Mike I never got around to seeing the second song until this
morning, but last night on my walk, the Lord laid on my heart to
pray for someone I haven’t remembered for years, and what
flashed into my mind was when as a child of about 4or5, he stood
up and sang “In the garden” and we knew a seed had been planted,
but life for him has taken many turns since that night, his dad
died prematurely and his mum was not the most stable of mums,
but she tried her best, like all mums, he was a very gifted
young man and grew up in a very small Texas town, where the
biggest thing since the civil war was when they changed the four
way stop for traffic lights, he was accepted by all the major
universities, including Harvard and Yale but chose a small
Baptist college, a talented musician who became a lawyer, then
chose a different lifestyle and we have had no contact since he
left Canada, so I did think it odd he was laid on my heart,
certainly not someone I would normally have thought of, so this
morning when I played your second song and it was the last real
memory that I had of him, it came as a great confirmation that
the Lord is at work again in his life, thanks mate
