Kindron: I can't yet tell who has the advantage. The demons have
the advantage in experience, but it looks like the children have
more advantage in combat technique. Probably thanks to that
Wolf's (Jon) training.

Kamari: Jack was trained in martial arts ever since he was a
child. He's one of the youngest ones who earned a black belt.
Zoe has potential, but she needs time to refine her techniques.
Kanna: smiles a bit Jon may be a grump at times but he's one of
the best martial artists and ki masters that I know. Those
demons do have the power and experience but they're
underestimating their opponents.
Kamari: Really? Those guys don't seem to be the type.
Kanna: You don't have to be obnoxiously overconfident or a
condescending ass to be overconfident. There are other ways. Zoe
was an obvious example since she's a human with a possibly thin
Makai bloodline. Jack is another story. Although he is a kami,
he's still young. Not to mention that he's not as arrogant or
ruthless as most of his family like his cousin. Overall,
overconfidence is nothing but a toxic friend who ends up leading
you to your downfall... something that Zoe and Jack will teach
them the hard way.
During the conversation, the teams match are getting a bit
intense. Although the fight is hard to determine who wins, Jack
and Zoe manage to pull through and made one hell of a combat
spectacle. Despite Gorn seeing to be at an advantage, Jack use
his cunning and kami fire powers to close the gap between them
and come at Gorn's blind spot, delivering a intense gut punch
with a flame ki shockwave effect, sending Gorn to a nearby
pillar and knocking him out cold. Meanwhile, Zoe manage to use
Beast Cannon for the first time in actual combat, throwing
Scylla off guard and was getting bombarded by the attacks. When
Zoe charge at her, Scylla tries to use razor wind at Zoe to
knock her down, only for Zoe to narrowly avoid it and counter it
with a lightning ki infused punch, spiking Scylla down on the
ground and forming a small crater underneath her, thus
eliminating the Team Haema duo and making the Team Wasabi duo
victorious.

Hei: Those kids are powerful. Imagine how their elemental skills
could grow if they learned from a Darkfire about how to use
their elemental powers more effectively.
Kindron: I admit, it would be interesting to see how strong
they'd get if they were taught elements the way the Darkfires
are... Through the interconnected-ness of the natural world, and
the specific traits of individual elements. I'd be curious to
see if they could work similar concepts into their martial arts.
It's true the Darkfires also have elemental martial arts, but I
think those kids could benefit from learning a few things. He
says, referencing Darkfire teachings. In Darkfire teaching of
the elements, learning the specific traits of the individual
elements (IE things like magnetic manipulation for lightning
users or plasma energy for fire users) is crucial to maximizing
their elemental potential. However, what most don't know is that
they are taught how all elements are connected and convert
through one another (such as electromagnetic manipulation being
able to control the EM spectrum, which was visible light), which
strengthens most Darkfires elemental powers further since many
are able to convert elements and utilize multiple elements
through finding out how elementals convert into others.
Aziel, who was listening to the conversation, just stays silent
as she watches. Though it was hard to tell what was going
through her mind with her almost blank expression.
As Zoe and Jack when their fights, Koto jumps up. Koto: And DOWN
goes Team Haema! Both fighters on Team Haema are eliminated due
to knockout! Team Wasabi pulls out a win that no one saw coming!
These two young combatants may not have the experience, but
their combat training seems to have won them the match! She says
excitedly.

Kamari: Good thing one of them knows a Darkfire. She says,
looking at Kanna
Kanna: They're not ready for that yet. They need to finish their
actual training first.
Kanna was speaking more for Zoe than for Jack, though Kanna
knows that the two are still kids. Besides, Kanna is still
trying to find Maya and making sure that Zoe is safe. The last
thing Zoe needs is more attention from the more hostile makai
members. Kanna and Kamari stop when Koto announce Team Wasabi as
the winner. Kanna makes a small yet proud smile while Kamari
cheers for her friends.
Kamari: Yeah! Those are my friends!
Cheering roar around the stadium. Well, most of them. There are
some who are jeering since you know, haters. But that doesn't
matter. They won! Zoe was in disbelief but couldn't help but
smile when Jack walks up and bring her arm up with his. Zoe form
a bright smile and laughs. Jon nod in approval, proud of his
pupil.

