Hello Nancy,
When I first saw your name and posted here, I, like others I
guess, mistakenly thought you were the other Nancy who lives in
Buffalo, NY. Only when I read the post by
[member=3]Helen[/member]
did I realize it was you, the Nebraska Nancy where my little
puppies went to live.
Then I went on to read your posts here. Kathy of course had
mentioned Adam to me as she was aware of the details. With my
own problems I guess much of it went over my head. That too
often has the case with me. For a number of weeks/months I was
very weak physically and quite immersed in my own health and my
mind knew things without really knowing them. Since moving on
from the active chemotherapy I have moved on with my life. I am
only now really settling into our new lifestyle in our
daughter's home.
I will make no promises on another visit to Nebraska although
both Kathy and I would like to... Driving is the problem with
that. Hopefully one of our grandchildren will become available
to do the driving before it is too late. We like to see you and
Kevin and to meet Adam. Also we would like to see Rusty and
Minnie Pearl while they still have time. They are very old
already for dogs. Kathy and I of course are LOL still youngsters
[72 & 79].
My daughter has a little dog, Finn, who has become attached to
us... especially when the younger members of the household are
at work. He does not like the times when he has stay at home
alone. Those are fewer for him now due to us living here...

She's not known to me, but those who know her speak so well of
her that I can't wait to enjoy the pleasure

The other Nancy [Higgins] is a wonderful sister in the Lord. She
has been a great encouragement to me in some of my times of
need.

My preference, for what its worth, is to click on the 13th icon
in the tsk bar, then select either '2' or '3' (this is done in
'2') then make my post in the centre of the bracketed thingy
that pops up.
