I'm wondering if she was referring to the retirement age. She
can tell us what she meant; but I am also left wondering how the
different parties will deal with that situation.

Oh I was talking about the conservatives raising the age of
leaving school from 16 to 18 when they were in power. Just
making a comparison of doing things for tactical reasons, like
labour lowering the voting age - none of them , no matter what
side is in power, does things for no reason.

Yes, they always seem to have some motive with some motives
being better than others.
