RIFTS Earth WIP: Milan Sojikov

Russian rulers." - Milan Sojikov
"Do me a favor... Don't die too quickly."
"If no one can break you, then no one can truly hurt you."
"I'm not trying to talk you down because I'm scared... I'm doing
it because YOU should be."
"Those were expensive cigars, a*shole!" - Milan when an enemy
destroyed his cigar.
"I'm a monster. Make no mistake about that. We Wolfwings are
monsters that other monsters fear."
"Don't think I'm just some dumb kid. You'll get your ass beat if
you do."
"My father always taught me to move forward. And to never stop."
"Ruling a kingdom is so... He shifts in his throne chair,
smoking his cigar. Boring..."
"I'll defeat you with one hand behind my back. If I fight at
full power, I'll be cleaning what's left of you off the walls."
"Go ahead and try your tricks. They won't work on me. You want
to fight me, you better have some strong hands."
"I don't fight from the back of the line. I fight my enemies
myself. The more I fight, the less my people have to. Smiles.
And it's f*ckin' fun."
"Energy, is it? He grabs the energy attack and holds it. He then
ignites his haki and destroys the attack with his haki. That
weak stuff won't work on me."
"Let's see you handle this. Picks up a boulder the size of a
small mountain and throws it with one hand. Dodge, block or go
straight through, it's your choice!"
"Go ahead. Hit me. The enemy takes the opportunity and hits him,
not even making Milan budge. Wow... That's it, huh?" - Milan to
an enemy.
"I guess I have to kill you. He vanishes using the vampire
discipline, celerity, and reappears in front of the opponent and
punches them hard enough to punch through them. Rest in pieces."
"I'll show you some of my power. He breathes deeply and focuses,
punching a hole through the mountain with a projectile haki
attack, missing the opponent. That's the kind of power you need
to rule in this world, minimally."
"I'll show you my unique skill: Jupiter Crash. Shines with
enhanced werepyre energy, which seems to amplify his power and
make his enhanced combat power amplification randomly shifting
so people can't predict or gain immunity to his power. It's a
werepyre skill of my own creation."
"I don't kill for no reason. Only cowards do that. I only kill
when its necessary to stamp out a threat. And I WILL stamp out
ANY threats to my territory. My father taught me that only
a*sholes let power control them. He always said that power
wasn't strength, but restraint. Something I think he got from
spending so much time with the Darkfires. He said: If they don't
give you a reason, don't oppress others. But if they do, then
show them their place."
"I've exposed myself to every kind of power I can: energy,
physical, even psychic. I pushed my physical, mental and
spiritual aspects past their limits and beyond. I made sure to
learn to resist everything that the world could throw at me.
Sure, people can fight you with some pretty tough powers. But if
you're resistant to everything, then it doesn't matter what
people throw at you. There's only a few powers I can't subject
myself to... Because even I'm not that stupid to think I could
build resistance to things like Xeles's presence."
When Milan entered a room with enemies
Milan's Conqueror's Haki shines as he walks. The enemies who
were going to attack him fall to the ground unconscious due to
his haki.
Milan looks to the ground at the people passed out.
Milan: Wow... I was hoping for at least one of you to resist my
haki. Damn. That is a disappointment. I warned you I was coming
so you could call on the strongest people you have. But these
are all low levels.
Enemy Leader: How did... You didn't hit them!
Milan smiles and smokes his cigar.
Milan: It's called Conqueror's Haki. Weak willed people can't
handle it. He looks to the enemy leader. If you can't even
handle that, you're gonna be in real trouble if I use my more
destruction haki...
During a fight with an enemy.
Enemy Leader: What the hell are you?!
Milan gives a sinister smile.
Milan: I'm a werepyre. He says proudly, his eyes glowing red.
"Did he just punch the air so hard he bent space-time?!" - An
enemy who observed Milan's full strength
"I'll admit, you're pretty tough, kid. I suppose I'll train you.
There aren't many people in this world who know Haki, so I guess
it's good you recognize its potential. I think you'll be perfect
to use it." - Zath Caeldin before he trained Milan.
"We threw everything we had at him... And I'm pretty sure I just
saw him catch a cannon ball and chuck it back at us! He even
walked right through psychic energy like it wasn't even there!
What the hell is this kid?!"
"He doesn't even have a werepyre form yet and the kid is already
a Wolfwing. I have a feeling he's going to be a whole world of
trouble when he reaches his prime. Sirion should just take him
out now, before he reaches a level we can't stop." - A werewolf
alchemist about Milan.
