Hi Rita, Just a BTW .... please don't be offended by me pointing
this out.
I know what you were replying to but others might not because
you attached your post to the wrong 'quote'.
Or is it that there is a glitch in the forum's quoting
procedure?
Maybe we need to 'allow' nesting quotes.
Should I try it to see what happens?

I think I must have clicked the wrong ‘ insert quote ‘instead
of the one on your post I clicked the one on mine. I have nearly
done that before - so no glitch.

CORRECTION OF EARLIER POST
Permit me to implore you good folks to share in my delight as I
survey the fruits of my recent intense labours.
I've standardised everyone's avatars with regard to size, and
did a bit of image processing at the same time.
To scan it all and tell me if it's a 'rub of loadish' here's
how.
Click on 'Home'
Scroll down and click on 'View the most recent posts on the
forum.'
Go to the latest posts and click on the second part of a
particular post's title that follows '/' (being topic related
you have to choose the latest post on whichever topic you wish
to check out).
Then scroll up to see all posts in that particular topic,
arrayed with larger fonts and consistently sized avatars (my
"pride and joy that may be followed by my fall" :'( )

Hi Rita,
No probs.
In the forum, in some instances, consecutive posts are arrayed
with 'Quote' being below the post, whereas in others 'Quote'
shows above the post.
Its so easy to activate the wrong Quote.

Hi Helen,
We are still waiting to see if the husband changes his mind
about this house, but also had someone else view it today (
still waiting for a response from them ) so we are just playing
another waiting game.
Will let you know if we get any definite responses xx

Oh I’m so sorry …how stressful…or maybe by now the stress time
has passed and you are just ‘Ho-hum’ whatever will be will be…?
It’s like my mum used to say -

Well, smack me sideways twice!
Silly me has only just found HOME page on here !!haha!
Never ever seen it before but kept looking …I didn’t know we had
one !
I did think it odd to have a forum with no home page …Dah!
I am guessing the I made my page on my iPad too large , so my
first heading in the thick blue bar was to SEARCH …..
Talk about feeling stupid! 🤪😜😆
