Olympus WIP: Behemarok Velgrath

"With one step, I could split the earth! My roars stopped all
creatures in their tracks!" - Behemarok Velgrath (God of the
Dinosaurs)
"I am a god, you simple-minded mammal! I am the God of the
Behemoths!"
"My kind ruled the earth. Until the gods decided to freeze the
world in order to wipe them out!"
"All mammals do is consume and multiply. They aren't rulers,
they're an infection on this world!"
"I will destroy this world and give it to my brethren, the
behemoths (dinosaurs). As it was meant to be in the days of
old."
"You do not remember... But the earth does. The bones buried
carry a story. A story that calls to me. My people call for
vengeance."
"You built your cities on the graves of my people. You crowned
yourselves the kings of MY world! And now I will have my
revenge!"
"You should kneel... Grabs human by the throat and slowly
crushes their throat. But your kind have always shown disrespect
towards the gods."
"I can escape this seal anytime I choose. I will break it when I
feel the time is right for my return." - Behemarok to one of his
followers from within his seal.
"Ah, Leviathan... God of the sea monsters... Come to test your
luck against me again? I do love our little spars, they are so
much fun." - Behemarok when challenged by Leviathan, the demon
prince, who Behemarok calls the "god of sea monsters"
"You can seal me... But know that I am patient. And when I
escape next, I will bring destruction down on this world, and
these foolish creatures you deities love so much. The cold will
not stop my kind when I bring out about next evolution!" -
Behemarok to the god who sealed him.
When Behemarok feld the cold of the Ice Age, and shrunk himself
into a human-sized form.
Ally: The cold still lingers, my lord... Even now.
Behemarok: Sighs. It was not nature that brought this cold. It
was the gods themselves.
Ally: They fear us. As they should. We rule this world! They say
confidently.
Behemarok: I'm afraid not, my friend... Our kind's time is
coming to an end. This cold will be the end of our kind, I can
feel it. He says regretfully.
Ally: Then we must fight it!
Behemarok shakes his head slowly.
Behemarok: No... We will be patient. The time will come when we
shall strike this world down for our fallen brethren. Extinction
does not mean the end for us. And just as the mammals do, we
shall evolve.
When Behemarok faced the god who sealed him.
Deity: It wasn't my decision to freeze out your people... I just
want you to know.
Behemarok: But you were complicit in their actions.
Deity: You know, if you're angry, let's talk fossils and
feelings. I make great tea, you know. He says jokingly.
Behemarok: Tea will not stop my revenge. He says confidently.
Deity: No, but it might make you less grumpy. He says jokingly.
"Why is he the god of behemoths? Stops and thinks. Well, the
word dinosaur didn't exist back then. We had the equivalent word
of 'behemoth' and 'leviathans.' And behemoths was one of the
words for dinosaurs back in our time. That and some were called
"thunder lizards" because their steps sounded like thunder. And
the ones like the velociraptors? Those were often called the
"hunter lizards" because they were... well... hunters." - A
deity about Behemarok.
"Ever watch Jurassic Park? Well... Imagine those things walking
the world again and stomping out civilizations. That's what
Behemarok wants. And he'll do anything to get it. When the seal
on him finally breaks... And it will... He'll bring his kind
back. He has power unlike any deity you've ever seen... Stops.
Okay... Maybe not on the level of Malice or Anubis, but still
pretty bad. And the worst part is that he'll Jurassic Park your
entire world until his kind rule over you. Literally too, since
their evolutions are so god-d*mn big... But he may make smaller
versions of his kind as well... I do know that he has some kind
of plan to make them immune to cold so our pantheon can't freeze
them out again." - The deity who sealed Behemarok.
"You know that ice age your people talk about? Yeah... the gods
of my pantheon were actually trying to freeze out Behemarok's
people, the creatures you call dinosaurs. The dinosaurs were
evolving, and the deities of humans were afraid that they would
evolve and surpass humans. So... One big boom of an asteroid
later and the resulting ice age wiped them all out. You don't
know this, but the gods of my patheon fought like hell to keep
Behemarok contained. And many lost their lives for it. Our
patheon wasn't wiped out, but we came to the brink at one point
before we recovered." - The deity who sealed Behemarok.
"It's an ancient legend... One day, the god of the reptilian
creatures of the upper world will return, and bring about the
return of his people. He has two lesser deities that help him
and will fight to war with the other gods." - a Silurian about
Behemarok
