RP: Cop Killer

"That's the third one this week."
That was what Mason muttered when he looked at another deceased
cop that was mutilated to death. Someone has been killing off
cops from small county ones to ones close to government
officials such as Blue Skulls being close to MI-6. The cop was
female, human, white, average height and weight, and around her
late thirties. Dr. Sakajou is standing next to Mason, examining
the body since the crime happened close to where she lived...
which is in Black Sun territory. It's rare for cops to be around
Black Sun territory since they can handle themselves but the
organization still allow them to come as long as they're not
enemies. The young deceased officer was one of the few members
of Blue Skulls besides Dr. Saori Sakajou who lives around or in
the Black Sun territory, mainly due their previous homes being
destroyed by insane criminals.
Saori: Damn... the bastard got Katy.
Mason: The kid was one of the good ones. She had a brave and
good heart who put others before her. Hell, she even volunteered
to stop police corruption and brutality. Was also a great
mother.
Saori: Who else know about this?
Mason: I sent the message to the others. I didn't hear from Ziva
but Jane was one of the first to get it. She didn't take the
news very well.
Saori: I don't blame her... This needs to stop. I'm used to some
people hating the police and the empty threats but this... this
went from a simple bullet to the head to barbaric torture. An
obvious act of vengeance against cops. If this keeps up...
Mason: I know.
The old angel growled lowly as he look at the corpse again. The
word pig was carved on her neck. On the pavement was words
written in white spray paint that said "A good cop is a dead
cop" with an anarchy symbol on the bottom of the writing.

I've been planning this for a while. Finally worked up the nerve

Ziva was rightly upset went she got the message. She had liked
that kid. The girl had guts, and it was a shame to lose her like
that. However, Tali was sick, so Ziva replied telling Mason she
was sending Tony in her place. She had also notified Lorenzo
she’d most likely be out for a few days unless it was an
emergency.
Only about ten minutes after she sent the text. Tony was
striding up to the crime scene sighing under his breath as he
arrived. He was muttering under his breath as he took in the
sight of the scene. Tony: Katy was a good girl. She didn’t
deserve to be screwed over like this. I suppose she knew what
she was putting at risk though.

Mason got the text from Ziva, making him reply an okay along
with get well soon message for Tali and asking if Saori should
stop on by to check on Tali. Lorenzo was at MI-6 since he had a
meeting with Cain so he won't be back in a while. Though Mason
knows that Lorenzo is more than upset about the fact that
someone lowlife had the balls to go put down one of his mutts.
Mason and Saori turn to Tony when he arrived.
Mason: Doesn't help that I gotta explain this to her family.
Saori: Officer Mullins didn't live that far from me. Didn't you
say that Mullins did an undercover case two months ago?
Mason: Yeah, she did. It was a drug trafficking operation. She
also busted a few corrupted cops there as well. But the thing is
those two corrupted cops were butchered alive in their own
prison cell...
Saori: Like a couple of pigs. It wasn't as bad as this one but
it was still inhumane. Especially since Mullins didn't deserve
it. And those two assholes who didn't deserved to be cops were
serving their time.

Tony: It’s clear the poor girl pissed off more than a few people
based on just hearing about that undercover operation. Do you
have any ideas on who may have had the most motive to do
anything to her after that was all said and done? Any loose ends
that got screwed over?

Mason: That's the thing. There are many people who don't like
us. Though one I do have in mind is that Sanchez kid I ran into
many months back. He's with a secret anarchy organization called
The Red Lotus.
Saori: Are they... you know...?
Mason: Their leader will only go there if the situation calls
for it. An officer and I faced them before back in the 70s and
the early 90s. They're not to be taken lightly. I witnessed the
leader killed a neo nazi general by removing the air out of his
body.
Saori: Okay... more horrifying sh*t that I didn't need to know.
That's nice. sighs Okay, and this Sanchez boy? What about him?
Mason: You two are not gonna like this. He was an old friend of
the Sergeant when the two were just street rats, stealing things
from yuppies and other suckers. Long story short, when she
disbanded from the thief group in her late years of high school,
the boy's father was killed by a corrupted cop and got away with
it. The kid got pissed and went Ghost Rider on that cop's a**.
Saori: Wait, he's a f*cking Ghost Rider?!
Mason: Yes. Learned that the hard way too.

*Tony looked a little shocked at that* Tony: This really is
something straight out of some f*cked up supernatural movie
then. It’s a good thing I’ve watched plenty of those to be
prepared for how screwed up this is.

(Just go on without me. Cas and Constantine aren't police
officers. They really only get involved with it comes to
business between Heaven and Hell. This wouldn't be something
that they'd really need to get involved with.)
