Kamari: True. turns to Zoe Nice sword, man.
Zoe: Oh um, thanks. I think it belongs to that swordsman guy
that the others freed when the adults fought them. I was just
helping out with the zombie problem.
Jon: But what did they want exactly? Why here and why us?
Kanna: Probably for their own sick amusement. I've read before
that many of those bastards view those lesser than them as toys
or some kind of entertainment. She explains bitterly with a
growl.

Yuri goes over and looks at the sword Zoe was holding. Yuri:
That is a nice sword. It feels like a pretty strong divine
energy sword. That sword would be pretty powerful here in this
world. She says to Zoe.
Julianna: Kavras has always sought out opponents to test his
strength against, and to better his own abilities. If he fights
someone and they don't meet his expectations, or he encounters
someone with powers he wants, he absorbs their essence and gains
their abilities. His Eyes of Izuna hold a number of strange
abilities.
Hei: It did seem like this guy was testing the waters against us
when Morrigan and I encountered him in the girl's mind.

Zoe: I may have to return this to the rightful owner though.
Kamari: We can discuss this with Dad and the others.
Morrigan: He does seem interested in some of the S ranked Makai
here.
Kanna: Great, now we got stalkers. She states sarcastically And
I thought Wolfwing and his crusade of feral freaks were enough.

Hei: I'm also worried he may come to reclaim these two.
Honestly, they're both on the level of S-rank Makai and possibly
beyond. The girl especially. He says, motioning to Kenji and
Julianna.
Kenji: It is possible. I can't imagine he'll just let us go. He
says in response to Hei.

Kamari nod and teleport herself and everyone around her back to
where the adults are.
Kamari: Hey, dad.
Morrigan: If that was the case, he would've made things harder
to free the young woman or had more of his minions come and try
to tear us apart. I think there's more to this... or we're
probably overthinking this and he just wants to face strong
people.
Kanna: Or he wants to be entertained.
Jon: Or both.

taken a liking to you. I cannot wield the sword as I did in
life. I think it will be happier with you. He says to her.
