I've never seen it done in real life; but I found two videos at
You Tube about how it can be done. It might not be too
expensive; and an AC guy might be able to do it.

When I was in college, I had air conditioning and didn't know it
until someone asked me why I didn't have it turned on. The
apartment had windows that opened out but no air conditioner in
sight. My friend explained that the "heater" pumped hot water
in winter and cold water in summer. Sure enough, it worked.

Texas with ridiculous weather floods they’d never seen before

no time for them. I read yesterday that Texas spent $2,000,000
on “salting “ the clouds with chemicals and things , so that
they could not have draught!! It obviously backfired . I had no
idea that almost all countries pour stuff into the air and try
and change weather patterns!! ( and then they say “ how come
there is so much cancer in the world” )

rebuilding.

I don't know too much about this; but I heard that all the
factories and buildings in China's cities make a lot of heat
which rises and then tends to move north and then circle around
raising the temperatures in North America -- as well as adding
pollution to the air. Sometimes it seems China may be making
the temperatures in the US higher. The ice up in the polar
regions is melting; and right now that ice is cooling air that
goes across it. Without that ice, the temperatures could keep
rising.
Ships can now travel in the Arctic more easily and in places
they couldn't previously. My guess is more ships in the Arctic
means the remaining ice will melt faster. It also means Russia
and China can move around in the ocean north of Canada.

All okay here Kerry - it is really hot today but nice and cool
inside as I don’t get the direct sunshine into my lounge,
kitchen and bedroom during most of the day. I had to go out
earlier but will stay in the rest of the day. We have a family
wedding next week , on one of the really hot days, so that will
be interesting.
Dan is okay as he does get the sun in his room but has three
fans xx
Hope you can keep cool Pat, and able to drink plenty of fluids
xxxxx

I had no idea about different places doing things to alter
weather patterns Helen, that’s really interesting, if not
worrying. Playing God has never worked out to well x

I'm doing okay. it's 30C today outside but feels comfortable
inside at 23C. I've got some foil emergency blankets stuck to
the back windows to deflect the sun. Seems to be working. My
back faces south west so gets the sun all day from about 11am.
The front gets the early morning sun so I keep the curtains shut
overnight till it's gone off. I'm also relying on God to keep
his promises to not let the sun harm me.
Psalm 121:6
the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

A record was broken at Wimbledon for the hottest tournament in
147 years; and fans were running out of water. There were also
some empty seats.

I was watching the semi finals yesterday and they had a number
of medical emergencies in the crowd, had to stop the match a few
times.Thats happened on other days as well. I don’t think I
could cope sitting there for a long time in the heat.

So you got to see that as it was happening. I didn't understand
two things.
First, when the company saw how popular their water had been the
previous day, why didn't they ship more in? If that was the
USA, people would be suing them since they promised free refills
when fans bought a bottle for £5. People were cheated if you
ask me. Secondly, why adhere so firmly to a rule about not
closing the roof except when it rains when according to the
article they have air conditioning that operates when the roof
is closed? I would think the people who collapsed could sue
Wimbledon for having such a rule and being so inflexible.

It was getting to the stage when I just had to re-arrange my
priorities and Forum has got pulled back into proportion.