Koto takes a moment, listening to something on her earpiece.
Koto: Ladies and gentlemen, I have been told there will be a
short delay before the next round. Enjoy a quick break and we
will return for the next round shortly! If you haven't already,
make sure to visit our concession stands for snacks and drinks!
She says to the people in the stadium.

Jack and Zoe stop to go check on Scylla and Gorn, who are
recovering. Zoe offer a hand to Scylla while Jack offers a hand
to Gorn... which the two hesitate for a second before taking it.
Gorn and Jack give each other a silent nod of respect before the
two go back to their teams. Despite Scylla's pride, she gives a
respectful pat on the shoulder to Zoe before leaving as well.
Zoe smile softly before following Jack, where the both of them
are greeted by their cheering teammates.
Kanna couldn't help but look proud for her goddaughter when she
saw the respect and good sportsmanship she and Jack showed to
their opponents. She's growing to be a good fighter both
physically and mentally. Her parents would be proud of her.

Hei: I'm going to go get some ramen from the concession stands
before the next rounds start. He says as he stands up.
However, the festivities would suddenly be interrupted, in what
could only be described as a scene right out of Silent Hill. A
large metal dome comes up over head, black in color, and encases
the entire area within.

As the whole stadium, arena and surrounding areas are engulfed
in the large massive dome, the world around them changes, where
the environment morphs into a dark and almost living area where
the walls of the arena and area start pulsing. The dirt and
walls take on a black color, and the walls almost look like
they're pulsing and rotting away, revealing some strange
substance oozing from the walls. Statues and structures appear
in the stadium and in the hallways, as well as some strange
looking plants that seemed to attack anyone who got too close
with a strange black ooze that would eat away any living matter.
Out of the hallways and out of the dirt, numbers of creatures
arise, including what appeared to be zombie type creatures,
skeleton creatures, and even strange undead that didn't seem
like they were ever human at any point.
As the whole area is mutated, all the undead start hunting down
anything living, as though they wanted to possess and keep
anything living for themselves.
As the whole area changes, Hei stops.
Hei: What the hell is happening?! He says, trying to figure out
what was going on.
Kindron: Oh god... Not this cr*p again. He says with a sigh,
recognizing what was happening from when he went to the school
to save it from a similar situation.
Aziel: What's going on? I can't sense the outside world
anymore... It's like... She starts.
From behind Hei's group, Olivier Yosef appears in a burst of
space time teleportation. Olivier: We're cut off from the
outside world. We've been engulfed in the Realm of Darkness...
She says to the group.
Kindron: Someone must be out of their minds. Most of the major
families are here, A and S ranks... Who would be dumb enough to
attack all the families at once? He asks, partially to himself.
Meanwhile, from outside the dome, Kavras uses the God's Eye
power he stole from Zenrael to watch the chaos ensuing inside
the dome since he was outside of it.
Kavras: That fool, Zenrael, had no idea the realm he was tapping
into... Or what he could do with it. But I'll make far better
use of it than he did.
As chaos ensues from the appearance of the strange undead
creatures who were now attacking everyone, a lone assassin girl,
Shia, talks telepathically to Kavras. She was using her
telekinetic power to hold a bunch of cotton candy she had just
gotten from the concession stands, eating cotton candy while
watching everything unfolding around her, and seeming to absorb
the blood of anyone who is injured or killed. She looked like a
lone teenage girl, looking innocent, and seemed to hide her
killer instincts very well as almost nothing could be sensed
from her.
Kavras: Don't get involved unless you have to. And know that any
blood spilled is all yours, my little assassin. Just don't die
or you might find yourself becoming one of them... He says
telepathically.
Shia chuckles. Shia: I know... Don't worry. I have the powers
you gave me to help me avoid being a target. Shia smiles. This
is going to be fun.
Meanwhile, Kavras's apprentice, Triton Flashvolt, was also
present in the hallways, watching for now. He had his giant
sword on his back, and his armor seemed repaired from his
previous fight with Kindron.
Kavras: Remember, my apprentice... The Darkfire man (Kindron) is
mine to kill if it comes to it. But you're free to fight and
kill any of the other ones. He says to Triton.

