       "I am Kuriel. God of Destruction. Though I won't complain if you
       want to call me Angel of Destruction instead. I would never try
       to make anyone think I was a true god." - Kuriel Zechariah
       "Destruction destroys that which has rotten or decayed. So that
       new life can thrive."
       "There cannot be creation without destruction. It is a fact of
       the multiverse."
       "Muriel and I are both strong. If you cannot defeat her, then
       expect to fail to defeat me."
       "Tragedy follows me like a sick puppy. My job is not pleasant,
       but necessary."
       "You are not like me. You are a mindless brute. I never destroy
       without purpose." - Kuriel to an enemy.
       "Do not think me some monster... My work is important to make
       way for new life to replace the old. You call me heartless, but
       I call it preparation."
       "My sister, Muriel, and I are twins. Two sides of the same coin.
       Our purpose is two-fold. She is an angel of life, whereas I am
       an angel of destruction. I destroy so that she can bring forth
       life."
       "You thought your sword skills were better than mine? Summons
       sword and swings it, slicing through a building with just the
       movement of his sword. You are nothing but an amateur. If I lost
       to you, I'd be better off destroying my sword than fighting with
       it."
       "I control nature just like my sister... But where she uses her
       power to bring life, I bring my control to end it. Forest fires,
       earthquakes, floods, storms... Those are the kind of nature
       powers I specialize in. People call me a walking natural
       disaster, and they're not far off."
       After Kuriel caused a natural disaster and a forest burned down.
       Enemy: You're a monster!
       Kuriel: I did what I had to do.
       Enemy: You say you don't destroy without reason! So why destroy
       the forest?! He asks angrily.
       Kuriel: Because of the new infection that was sprouting in that
       forest. If I hadn't destroyed it, a sickness would have spread
       throughout the forest, and eventually reached you humans. Fire
       was the only way to destroy it completely. You should be
       thanking me... Not only can Muriel now govern a new forest to
       rise here, but my destruction prevents an even worse tragedy.
       "Kuriel may seem dark and evil... But he is extremely loyal. Do
       not think him evil being who wants to eliminate all life. Kuriel
       does what he can to destroy, but he only does so for one of two
       reasons: Destroying threats to life, and destroying so that new
       life can be brought to replace the old. He and Muriel act as a
       balance. They have to be equally strong, because if one
       overpowers the other, then it causes problems for their jobs
       overseeing nature and the development of life in the universe."
