I can't resist reading as 'Guest' every time I open my laptop.
And this time seeing such an abundance of friendly responses I
couldn't resist logging in and posting.
There's no better medicine for my failing physicality.
It think I'll push my luck and see if I can set me up with a
Ghost membership.
So, if you see 'Charlie' as a new member you'll know it's me,
without admin or moderator status.
Great news Mike that post made my day !!
( I remember you have been Charlie or Charles before . xx)

Due to my Alzhiemers, Which messes with my ability to spell, I
have been utterly unable to jump through the endless digital
hoops required to set up a 'Charlie account via a new email
account.
I surrender.
And suddenly I changed the Username to Charliemike and eureka it
seems to have worked.
Question now is "can I log in as Charliemike"??

And first thing I find is that as a Newbie I no longer have
"permission" to modify what I've posted.
It's going to be tough going as a 'Newbie'.
I'll just have to post incessantly to get my 'Post Count' up to
'Junior Member' to see if that gets me more "permissions" >:(
I checked and found that 50/51 is the post count transition from
newbie to Junior member,. You'll just have to post another 48
songs ;D
I use different browsers for different things. I have
two accounts at my forum. I seldom use the "admin" account; but
I have the two accounts in different browsers.

Here I am looking around again. Rita re-invited me since I am
seldom regular on any forum anymore. This place is full of
familiar names. Hello everyone and God bless you.
Hello Kerry.
I stopped being even semi-active on that other forum [CB] some
time ago. Rita sent me a message and so I am looking around here
again. I have been fighting cancer again, but my last scan a few
months ago I was in the clear. Yesterday they did a PET scan and
I should have the results tomorrow. One day at the time!
I don't get around much these days. I read or watch old movies.
I stopped driving completely a few months ago after having minor
mishap.
Let's hope your results tomorrow are good. Sometimes
cancer can be beat.
I don't know what I'll do when I can't drive anymore. My eyes
have changed. I can see better now without my glasses; but
since my driver's license says I must wear them, I put them on
real low on my nose and look out over them so if I'm pulled over
I won't get at ticket. Maybe I should get an eye exam and new
glasses?
The new stuff on TV is way too crazy for me. I listen to old
time radio shows. I'm listening to a Dragnet episode now.

Much love for tomorrow Amadeus xx
I have never driven, but I should imagine giving up that
independence is so hard. I live in a city now, buses just round
the corner - so I just bus hop and as a pensioner I don’t have
to pay a penny , I can go anywhere in the U.K. ( although I tend
to say local )
I do watchTV , at the moment I have got into the ‘ Celebrity
Traitors ‘ and also am awaiting the last series of Stranger
things. I tend to watch detective programs, like Dave and Helen.
I think I would find it hard to give up tv
