war with those countries and any
countries supported by Hyperion and Black Sun.
Dragunov: Indeed... I won't pretend to know how difficult your
job is. This whole situation is like being a field of landmines
where every step is a possible explosion.

V: Now Kindron is head of Black Sun, took over Anubis' place and
wanted me to be on his side. If it wasn't for Voltan, I... I
don't know what would've happened.
Voltan: Yeah, if I know my old man, he probably got help from
someone who also knows Vobu... or at least one of his minions
anyway. Man, I never looked at bunnies the same way ever again.
One time for watching Watership Down. Another was when a bunny
bit one of my old co workers in the nipple. Okay, that last part
was pretty funny.
Alisa: President Pavlovich is talking to Dragunov as we speak.
Between this and what happened at Kansas, things are probably
more hellish for you at the moment.
Pavlovich: You just said what I have been thinking for the past
few weeks. I'm sure that you and the others are seeing the
tension happening in Moscow from threats to some poor kid almost
being drowned to death. I know that Captain Voronin and I had
our... differences but you and I both know that this is one of
the last thing that I want happening.

Nightbane: Really? How did that happen? You're gonna have to
fill me in on everything... I've been training here for the last
few weeks after fully recovering from the Olympus battle... So I
guess I'm a little out of the loop. He says, somewhat surprised.
Vin: I can't say I know much about this Vobu... But I hope the
others will be okay. This Vobu guy sounds dangerous.
Rei: I once saw Viktor get bit on the nose by a supernatural cat
he was helping out of a tree that bit through his ki defense...
I'm pretty sure Vin and I learned a lot about Russian swearing
that day. He says jokingly.
Whitmore: Lately, it's always that way. That's not including
trying to keep smooth relations with Ragnorok and trying to make
sure we don't accidently start a conflict with them. Then
there's this Stormbreaker group that's gaining support now. And
with Olympus taken over, everyone's in a panic.
Dragunov: I don't think any of us want this to turn into a
bloody conflict. I don't envy those who have to do your job...
I'd probably lose my mind after a month.

V: It's crazy. I don't know the full story, but he managed to
defeat Dark Anubis and took over his pantheon, thus taking over
Black Sun. His power... I don't even know how to fully describe
it. It's like vampire god power but darker... like a juiced up
Dracula.
Voltan: He is. Hopefully, I'll try to help out the best I can.
laughs about the cat incident That's pretty hilarious.
Alisa: And those like us are stuck in the middle.
Pavlovich: At least you still get to punch bastards. I do that,
people start calling me Stalin. grumbles bitterly

Nightbane: Jeez... I don't know how to start with that... So
he's the new Anubis then? I guess that explains why Anubis has
been so quiet lately. Though I'm not fond of having him as an
enemy if he's gonna be working against us.
Rei: Well... It was funny to everyone but Viktor. He says with a
smile.
Whitmore: Well... I guess we'll just have to see how things play
out for now. We need to come up with a plan before we take on
these groups.
Dragunov: That's one of the good things about being a soldier...
Friend and enemy tends to be much more clear on the battlefield.
You kill your enemies and protect your friends.

V: He has his own plans. He will only attack us if we get in the
way. He may not seem like it, but he's in over his head.
Voltan: smirks a little as he waits on his drink.
Alisa: Let them tear at each other's throats out. Sounds like a
plan.
Pavlovich: I know. I miss the Navy sometimes... anything else
that I need to know?
