"Dr. Black has his uses. For now. But I am looking forward to
the day we gut him."

"Willing minds are more open to indoctrination, more adaptable

about her projects and people she's modified.
"You can't hesitate, sister... If you do, you will die. Or
someone close to you will die." - Yelena to her younger sister,

"I guess you didn't inherit the brains in this family like I
did... For goodness sake, Vendetta, even your CLONE is smarter
than you!" - Yelena insulting V's intelligence
"Our organization is not just some 'take over the world' type
organization. We want to evolve humanity, and protect our world
from destruction!"
"You don't understand... If we control the people in the world,
then we can prevent war and conflict. And as mankind evolves,
controlling war and conflict will be an absolutely necessity
lest we destroy ourselves in the process."
"Are you so blind you can't see the need for control? This world
tore itself apart, and instead of trying to fix it before we ALL
die, people are fighting each other over who should rule the
world! That is why the Olympus Organization exists! That's why
we do what we do! Otherwise there won't be anyone left to save!"

When Yelena was question about the people she trained that
killed people who pointed a gun at them, and she explained why
her soldier was right to shoot to an investigator (Before the
Dr. Black conflict).
Interrogator: Your soldier attacked without any hesitation.
Yelena: Yes. They did exactly what they were trained to do. They
saw a threat and took it out. A man with a gun was going to kill
an innocent person. I'd say that's justification for deadly
force, don't you?
Interrogator: But wasn't there a better way? Couldn't your
soldier have incapacitated the man with the gun?
Yelena leans forward. Yelena: Let's say for a moment... Instead
of pointing a weapon at a someone else, that it's pointed at
you. if someone were aiming a gun at you, you have a second to
react. What do you do?
Interrogator: Well... First of all, I'd-
Yelena: Too late, you're dead. Yelena says, cutting off the
interrogator to illustrate her point.
During Yelena's interrogation.
Interrogator: You designed these 'things' to evolve humanity,
not stop rebellion. They say, talking about how those in the
Olympus Organization were modified to take out threats.
Yelena: When threats came and threatened our world... People
didn't care about why the Olympus Organization made our
soldiers. They only cared about what we could do for them. Just
like you and your organization... She says sinisterly.

Interrogator: Why do you work with Dr. Black?
Yelena smiles.
Yelena: Do you know the best way to take out an organization?
Interrogator: How's that? They ask, curious what she would say.
Yelena: From within... She says darkly.
"There's a reason I made you my second in command. Unlike
Vendetta, you don't hesitate to do whatever needs to be done.
And you are the one I will one day leave this organization to.
You understand what I'm trying to do better than anyone else." -

"Don't let her get to you, V. You're smarter than her in your
own way. You understand there's more to saving this world than
just forcing people to be puppets. Yelena is just another tyrant
like your mother. But we know there's better ways to save this
world." - Vin defending V after Yelena insulted V's intelligence
compared to Natalyan and Yelena
