Back in November Ray asked the doctor about getting a stair lift
but even though the doc said he would set things moving he
didn't. We had to keep chasing them until eventually in April
somebody from 'Independent living' came to see him and said it
could take nine months. I thought that was too long and prayed
about it and it has been installed today.

Right out of the blue this morning my son asked me if I wanted
to go to our old church tomorrow as he is going. I didn't get
chance to ask him why as I was gobsmacked!

He started a new job at Warburton's - bread - a couple of months
ago and his new boss is the son of people from church we used to
visit when the boys were all young. Perhaps Steve has been
talking to Gareth, he definitely remembered him from our time at
the church.

Good to hear about you son wanting you to attend with him. It
could be a good thing.
I miss regular church attendance. I stopped in 2018 when they
pushed my pastor out. I have visited a few places since then,
but have never felt comfortable anywhere else. Can we go back?
God knows, but in my own mind and heart for the moment I cannot.
I have to keep on listening to His voice. Maybe before my days
here are finished He will send me back...?
