anyone to get hurt..."

During a mission with Akiba when Tabi and him went to take out
an enemy base.
Tabi sets off the restaurants explosives.
Akiba: What are you doing?! There were still people in there!
Tabi: It was only the Order people. I made sure of that.
Akiba: How? Wait... He says as he remembers when they cased the
restaurant. The reserved tables...
Tabi: That's right. I reserved every table in the place so no
one would be in there. And warned the staff to get out quietly
once the Order people got their food.
Akiba thinks for a moment. Akiba: That's still reckless... But
at least you thought ahead. I'll admit it was was a good plan.
Tabi: Of course.
"You think you have nothing, but join us... We can stand
together. You have a good heart. Your rage hasn't consumed you
fully, and you can keep it from doing so. We can find a better
way to use that anger you're harboring... Ask our friend Dufort.
You and him will get along great. He too has a lot of anger
