Thanks to the ice's magnetic field it generates, it would be
pretty easy to move around once Nightbane releases his control
on it and lets V control it. The ice seems to be a good
combination and the two could easily focus their powers together
with the ice since her lightning would be able to be combined
with the ice.
Vin: Yeah... We have a bar not far from here in the shopping
district.
Dragunov: Indeed. I will notify President Pavlovich myself. I
promised him a report after this mission anyway with what's
going on with Hyperion and Black Sun. He says since he could
sense Alisa's hesitation about the Russian president.

Nightbane: I've learned a few different things. But I plan to
save those for another time. I don't want to reveal all my new
tricks just yet. He says the last part jokingly.
Vin: Sounds good to me.
Goten: Yeah... I could use some relaxation after that last
mission. He says with a sigh.
Dragunov: I will. For now I want get more information on who
we're dealing with before we rush in.

Voltan: We all do. You mind if you or your friend, Rei lead us
the way?
Mumfre: I'll help out the best I can. I made some unique friends
who can help us out.
Alisa: Viktor and I will let you guys know if anything else
comes up. Try not to get yourselves killed in the meantime.

Vin: Okay. I'll take us there. She teleports the group to just
outside of the bar, since people around the base had gotten use
to people like Vin teleporting around.
Dragunov: We'll be careful.

Voltan is also used to teleporting due to his own powers and
V's. Voltan start walking to the bar didn't hesitate to order
the strongest drink they have.
Mumfre: I'll call in when I get something. Until then, have a
good one and stay safe.
Alisa: In Russian: Stay safe, Max.
With that, General Mumfre hangs up. Alisa is one of the few
people besides Sergei and Viktor that can call her Max. Once she
hangs up, Alisa start contacting President Whitmore about the
recent incident.

Nightbane: Some of my new ice abilities are also still 50/50 on
if I can pull them off effectively. Most of them I've managed to
get down, but some of the more complex ones require more
concentration and power. They're not easy. Some of this stuff is
still theoretical by most scientists, so techniques on my part
require a bit more experimenting.
Bartender: Strongest drink huh? Well, our strongest one right
now is our homemade Nastoiki's. We can make just about any
flavor you want. Our main ones are raspberry, lemon, cherry,
cedar nut and horse radish.
Vin looks to Voltan. Vin: The Nastoiki here is basically
homemade vodka. Viktor usually mixes the cherry and lemon
Nastoiki to make his own sorta mixed drink. Viktor swears by the
stuff... But I haven't tried it. Oh... And apparently they make
a supernatural version that's a more charged version to counter
supernatural resistances to alcohol.... So... just don't
underestimate it. It's hit some supernatural people like a ton
of bricks.
Rei: Yeah... Vin and I are too young to drink technically, so we
just listen to Viktor and Sergei talk about it. He says as he
orders some sodas for him and Vin, and Goten orders himself a
soda.
Goten: I take it you come here a lot.
Rei: Yeah, usually with Viktor and Sergei. They come here to
drink sometimes, and sometimes play pool.
While Dragunov let Alisa call Whitmore, he concentrated on
calling the Russian president so he could report what happened.

V: I understand. There were things that I have to concentrate
due to spiritual stuff. Things that Itachi couldn't tell those
like you and Vin for safety reasons. It's also a little
stressful.
Voltan made a face about the horseradish part. Who the hell
likes the taste of horseradish... let alone want it in a drink?
After listening to the kids, Voltan looks at the bartender.
Viktor: Can I have a vampire Nastoiki with a splash of cedar
nut?
Alisa waits on Whitmore or at least someone like his secretary
to pick up while Pavlovich groggily answers Sergei. The Russian
President has once again pulled an all nighter and tried to get
as much sleep as he can. Realizing that it's Sergei, he answers
the phone instead of letting one of his people take the call.
Pavlovich: Hello?

Nightbane: It's alright. I think we're all stressed out right
now with everything going on. That other Zeus did more than just
mess us up. I'm pretty sure Vin still blames herself for not
being strong enough to take him out. Though I think she's more
upset that she lost Olympus after she was entrusted to rule in
your absence... He says with a sigh.
Bartender: Got it. He goes and makes Voltan a shot of the cedar
nut Nastoiki.
On the other line, Whitmore answers. Whitmore: Hello?
Dragunov: Tsuchimikado was successfully returned to Special
Forces. I promised you the report after he informed us of Black
Sun and Hyperion special projects.

V: frowns a little She is. Though I wasn't much better. I drop
my guard down for a minute and everything goes to sh*t.
Voltan: Thanks.
Voltan waits for his drink as he start to think of a
conversation to start with the teenagers. But he has no idea how
since he mainly grew up around his clan... and some of them were
jerks.
Alisa: Hello there, Mr. President. This is Captain Alisa Voronin
from the Russian Special Forces. I hope I'm not interrupting
anything but I have news to report.
Pavlovich: Finally, some good news.
Pavlovich is more relieved than it sounds. Things in Russia
isn't going too well for him due to discrimination and paranoia
increasing along with other things like useless meetings that
lead to nowhere.
