Technical Boy takes a puff of his vape pen as he listens to
Kendrix. He then thinks about what Kendrix could offer in order
to strike a deal. Technical Boy: Well, I could think of
something that I need other than help getting Media to update
her looks and personality. He finally looks around the bar and
sees all of the over indulgence that people are taking in.
Technical Boy: I think the big question is what can I do for
you. You look like you have it all here though a bit
technologically lacking and dated. I could help you there maybe
even update your security with the help of Argus. Give you eyes
all over the city. Yeah, there we go. Eyes all over the city can
help you attract more lost souls to your kickin' club.
Moloch takes a sip of his drink and let's Kendrix and Technical
Boy talk.

Kendrix: Well... We have to be careful. I use the technology I
do because I tailored it specifically so Dr. Black and his
reploids couldn't hack it. But I am always looking for ways to
expand our influence. If you can help us update without risking
us being hacked by Dr. Black and his forces, I'm perfectly
willing to give you the run of the network. He says as he takes
another drink of his whiskey.

Technical Boy listens to Kendrix closely and puffs his vape pen.
Technical Boy: Now I wouldn't be a good god of technology if my
sh*t could be hacked. It's why the Argus Security Company is one
of the most popular systems in town. I can update your network
to be the safest in Neo-Tokyo. Plus I can provide toys too.
Technical Boy then snaps his fingers, and within a digital like
teleportation, stands a cybernetic robot that looks human.
Technical Boy: My latest creation. I call it the Rev-9. The
perfect infiltration and protection unit involving the latest
and greatest of technology including nanite. He's nearly
impossible to hack, and as a matter of fact, fully capable of
hacking any system at the speed of thought. You won't have
anyone more faithful at following commands either.
Moloch raises an eyebrow and wonders if Kendrix could use such a
device.

Kendrix looks at the Rev 9 with a smile. Kendrix: I recognize
some of the design, but you've improved on it quite a bit more
than other models of machines I've seen. Quite an impressive
design. He says, seeing the similarities to a few other
infiltration and combat robots he'd seen.

Technical Boy gets a big smile on his face upon hearing
Kendrix's approval of the Rev-9. He takes a puff of his vape
pen. Technical Boy: This isn't all of my work either. I'm also
working on improving AI to be beneficial along with cybernetic
enhancements. Ooo! Now there's something else I can show!
Technical Boy snaps his fingers one more time and through
digital teleportation appears a cybernetic dragon humanoid. His
chrome plated body shines and glitters under the lights of the
club. His suit shines like it's made of pure silver with a white
dress shirt underneath. Technical Boy: This is Shenlong. He was
human once, but then incurable cancer threatened his life. I
offered him a brand new cybernetic body in place of his cancer
riddled body, and BAM, this magnificent specimen of robotics was
born.
Shenlong: I hate being teleported like that especially when I
was enjoying a cup of hot tea. Please give a man a bit of
warning next time. Shenlong says as he straightens his suit out
and fixes his tie. He then looks to Kendrix and Moloch and
realizes that he's being shown off again like a toy. Shenlong
was one of the most feared assassins before the cancer and
starting his new cybernetic life. Now he's a mercenary and your
typical gun for hire with lots of cybernetic "toys". He
straightens himself up and bows to Kendrix and Moloch. Shenlong:
Thousand pardons, gentlemen. I do not mean to sound rude in
front of you. He says as he bows and then straightens back up.

Shenlong: Thank you, sir. I figured why go with a normal
humanoid body and chose to be.. unique. I also chose to be made
of an adamantium alloy for maximum damage resistance while also
being light weight for a higher maximum speed rate. I am also
configured with a wide range of weapons for maximum kill
efficiency including a disintegration laser. My multioptic
systems allows me to see in multiple different ranges such as
infrared and X-ray. He says with a bit of pride in his voice.
Shenlong: If you wish, I can scan the bar and see if anyone may
be armed or look for whatever you might be interested in as a
demonstration.
Technical Boy: See he can tell you anything about his system. He
said make me a dragon, and I went with this magnificent design.
Useful in so many ways. He says with a puff of his vape pen.
Technical Boy: But neither of these are my best work. Argus
isn't even my best work. My best work is still in the making.
Moloch whispers in the ear of the girl that he holding, and she
pours him a bit more whiskey.

Kendrix smiles. Kendrix: I'll admit. Those are impressive specs.
I'm not as much of a scientist as my older brother (Kindron who
is now Omega), or his half-baked clone (Clone Kindron). I don't
do much with this stuff outside of the basic stuff.

Technical Boy gets a big smile on his face when Kendrix mentions
having a brother that is a scientist. Technical Boy: Which
scientist is your brother? I only ask because I might have
blessed him with success in technology a time or two. Not too
many scientist don't get blessings from me in terms of success.
I love the sciences that advance technology.
Moloch and Shenlong both listen to the conversation.

Kendrix: My older brother, Kindron... The guy you all now know
as Omega. He's one of the best scientists in the world, and
before the disasters, he headed Darkfire Technologies which was
the biggest tech giant in the world before the meteor fall in
the Americas. And before Dr. Black killed him and turned him
into a mechanical monstrosity. His nanotech knowledge was second
to none, and he could fix any problem as a doctor without ever
having to cut anyone open. And that clone of him that runs the
Democratic Republic inherited a lot of his talent for making
good science. He explains. I thought about stealing some of that
clone's robots and seeing if I could repurpose them... But I'd
prefer to design my own robots. Unfortunately, mine are usually
too big and bulky to be compared to my brother's robots.