Kanna: What the hell...?
Was what Kanna can say about the black dome. When chaos started
to happen, both Kanna and Kamari jump up from their seats.
Kamari: Holy sh*t!
After listening to Kindron and Hei, Kanna snarl to herself.
Kamari: Either someone is really powerful or really stupid to
pull something like this. Possibly both.
Kanna: Doesn't matter. Whoever's responsible for this is going
to wish that they were never born! She snarled the last part
out, ready to fight.
Meanwhile, Jon glare at Kyo who is thrown off by what's
happening.
Jon: What did you do?!
Kyo: Me? I'm not responsible for this! I'll say though, this
just got interesting.
Jon: Just shut up and help me with these things! He growls,
annoyed at Kyo being unserious
Kyo roll his eyes but makes sure that he stays away from the
black goop and the skeletons, even killing some who got too
close. Meanwhile, Jon and the other coaches focus on protecting
their pupils. Jack, Zoe, Gorn and Scylla were startled by what
was going on. When a skeleton tried to grab Zoe, Gorn summon his
demon axe and smashed the skull.
Gorn: Stick together! And don't let those things touch you!
Zoe: R-Right!
Scylla: What the hell is this?! Is this some kind of sick
prank?! Use her razor wind to try to slice up some of the
skeletons.
Jack: Save the questions for later! We gotta survive first!

Yuri smiles and summons her sword. Yuri: I didn't expect to get
to do anything today. This is gonna be great. She says,
interested in the challenge of fighting the undead.
Kindron: I'm going to try something. he says as he jumps up on
the railing. He then yells down to the undead below. Stop! He
says, trying to use his power to control death to take control
of them. However, it doesn't work, as the undead just look at
him for a moment in confusion before going back to what they
were doing. Damn... That worked last time. He says to himself.
Hei: It was worth a shot... He says, sighing.
Kindron: We have to stop this... Protect the people from these
things.
Hei: How do we stop them and reverse whatever... this... is? He
says, motioning to the dome overhead.
Kindron: There should be an anchor point that holds the two
realms together, if this is like last time... Problem is that
this feels entirely different from the last time I was in a
place like this, so I can't actually be sure if it will work the
same. He explains.
Olivier: We need to protect the people. The more people they
steal, the more energy they can use to spawn more of them, and
they may try to take the people back to the Realm of Darkness.
And if everyone here starts getting turned into Yurei as the
Yurei start killing everyone, we're gonna get overrun.
Especially if any S ranks get turned into these things.
As they talk, Aziel jumps down and slashes stronger undead who
came out of the entry way and tried to attack Zoe's group,
causing the undead to freeze solid and seemingly melt away
inside the ice from the holy power. It seemed like her
purification skills were uniquely qualified to take out these
creatures, as her purification skills seemed to purify the power
of death coming from them as she starts cutting down undead with
her magic sword, using the new ice blade magic technique she had
recently developed in her fight with Kindron.
Meanwhile, Radu and his familiar cat, Drago, jump down. Drago
jumps on an undead and rips it apart with his raw strength
before turning into a sword when he jumps back in Radu's hand.
Radu then starts blasting enemies with demonic flames, with
varying degrees of success depending on the undead.
Radu: You were foolish to attack us... And you will pay with
your lives. He says calmly to the undead. However, while his
demonic flames weren't effective, his sword seemed far more
effective as he was effortlessly cutting down the weaker undead.
Near Zoe's group, Kendrix comes out of the shadows from where he
was watching everything, blasting undead with crimson lightning.
He then smiles. Kendrix: I don't know who set this group of
creatures on us, but now I'm curious. He says as he starts
blasting some of the monsters with his crimson lightning.
However, as groups of Makai start fighting back, they'd find
that demonic and usual makai abilities weren't much help against
the Yurei and the undead, as most of them would take only little
damage from demonic or makai type powers. And as the people cut
down the undead, most of them are able to regenerate and put
themselves back together, save the ones that are killed by
people like Aziel who had purification power.
