Kamari: Sorry, sis! Got a bit carried away!
Jack and Itto manage to help Zoe recover. They notice the divine
sword but push it aside as they push up some of the undead who
tries to sneak attack them. Although recovering, Zoe manage to
grip Kenji's sword and slice a undead in half to tried to take
Itto's head off.
Morrigan: Damn! It worked too well!
Kanna: Morrigan, what the hell happened back there?!
Morrigan: Long story. We'll talk later. Right now, we need to
deal with the girl. I freed the boy so we don't need to kill
him. He's on our side.
Kanna: So, any bright ideas? She ask sarcastically

Yuri: I'm good. Helped me out a little bit. She says jokingly to
Kamari.
Meanwhile, Triton recovers from getting knocked down. Triton:
Shia... Try to control your fight. He says to Shia.
Shia: Don't order me around sword-boy. I don't answer to you.
She says bitterly to Triton.
Kenji's sword seems to easily kill the undead (or re-kill them,
I guess). The holy power of the sword seemed perfectly suited to
counter the power of death, almost like the sword was the pure
opposite of the creatures and seemed to perfectly counter the
undead's abilities. Even the Yurei start to hesitate in
attacking Zoe due to seeming to know that the sword could do
severe damage to them.
Kenji tries to hold Juliana in place. Kenji: Then we will have
to free you before we end this connection to the Realm of
Darkness. Try to fight it. He says, trying to use his powers to
hold back Juliana. However, Juliana was slowly pushing Kenji
back as her energy starts to flare.
Juliana: There is only one thing I can do... Kill you and turn
you back into a Yurei. She says to Kenji as she tries to
overpower him and move her sword to strike his heart.
Hei: I say we just do the same thing we did to free the boy. We
just need to restrain the girl long enough for Morrigan to free
her, and then we win.
Kindron: I doubt it will be that easy. He says to Hei.
Radu: It won't be easy. But if we all work together, maybe we
can hold her back long enough for Morrigan to free her too.

Kamari cracks her neck as she gets back into her fighting stance
before using her magma flames to create multiple near identical
clones of herself so they can attack Shia all at once.
Itto: Whoa... notice the holy blade Nice toy.
Jack: You guys thinking what I'm thinking?
Zoe: That trick by the mountains with the stone golems?
Jack: Yup. We set 'em up...
Zoe: I knock 'em down!
Itto: Let's do it!
Jack and Itto begin using their elemental powers to keep the
Yurei from running away and attacking innocent Makai while Zoe
use her lightning and the sword to cut them down.
Morrigan: notice what's going on with Kenji and Julianna Well,
you guys better make it quick before she undo what I did with
the lad.
Taking note of it, Kanna use her blue flames combined with her
Sondio flash step to dash over toward Julianna and deliver a
flying fox fire knee attack toward her face to get her away from
Kenji. Meanwhile, if anyone is paying attention, Morrigan is
hiding what's been concerning her due to the look in her eyes
from earlier.

As the magma clones try to attack, Shia's inner demon appears,
releasing what looked like wings to protect her from the clones.
The creature was dripping with black ooze, having received a
massive amount of power from the Realm of Darkness, to the point
that it was as much a Yurei as it was a demon. The creature
seemed to be some kind of insectoid type demon, with its wings
having eyes. As the eyes look around, they start firing blasts
of spiritual dark energy that was meant to blast back the
clones.
Shia looks up at the demon as it protects her. Shia: It's about
time you woke your ass up! She says sarcastically to the demon.
It seems the blood of those Yurei powered you up. I actually
wasn't sure that would work. She says the last part happily.
Meanwhile, Yuri and Triton reignite their sword fight, though
Yuri does take a moment to look at Shia's demon.
Yuri: What in the h*ll is that?! She says as she looks at the
demon, causing Triton to also look over at the demon.
The yurei try to fight back, but most of them didn't have the
power to stand up to Zoe and Kenji's sword's holy power. The
divine energy and the light from the blade seems to cut through
the Yurei like butter, and practically vaporizes them with holy
light.
Kindron: Yeah, we don't know what will happen if that kid dies
now. And I'm not wanting to find out what happens if she does
kill him... He says as he goes to help attack Julianna, which
causes Julianna to have to jump back to avoid the attacks that
were being aimed at her.
Julianna stays silent. It was obvious she didn't want to attack
the group, but she couldn't fight the control over her as she
charges up her magic aura and the flames she got from Jonathon.
With the magic aura, and the flame wings, she jumps into the
sky, holding her sword ready.
Hei stays behind as Radu and Aziel also join the fight. He then
turns to Morrigan.
Hei: I'm not gonna pry and try to force you to tell me what's
bothered you so much, but I need to know if you can pull this
off. Can you free the girl? Because this whole plan succeeds
based on whether or not you succeed. He says to Morrigan. Though
he sounded colder than he should have, he actually was trying to
make sure Morrigan was okay, since he could see that she was
trying to hide her concern.

