into a studio, I temper a bad fall at that time…
Wish we lived closer to you and could help Christine out ….

Oh to be like Benjamin Button and turn the clock around and get
       younger 'stead of older. ;)

Physically I'm a kitle bit better but typing still hurts the
torn bicep in mt right arm.
At its worst I was was in such pain abd disability that i was
       losing the will to live.
And sadly that's the area wher recovery is at its hardest,

       So sorry Mike
I would highly recommend co codamol or paramos ( if you are
       allowed to take it )
You can only take it for three days at a time but it really
helped when I first injured my right knee and left leg. I still
take some at work to relax the muscles so I can walk better. It
       might help with your arm.
I know it’s a drain when injury comes along, there are still
things I cannot do and it’s frustrating.
       Sending you much love xxx
       Rita

Praying for you Mike , yet that seems such a useless empty
       cliche !
But we can do so very little else by being so far away.
And also praying the Christine has extra strength so she can
       help you. xx

The earliest origins of "grass roots" as a political metaphor
are obscure. In the United States, an early use of the phrase
"grassroots and boots" was thought to have been coined by
Senator Albert Jeremiah Beveridge of Indiana, who said of the
Progressive Party in 1912, "This party has come from the grass
       roots.
