Brother and Sister Reunion

Zelpharia is at the Torchwood Institute sitting at her desk just
outside of Jack's office. The main portion of the main office
opens up to a giant atrium that is big enough for a pterodactyl
to fly around. Most of the Torchwood agents are out on cases
involving dimensional and temporal rips in the fabric of
space-time continuum. Zelpharia is working on paperwork
involving some recent cases that she and Jack had solved. Jack
is in his office working on more paperwork.
Jack: Did you see the report on the Cyber Men attempted invasion
in Japan? Jack calls out to Zelpharia.
Zelpharia: Try over by your drawers. It may be in the stack on
top of the main drawer. She calls back to Jack from her desk.
Jack: Thanks, Zeph. You're a lifesaver. I've been going nuts
looking for that file.
Zelpharia: You're welcome, Jack. Hopefully we'll finish soon and
can go to the bar afterwards. She says from her desk as she
continues the paperwork that she had fallen behind on.

Delsin after reconnecting with Reggie would then burst into
smoke and teleport through a dark corner and would reappear in
Zeph office appearing in a corner of her room . Having since
gained better control over his powers he would form a small
smoke nado before returning to his normal form in front of Zephs
desk Did somebody order a recently deceased brother who’s back
from the dead ? Delsin would smile warmly

Zelpharia looks up from her paperwork in the main office area
and nearly busts her knee caps standing up. Zelpharia: Delsin!
You're alive! She runs around her desk and happily hugs Delsin.
She still looks the same with her bright red hair and Irish fair
skin meaning she still hasn't reincarnated yet. Zelpharia: And
you're still you! But how are you alive?!
Jack becomes curious about what is going on outside of his
office and stands up. He walks over to the door and watches
quietly from his door with a raised eyebrow.

Delsin would hold his sister in his embrace I’m not all the way
me sister love. This body I’m in has some death wraith quirks
that have been pretty handy to say the least . I was dead until
some Irish doctor brought me back and brought me to my home just
to find my wife pregnant by the same loser she left in the death
wraith world . It’s been pretty rough these last few days but my
children they are my reason for going now. I’ve since returned
to my tribe and claimed the high Chief mantle. It’s only right
that I took the responsibility I’ve ran from for so long. They
needed a leader and I needed my people’s so it all worked out
for the best .

Zelpharia steps back from the hug and gives Delsin a sympathetic
smile. Zelpharia: Well you found out about Anna and Keirran
which I'm not surprised. I'm so sorry that Anna moved on after
you died. Now the Irish doctor sounds like Dr. Keir Alaister,
but he couldn't have brought you back to life without cloning
you which is illegal. He probably worked with Dr. Jekyll in that
department since she is an expert. I'm glad that you went back
to the tribe. They'll help you through all of this.
Jack continues to watch from his door way. He's glad that Delsin
is a friend and not another headache. That's the last thing
Torchwood needs is more headaches.

Kier, Kierran , Kendrix Kendrick Lamar it’s hard to keep up with
all these Ks . Delsin would pull a joint out from his pocket
and a lighter , he would flick the lighter and absorb the fire
to then use his fingers to snap and a flame would appear on his
thumb to which he would light the joint and absorb the smoke
into his body So now I’m just living in my power vault at the
home until I either find a new home or build one . Although I’m
leaning towards building one I am enjoying being close to my
kids. Delsin would then pull his phone out and play music I
made this when I was on my super computer trying to sort my
powers. Being dead and with the entire afterlife at my disposal
it wasn’t just powers I absorbed but techniques and abilities
not to mention skills . Michael Jackson and Elvis were great
targets to absorption Delsin would begin to moonwalk around the
room I figured making music can make me some money . Delsin
would attempt to pass his joint to his sister Being dead really
did give me a new sense of self and appreciation of life. I need
to prepare for life when we’re not fighting for the sake of our
world . And I want my kids to be able to be whatever they want
and not just fighters and sorcerers. This sense of maturity is a
FAR cry from the Delsin that his sister knew

Zelpharia: Well that is unusually mature of you, Delsin. Sounds
like death has had a maturing effect on you. She says with a
smile and a pleasant tone of voice. Zelpharia passes on the
joint as smoking it wouldn't have an effect without actively
suppressing her immunity to chemicals. Zelpharia: It also sounds
like you have learned from that experience. As for your housing,
you could stay with me in my TARDIS. You would have to exit her
to teleport, but I have plenty of room.
Jack decides to hold back telling Delsin that Torchwood is a
non-smoking facility. He knows of Delsin and his relationship to
Zelpharia so figures not to interfere just yet.

Delsin would then absorb the remaining smoke from the joint and
drop it into his shadow and teleport it away I appreciate the
offer . I’ll only stay until I get in touch with M again . I’m
sure my old drinking buddy would love to watch me crack a cold
one and tell him all about my tales in the after life . Delsin
would look around the office you seem to be doing well for
yourself . Tell me everything I missed Delsin would burst into
smoke and start to move around the room before appearing before
Jack in the doorway and you are ? Delsin questioned with a warm
smile but fierce piercing eyes

Jack gives Delsin one of his trademark charming smiles. Jack: My
name is Captain Jack Harkness, and you must be the infamous
Delsin Rowe, my ex brother-in-law. He then looks to Zelpharia.
Jack: He's cuter in real life than I imagined, but not my level
of good looks.
Zelpharia rolls her eyes at Jack with a slight smirk. She then
speaks to Delsin. Zelpharia: Now there's a lot that's been going
on. Random rips in the fabric of space time opening up in random
places in the universe. Random people and critters showing up
throughout the universe. Just a few weeks ago, I was forced to
crash land my TARDIS and force her to regenerate while the
others fought transdimensional robots. Your cousin, Franklin,
and alternate cousin, Dufort, had to deal with a T-Rex in New
Orleans that came through a dimensional rip last week. I was in
the middle of a space battle not long ago. Oh and met your
doctor alternate on that occasion. And that's been a light month
load for us here at Torchwood.

Delsin would raise and eyebrow and chuckle I think you must
have some type of brain injury . As your looking at the
handsomest man in the world Delsin would pull out a GQ man of
the year magazine from 4 years ago prior to his death GQ even
co-signs buddy . Delsin would turn to his sister you always
seem to have a knack for the extra ordinary my joyous sister .
Speaking of which , Do you still have that old relic I asked you
to hold for me before I died ? Potato sized glowing rock ?
Delsin would reference a meteorite that fell to the earth that
he wanted to work on but unfortunately death took claim to him
Anna told me about the T Rex, make sure you call me the next
time he wants to make an appearance
