James and the transition
By: Mike Waters Date: July 13, 2023, 1:30 am

It's worth a dedicated Topic just to let everyone
know that James is now being incredibly helpful and encouraging,
and sends his best wishes for the success of 'United in
Diversity'.
Of his own initiative he has just sent me a complete list of LV
membership Email addresses in case I want to try to expand our
current membership.
Trouble is (as he intimates) most were only interested in the
opportunity to promote their own theological leanings and
wouldn't want to join us just for the purpose of non theological
chat.
I've sent invitations to Ivor, Amadeus, Kerry, and Nancy (does
anyone have other suggestions of who might be happy to join us
for non theological reunion and chat).

You might like to read Ivor's reply.
"Sounds like a good idea, while I was a laptop owner and it was
an icon on the page I'd pop on... but phones don't save things
the same and I forget.. I will try to save the address in chrome
as I've done with James's,
I hope you are all well. We are in the Lakes this week and the
natural beauty of the place is good for the soul and I've been
inspired to start painting buildings with watercolour -
something that's always beaten me as I do like accuracy but I've
got to learn to accept my limitations and step away from wanting
detail which may be something spiritual too. It often is!
I occasionally think of those I've met through my various
avenues of forum life and how well we get to know each other as
we walk our path.. you bunch of brothers and sisters have always
been a real pleasure and a conundrum but the love has always
been there.
I'm a socialist by nature and I have a green party friend who
pulls his hair out at me online and me in return, but that's
just the fire in our bellies and the inability we have in our
written word to express ourselves perfectly. In the flesh we
would never be so hard and if a debate got heated I'd just give
him a hug.
Love to you all! Hugs all round❤️"

Wowserville, 77 posts in nine days days, it sure
seems that all that was needed at Living Water was for the site
to be reactivated in a more simple 'one board, chat only,
format'.
But all credit to James' big, magnanimous heart in letting it
happen, and giving his blessing, via a new site.

James has trouble because he uses a cell phone. I on the other
hand use my cell phone only for voice communications. For forum
and other communication I use mostly my desktop and my laptop
computers. I am not one for changing those things any more. Give
God all of the glory.

I hope I'm not wishing too much in my hope that before long
dear James will pitch in with this forum
