Noted. ;)
As I said earlier, we all seem to be injuring ourselves one way
or another. May God help us with all our injuries, aches, and
pains.
We are in the midst of a week-long 100 degree heat wave, here.
With humidity. Early morning is the only time I can comfortably
get anything done outdoors, so ... off I go. Light and peace to
all you gentle souls!♡

Ouch Rita!!
That would have been a worst shock than mine was!
Thankfully the old Aloe Vera did its job for me …today I have
only two tiny scabs left , but no pain or discomfort .
Are your joints healing at all…? Or is it a flare up now and
again , but never gets fully better ?
You are a trouper , I never do well with pain……my pain tolerance
is a fraction above zero!! Haha!

And an “Ouch” to Nancy too….very high temps with humidity
…unbearable ….I’d just be a limp puddle..if puddles can be limp!
Did you know that in December ‘21 the biggest underwater volcano
ever reported exploded undersea . I saw a NASSA satellite photo
of it!
They say the eruption sent water miles into the sky ( causing a
rise in humidity world wide ) and it heated the ocean. Maybe
this is the aftermath of that .
And nothing at all to do with the “cows or our cars” hoax ,
which they are brainwashing us with ..to get money out of us and
bring in tighter global controls ! 🙄

A letter to the downhearted in England, as an observer from
afar, it would appear that the Spanish maybe had more feMALES
than you, just a thought🤣🙃🤣.
Here’s a couple of scriptures that I’ve never heard a lot
preached on myself,
Mark 6 vs 30 and 31, the disciples had just returned from a
teaching and preaching trip, and Jesus “—————————— and rest
awhile;——————————— and they no leisure so much as to eat”
Sounds a bit like you Nancy🙃🙂🙃, just how
does one “rest” awhile, when there’s work to be done and battles
to be won, as the song says?
It would appear that Jesus had intended a feet up and a ‘skip
the dishes’time; we know that rest can take a labouring to enter
into, and that there remains a rest to Gods people, so in
essence like peace, rest should be a daily constant and it
really falls into our place of abiding in Him, which hangs on an
“IF ye” sometimes.
King David in the midst of all that happened on a daily basis
around him, fightings within and without had to have found that
“and rest awhile” place.
Believing that in our business this week, we will hear that
still small voice saying,
“ come ‘rest awhile’

Yes,yesterday was disappointing …………..perhaps Spain did have
advantages 😂😂
I did hear this morning that the player who scored the goal
found out her father had died after the final whistle was blown
- not a good day for her, despite the win. At the end of the day
it’s just a game - would have been nice to win.
Have to wait for the next World Cup ( next year - men’s )

At least Rita you can alleviate your disappointment with the
"Seagulls" opening games (A happy Face here) the 'faces' on my
computer are so tiny they all look alike, and then they are so
close together that the fat stublies hit a minimum of two!!!!
Mike hopefully you are not as squirly as you were when you were
squirly before, I personally think squirly is the flavour of
this year; what I read in the newspapers convinces me of that,
joking aside, how are you and Christine managing??
If it wasn't for all the water we would drive over and give you
a hand Bro.
I know the Earth will be burnt up but didn't realise it would
start with Canada, and we support Trump too - Helen and I
(inquisitive happy face here) I'm starting to look like a
Yarmouth bloater. not pretty but they used to taste good.
This ones for you Mike. Sorry mate, U tube are blocking me now
on songs.
It was going to be Kenny Ball's "Hand me down my walking cane"
could have been a beautiful moment.
As a mate used to say, keep sweet and blessings on you and
yours.
