What ever shall I say here?
To the best of my ability the following poem sets out my hope
for how we interact in this forum and, and to me this opening
board seems the place to post it so that newcomers can know what
to expect of my leadership.
[center]Christ is a diamond that's perfectly cut with multiple
facets so bright
Around Him stands all manner of men, each seeing some aspect of
light.
Christ turns but a fraction ....the sparkling lights change,
New wonders the viewers perceive
Each somewhat diff'rent ... specific'ly meant for those who the
Spirit receive
None have the right to say to another, 'The light that you see
isn't true'
The facet he sees was cut for his purpose ....yours was cut
spec'ly for you.
But all viewers jointly; their own lights held firm,
form a composite brilliant reflection.
It's the 'Body of Christ' ... the Diamond's intent
To mirror its wondrous Perfection.[/center]

I hope nobody fears that I might be polishing up the site for a
promotional push to bring in new members.
It's only me filling up my time in anticipation that there might
just be the occasional person who happens to stumble upon us
If a new member turns up as a result of an existing member
mentioning us to a relative or acquaintance then that will be
more than I could wish.

Hi Mike, I like your poem. It reminded me of something God
showed me a few years ago. It was a bright summer day and the
sun was catching the diamonds in my ring and they looked so
beautiful with all the colours sparkling. I also have a ring
which just has diamond chippings and even those little tiny
diamonds were sparkling. Non of the stones have any intrinsic
beauty of their own it was the sunlight making them look
beautiful. And it is the Son's light that give us our beauty,
even those who feel small and insignificant will shine in His
light.