Kamari Clones: What the f*ck?!
The clones jump back from the demon and avoid the attack though
a few got cut down. During the commotion, the real Kamari tries
to use the situation as a chance to stealthily dash past them
all so she can go complete the mission her father instructed her
to do earlier by taking down the black dome.
Kanna immediately takes out her ninjato sword, ready to fight
Julianna. She does catch a glimpse of the kids being able to
gain the upper hand against the Yurei though she quickly turn
her attention back on Julianna, determine to defeat her one way
or another.
Morrigan: sighs a bit I can't say much now due to circumstances
but I need you and the others to prepare for the worst for
everyone's sake. Let's just say that the root of this problem is
bigger than we thought. I am confident that I can free the girl
as well but it will be harder than before. Hell, it probably
would be near impossible now. But it won't stop me from trying.
Morrigan says with confidence. This along with her usual coy
tone turn serious shows that whatever happened earlier when she
was freeing Kenji that something sinister is going on.

Shia notices the real Kamari dash past and try to go for the
room they were guarding.
Shia: Uh-oh... We got a runner! She says to Triton.
Triton vanishes in a burst of light and reappears in front of
the door to block Kamari from entering. He swings his sword with
a strong gust of wind, using physical force to try and keep her
from being able to reach the door.
Yuri got confused for a moment as Triton vanished, and it took a
minute for her to figure out what happened.
Hei: Alright. Tell me what I can do to help. Maybe I can try and
go into the girl's mind to help you more easily connect with
her. He says to Morrigan.
Meanwhile, Aziel, Kindron, and Radu all charge Julianna, trying
to hit her from multiple angles to try and overwhelm her.
However, Juliana uses her magic aura to push everyone back,
making it so they couldn't even get close to her unless they
pierced through her aura. Given her current amplification, it
was like her aura was now stronger than Aeon's aura was, since
the power was being boosted by other powers Julianna now had.

Kamari: Holy sh*t!
Kamari manage to avoid the attack but the gust of wind manage to
send her flying close by where Shia is along with the clones
trying to kill her. Gritting her teeth, she gets up and tries
again.
Kamari: Out of the damn way, ya big bastard! This has gone long
enough!
Morrigan: The mind break isn't the problem. Is the culprit
behind it. Look, I'll try to break her out of it, but if I
can't, we may to resort to setting her free the other way.
It's clear that Morrigan is protecting Hei from something but
even she knows that she may need help worst case if the daemon
shows up again.
Kanna grits her teeth when she is blasted back yet recovered.
Kanna: Everyone get out of the way! gets into a stance
Ace: Wait a minute! You're not seriously thinking of--?!
Kanna: Yup. I'm using my semblance. It has a chance to at least
weaken her.
Ace: Let's do it!

Yuri appears alongside Kamari as Yuri tries to help Kamari get
past Triton.
However, Shia and her demon teleports over to Triton and tries
to blast them with laser eyes from the demon's wings.
However, Yuri was ready, and uses her sword to reflect the
lasers back at the group. As the lasers reflect back at the
group, Triton uses his power to teleport Shia away to protect
her from the attack. The demon vanishes as Shia disappears with
Triton.
Yuri: Now's our chance! We can get inside! She says as she makes
a dash for the door.
Kindron, Radu and Aziel all jump away from Julianna. Julianna
looks over at Kanna, knowing something was about to happen, and
just stands ready as she holds her sword ready to defend if need
be.
Hei: I'll help however I can. he says to Morrigan.

Kamari immediately dash forward as fast as she can once her
older sister clears the way.
Kanna dash forward using her Darkfire speed though she leaves
burnt footprints from where she stood from before, a flicker of
blue flames from it before disappearing. She clash her ninjato
sword at Julianna, knowing that she will easily deflect which is
what Kanna wants her to do so she can activate her semblance.
Morrigan nod her head to Kindron couldn't help but notice that
the Yurei is drastically decreasing thanks to Zoe and her
friends.

Once they were inside the judge's room, they would be met with a
gruesome sight. All the judges were dead and torn apart, with
their body parts fusing into the wall, ceiling, and floor. Just
like the other surfaces, the walls and ceiling were pulsing with
black goo and dried blood. However, there was something off
about the scene, which Yuri points out almost immediately.
Yuri: Oh my god. This is messed up. She analyzes the body parts
she could see and interact with (that weren't completely
engulfed in the area around her. Something's wrong... These
bodies have been dead for weeks. She looks to Kamari with a
worried expression. I know the judges don't interact much with
everyone outside of the announcement system, but I know they've
communicated with the staff. But everyone here was dead long
before the tournament began. She then looks back at the body
parts. So... Who have the staff been communicating with? And why
has no one noticed the bodies? She asks, trying to figure out
what was going on.
Julianna wasn't sure what to expect, but uses her blade to try
and parry while keeping her magic aura strong around her.
Julianna knew Kanna was up to something, but didn't know what,
and seemingly had done exactly what Kanna wanted her to do.
Kindron, Aziel and Radu wait for a moment, not sure what to
expect.
As the numbers start to decrease, Hei looks over to Morrigan.
Hei: The numbers are going down... Are they giving up on trying
to send more in? Or could they be trying to change tactics? He
asks, not sure what to expect. Though currently, it was hard to
deny that the divine sword Zoe was wielding was doing very well
purifying the Yurei.
