Dragon... I am warrior born with power and brains."

about mastering yourself and your own abilities. It's as much
about you as it is the people you fight."
"Hey, big bro Dufort! Train me in how to be smart!" - Andy to
Dufort when he wanted Dufort to train him.
"My teacher, Orin, taught me the same as he taught my father. I
am not as trained as my father was, but Orin has taught me how
to use my dragon power."
"Did anyone ever tell you not to be an a*shole? Maybe if you
weren't so mean, you wouldn't be all alone." - Andy to an enemy
"Ever hear of super ionic ice? It's a magnetically charged ice
created by pressure on other planets. I can't create it yet, but
one day I'm gonna create it just like my dad taught me."
"I suppose I'd be the one to inherit Hellsing since my mom
(Integra Hellsing) died... But honestly, Uncle Akiba should be
the one to build a new Hellsing in our world. He's actually been
a leader so he knows far better than me how to run an
organization."
"You want to use your flames? Well... You can't when I freeze an
area. You see, in order to create flames, you need heat. And to
get heat, you need to vibrate molecules. My ice freezes
molecules to the point where they can't move. So no vibration of
molecules, no heat, and no flames." - Andy fighting a flame
user.
"My father (Nightbane) started the Order of the Dragon in our
world... Before the Interdimensional one came. He wanted it to
be a force for good, but he was betrayed by the Scarlet Sisters
who helped him set up the organization. And then my father
joined Hellsing after he was cast out of the organization. He
and my mom (Integra Hellsing) fought side by side for years
against the Scarlet Sisters before they took out the Order. Only
to find ourselves facing a new nightmare... The Interdimensional
Order."
When Andy started hanging out around Dufort when Andy was
younger.
Andy jumps on Dufort's back.
Andy: Hey, big bro! He says jokingly, since he saw Dufort as
something akin to an older brother given the fact CM Kindron and
Nightbane became friends when they met in Hellsing.
Dufort: Not you! Go away! He says angrily, trying to shake Andy
of his back.
Andy: No. You're stuck with me. He says jokingly as he rides on
Dufort's back as Dufort tries to shake him off.
Dufort: I'm gonna zap you if you don't get off.
Andy: Try it, bro! Pure water is a perfect insulator... And my
ice is frozen pure water. You couldn't hurt me no matter how
much electricity you try to use. He says to Dufort.
Dufort just growls in anger, knowing there was nothing he could
do.
When Andy wanted Dufort to train him.
Andy: I wanna be smart. Teach me! He says cheerfully.
Dufort: Sure... Just use your brain for once. He says
sarcastically.
Andy: Come on, big bro! You're the smartest person in Hellsing!
You're perfect to train me.
Dufort smiles for a moment in pride at being called the smartest
in Hellsing before regaining his composure.
Dufort: You won't win me over that easily. He says
sarcastically, trying to hide the fact that Andy got to him.
"Always remember... Outsmart your opponents. When you get older,
you'll learn that your brain is your strongest part of you." -

Though I have no idea where his hyperactive personality comes

"Kid doesn't look it, but he's smart. He takes in everything. He
has a photographic memory and he can learn new information
pretty quick. I took to training him in martial arts so he could
learn to defend himself. One day, the kid might actually give
people like Dufort a run for his money. Just don't tell Dufort I
