Nightbane: I can too. I had a chance to check out his theater...
It's not a bad place... We should go there one of these days.
Some of his modern plays are actually pretty good.
Goten: I like being a bounty hunter... I get to live by my own
rules. Mostly... He says with a sigh. Of course, I was trained
by one of the toughest groups of assassins in history. So I
guess you and I are on opposite ends of the spectrum.
Dragunov follows them as they head back. Dragunov: Of course we
will keep an eye on her... She needs to know her family is here
to fight alongside her.

V: Sounds like a date. It was hard to tell if she was joking or
not but either way, a quiet day sounds like a plan.
Voltan: The cop life wasn't too bad for me... Until some shit
happened from psychotic freaks to a whole lot of madness. Not to
mentioned I was almost put in one of the most inhumane prisons
on Earth.
Sam: Damn right.
Alisa: "I'll meet you guys later on. I'll take a sweep around
just in case."

Nightbane didn't mind the joking if it was a joke, but smiles
anyway. Nightbane: Cool.
Goten: Ouch... I was sorta cast out of the ninja village I was
born in, sent off to be treated because I was a sick kid, and
when I recovered, everyone had forgotten about me. I joined an
assassin group called the Oniwaban Group after I basically had
to start my ninja training from scratch.
Vin: So you're a ninja? Makes sense I guess... I heard the
Uchiha were pretty tough ninjas.
Dragunov: Very well... I suppose I'll tell Viktor that the
situation is handled.

Voltan: I've also heard about their checkered past. Still, it
was dickish of them to just throw you aside like that.
Mumfre: Be careful, Captain. God knows what else is around. And
I have a gut feeling that assailant wasn't alone.
Alisa: "Noted. Over and out."
Sam: It's Aunt Alisa. I'm sure that she'll send whatever attacks
her running like hell.

(Well... We can call it good for now if you want. Or they can
visit Daniel's theater.)
Goten: It wasn't intentional... My family expected me to die
when I was young so they sent me to a hospital who could
research my illness and find a cure, and then, later before I
recovered, they were all murdered by my cousin, the real Itachi
Uchiha... By the time I recovered and came back, he and his
brother were dead and no one even knew who I was... So I left.
Honestly though... The treatment I got with the Oniwaban group
was pretty good... They all trained me like I was one of their
own, so I'm pretty happy that I met them. I know I'll always
have a place among them so I'm happy with that.
Vin: Wow... I didn't know that your family was dead. I don't
know much about the Uchiha's...
Goten: I'm one of the few that was a hopeless case... I was the
weakest of the clan, and the one that no one expected to survive
long... Sorta ironic that the sickly kid outlived the entire
clan huh? He says the last part jokingly.
Dragunov lets Mumfre and Alisa talk, while looking out. For just
a brief moment, his dragon sense of the Rhythm seemed to catch
his attention as he looked off into the distance where he felt a
sudden chill. Dragunov waits for a moment, not sure what he
sensed, but thought it was another dragon. He contemplates the
situation, remembering that the figure that he didn't know was
Astra wasn't alone.
Meanwhile, behind a tree, the alternate Nightbane was reading
the group as they walked away. Between his suppression of his
presence and being far away, he wasn't really able to be sensed
by anyone unless they had a dragon rhythm sense, but Nightbane
had managed to keep that suppressed so that he didn't give off
any unusual vibes. The area he was in was unusually cold, as the
air seemed to be much colder than it should be as he was
watching them. A. Nightbane: So... Those are the Special Forces
brats... Lucky it was her and not me... I'd have killed the
stupid brats... But I guess I should be lucky it wasn't me... I
don't think the Thunder God would like if I started killing
them... He says to himself. He referred to Kindron as "the
thunder god" mostly because that was what a lot of people in
Black Sun referred to him as.

Voltan: Very ironic. Still, I'm not sure how the meeting between
you and our Itachi will go. I mean, his story is pretty
complicated.
As Sam continues to walk toward the base, Mumfre silently turn
to Dragunov. She place a hand on his upper right arm and gives
him a "Are you okay?" look. Although Mumfre and Sam are dragon
slayers due to Mumfre's parental side, both of their abilities
were a little haywire ever since their last fight with a demonic
dragon that screwed with their powers. Although it's slowly
coming back, Mumfre couldn't tell if she's being watched or not.
As A. Nightbane says this, Astra appear behind him with a small
gust of dark wind. Like him, she also kept her powers
suppressed. She had her ronin hood and mouth mask on but remove
her mask since it's just the two of them.
Astra: Believe me, I wanted to kill them. Especially that
younger blonde brat and the sniper. I don't know what annoys me
more: their ego or the fact that they actually care about The
Thunder God's little sister.

Vin: I was thinking the same thing... I don't even know that
much about Itachi honestly...
Goten: I really don't know either... It's sorta awkward, since
he has the face of the one who killed my entire family, even
though I found out not long ago that they were planning to take
over our village in a big rebellion so I don't blame the
original Itachi for what he did, and I'm sure he would feel real
awkward around a member of the clan who actually knew the
original Itachi. I imagine it would be a bit awkward for both of
us.
Dragunov dismisses his chill, then turns to Mumre, nodding to
say he was fine and starts walking again, though he still
couldn't shake the chill he felt.
A. Nightbane: I'm sure they'd abandon her at the first sign of
her doing something evil... That's how people are... They'll
always betray you. We're all greedy and fearful creatures by
nature. He says bluntly. He had been betrayed enough times by
people that he knew not to trust supernaturals or humans.

Voltan: Yeah, true. Especially since our Itachi's an ordinary
half dragon who was almost used for some evil plan. He even took
the name to honor your cousin. But like my old man once told me:
Family isn't defined by blood. It's defined by those who will
stick by you no matter what.
Mumfre nod and continue moving.
Astra huff softly in agreement due to the betrayal she went
through.
Astra: Looks like I'm going to have to find the girl myself.
Though finding her alone will be a problem... unless she's with
your alternate.

Goten: I know... I don't know much about this other Itachi... So
I don't have any opinions on him, good or bad. I don't judge my
opinions of people until I meet them.
Dragunov continues walking back to the base.
Nightbane: We may have to try and catch them together. I can
handle my alternate. Either that or I'd have to keep Special
Forces busy while you talk to her. We know she can't go back to
Olympus as long as Zeus is in charge... So that doesn't leave
her with a lot of other places she'd be able to go.

Voltan: In that case, I think dragon boy will like you.
As the three head back to their base, Alisa start investigating
the area from the trees before getting ready to search the
ground floor.
Astra: That is true. Then again, there are places that not a lot
of people know where she is. If she's like me, she's pretty
seclusive. Hopefully, tracking her won't be a problem if she's
with the military grunts.
