Yes we are very lucky aren’t we Pat, it may be a mess at the
moment but I will always be eternally grateful for Mr Beveridge
who cared enough about everyone and wanted them to have medical
help regardless of social standing.
Dan has friends in the USA who cannot get the help they need
because they don’t have insurance, and on top of all the
pressures of illness who must have so much worry and stress over
how to pay for everything.

Nancy, I understand that.
Maybe the objective ( which is what Helen had originally hoped
for) can be achieved by ensuring that the majority of posts can
be in one board that is not divided by numerous different
topics.)
Perhaps also having a new 'general' board, which members can
subdivide by their topics, (prayer for instance) leaving those
who wish to post more frequently in one main undivided
'vanguard' board can do so.
Its all about 'balance'.

Providing not too many members object to the proposed 'merging',
I suppose we could resolve the issue by leaving the 'Members
Corners' for those folk unchanged.

Mike, Honey, I'm not objecting to anything. I'll go with the
flow ... I just thought leaving "as is" would be easier for you.
I fear "merging" may bring you into uncharted territory. I was
actually being agreeable with your original formatting.

Thanks Nancy, but don't worry about things being easy for me.
I think I'll go ahead and modify our General discussion board to
also relate to special topics which Members can ask to be added
( such as your suggestion for 'Prayer requests') and I will then
attempt to do a merge for Helen's, your's, and my Corners, so
that everyone (including me) can get an idea of how 'Corner
merging' might workout.

Having completed the merging of Helen's, Nancy's and my corners
into our Rest Awhile board the only difference that I think
anyone might notice is that Helen, Nancy, and me no longer have
'Corners' to post in; each of us now having to post into Rest
Awhile what we would have posted into our corners.
And isn't that just what Helen and I would have wished. 8)
Hopefully other members will agree to have their 'Corners'
merged into the 'Rest awhile' board so that the original intent
to have a simple forum with a minimum of boards/topics can be
restored.
