Amalia looks the contract over very carefully and reads
everything in it. Once satisfied that it guarantees hers and her
father's souls are safe, she pulls out more aether and creates a
pen. She then signs the contract. Amalia: There. Now, for the
wish, Demerest. I wish my father was saved from the Void and
safely here.
Gor and Crunk stand quietly.

Demerest: Granted. He says with a smile as he snaps his fingers,
which would summon Amalia's father into the room immediately in
a burst of hellfire (though it wouldn't hurt her father, since
it was just an effect of the wish granting). Since this was a
deal that Demerest needed to go perfectly, he made sure to avoid
doing anything nefarious, and wanted to keep the deal as
straightforward as possible.
Meanwhile, even Malice was surprised by Demerest granting the
wish without any kind of nefarious twists.

Amalia nearly begins to cry when her father appears. She runs to
him and hugs her father. Amalia: Father! Is it you?
Jefferson: Yes, my little dove. It's me. He says as he hugs her
back. Jefferson: Now who do I have to thank for my return from
the Void?
Amalia steps back and then next to her father facing Demerest.
Amalia: This djinn, Demerest, is responsible for your return.
Jefferson looks at Demerest with a grateful smile and walks over
with his hand extended for a handshake. Jefferson: Well, I'll be
a monkey's uncle. I didn't think one of your kind could
penetrate the veil of the Void. I must thank you for your help.

Demerest bows to Jefferson politely, not saying anything but
still showing respect to Jefferson. He then turns to address
Saskia. Demerest: I don't exaggerate when I say that Kindron
Darkfire is the single greatest threat to me. He says.
Malice: That we share in common... I have no intention of being
beaten again by him, or those cursed spawns of Zeus (V and the
Vins). He says to Demerest.

Saskia: So we are all in an agreement. We do have a rough draft
of sealing Kindron but it won't be easy. We need to worn him
down and isolate him first before we try sealing him. As for the
girl (V)... well, the problem with her is that she's always with
somebody. We need to keep her allies busy and keep her
completely isolated. Unlike Kindron, the girl appears to never
be isolated, and even so, it doesn't last long due to someone
always coming to her aid.

Amalia takes the moment that Demerest, Malice, and Saskia begin
to talk to each other to explain to her father what is going.
She explains the deals that she has made in order to gain his
freedom and what must be done to honor those deals. Jefferson
listens closely and nods on occasions. Jefferson: Of course I'll
build a prison for their enemies and teach them how to use
aether. I owe them my freedom.
Amalia: Good. Thank you, father. She says and then hugs her
father for a moment.

Demerest: Actually, that may be more difficult than you think.
He says to Saskia about trying to isolate Kindron. Since he
returned, he's been spending all his time with friends and
family. It isn't like before when he was always fighting by
himself. He's gone back to how he used to be before he became
the ruler of Tartarus. He explains.
Hearing Demerest, Malice sighs. Malice: Oh great... So he's gone
back to friend mode now like the first time I fought him. He
says, hanging his head in annoyance. And I'm guessing he's
overcome my influence on him from the second time I fought him.

Saskia: I don't doubt it. He probably spent his time being dead
chilling out and making sure we can't influence him again. It's
a downer that neither of us couldn't get his soul. clasp her
hands together If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

Amalia and Jefferson stop hugging to listen to the others.
Amalia begins to think hard about the situation with Kindron.
The big question is how do you get close to Kindron and separate
him from his friends. Amalia gets an idea. She grabs the
protection charm from Lucifer and takes a breath. Amalia: It
might be a long shot, but what if we send in someone who could
sew the seeds of disbelief and doubt among his friends and
family? If we can't get to Kindron and separate him from his
friends then we try to tear apart the friends from him. Is he
married? Then we make his wife suspicious.
Jefferson stands there with a thoughtful smile and listens to
his daughter. He does have an idea, but rather let her be heard
first.
