Pretty spiffy looking Mike,is this cheaper way than the other
frames?

And now I'm trying this version for those who might prefer a
more minimalistic look.

Both versions are good, just a matter of personal taste.

I just can't remember how to set up 'corners'.
In any case I would first ask Kerry whether he wanted one
I would hate for Kerry to think we were trying to shunt him out
of the main stream.
He's become the main source of our resurgent posting activity
which means so much to me.

[/quote]Don't worry about it. It's almost too busy for me since
I have lots of things I want to post and am behind; and thanks
for those who thought I might want my own corner. I don't need
it, so don't worry about it; and I have another concern which is
that others might not feel as free to respond to me there as
they would in the main stream. I was glad to see others posting
their favorite hymns in the thread I started -- and I wonder if
I had posted that in my own private corner if they would have
felt as free.
Speaking of hymns, I see Dave posted another song by the
Gaithers -- whom you said you liked too. They have so many
songs, now I'm wondering if a thread devoted to them would be in
order.
Hoping to catch up soon; but it might be hard since the "rainy"
period here seems to be over for a while. No rain today, so I
worked nearly two hours in my yard since there's so much to do
there too. The back lot is absolutely unruly.

"No post today ... my love has gone away" (by Herman's Hermits?)

Like Herman’s Hermits - actually I loved the 60’s music ( but a
teenager in the 70’s - so that was my era ) I can picture the
old gramophone player- the one built in with a radio and storage
area for your records. Those were the days xxxxxx

Rita this is vintage stuff, my Aunt Lil had a wind up gramophone
during the war and if you wanted to get abused, try touching
it🫣🫣😋, when the war ended it was full
blast and dancing in the streets.
She was a little rotund but she knew her way around the dance
floor, plus raised 11 children, looking back she was a force to
be reckoned with in a very nice way.
